The hotel was well situtated for the visit and did not present the traffic delays we expected traveling into Midtown each morning. The staff was helpful and accomodating. The only drawbacks of this stay were cosmetic: the room furnishings were extremely dated and the bedspreads needed to be replaced. For the money it was ok.

this hotel was in a great location. the hotel was not in terrible disrepair but was a bit outdated and needed to be freshened up because of the pure age of fixtures, paint and bathroom. the staff was very nice and professional. there was graffiti on the back wall of the hotel but im not going to count that against them because it had been too cold to […] cure exterior paint. overall ill rate this hotel a 4 and would recomend it as a quality economic hotel 더 보기

The room was in very poor condition – unfinished patched holes in the walls, damaged bathroom vanity (room 123). Towels where old and worn. But way beyond this, the general clientele frequenting the hotel is very disturbing, on both nights my family was constantly woken between the hours of 2-4.30 am by the sounds of large groups of people in surrounding […] rooms, in addition the smell of drugs was very predominant in the hallway. For the price, this hotel was good but did not like the attitude of the guy who works from desk at night. Very rude and acted like it killed him to talk to us! The Daytime lady and guy were very nice......Thanks

Our room was terrible. There was a hole on the bathroom floor, the ceiling fan was so loud, the room looked like someone had just slept in the bed before we got there. Would not stay here again.

The room was very out dated. There was mold in the bathroom and there was holes all over the bathroom. There was dirt all over the walls and it looks like it hasn't been updated since 1990. We didn't pay much for the room, if we would of paid more I would of been very mad!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue was the TV and cable did not work. The cable kept going off channel 3. Staff was apologetic and willing to correct the problem. location not very convenient but good condition and maintenance of the hotel for the price I paid.

We needed an inexpensive place to stay passing through Atlanta, and this place fit the bill. Warning about the king suite; the sofa bed is a twin mattress only (and a bad one at that). We had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed, and were given a mismatched set of much larger sheets. The pool had no smell of chlorine, and we deeply regretted swimming […] in it. the hotel was not bad over all the manager worked hard to help us with some issues we came across there was no elevator and we had a baby and lots of bags but he did get us a room on the 1st floor ,then the room we had had a small leak in the shower that kept a small area of the floor wet they cleaned it one day it was still there the place was full […] so we couldn't move finally after 2 days we where moved to another room. the rooms do not have allot of outlets in most rooms the mini fridges are missing the freezer door and where nothing but a block of ice we had to defrost them our selves. the maid service needs to be better operated and trained on how to clean a room i think. the manager was onsite everyday and was very helpful and generally concerned to how we felt and did his best to help us.. 더 보기

I'm a big fan of Days Inn hotel, but my recent visit and experience at Atlanta Norcross hotel was really bad and so disappointing. The beds were not cleaned and hair on them all over same with the bathroom. No iron in the room upon inquiry were told that guest usually take them upon checkout. If I have to get an iron it will bE cheaper and easy morally […] to get it from walmart etc rather then stealing, so such a stupid argument from management. I booked through Hotels.com. I told them I wanted the room with the big tub (like in the picture) and walk in shower. They gave me a King Suite with a small tub and cramped bathroom. There was mold around the edges an stains on the bed/floor. When I called to ask the attendant about the mix up, he told me I'd have to call hotels.com. Great hotel! Staff was very nice, the rooms were spacious and clean, they had a great continental breakfast and the place in general smelled good and clean. Only bad thing was the pool... the staff said the pool is cleaned daily during morning time and although I smelled bleach in the pool area the pool and jackusi were not clean. First of all the desk staff did not speak English very well. When we were on the way to the room, the hallway was humid and smelled. The room also smelled and the air was completely OFF - in June - in Atlanta. It took about an hour and a half to get the room to a comfortable level as well as let some fresh air in to get rid of the smell. We were unable […] to find the remote control and the desk staff talked to me like I was bothering them. We finally found the remote on the floor behind the television. Lack of communication between staff was also frustrating. I arranged a late checkout with the desk personnel the night before. The 1st room needed some work done the electrical outlets were in bad shape, the show towel rack was broken, and holes were in the shower..so I asked the next morning for another room which the Manager changed to a some what better condition room..the good thing was the continental breakfast

Very friendly manager, check in and check out was smooth, rooms were nice for the price and very clean, kids loved the pool, and the hot tub felt great, continental breakfast was the typical: muffins, mini bagels, cereal, toast, and mini waffles. This was my second stay at this Days Inn & I wasnt disappointed at all, The staff is very friendly, the room clean/comfy, & the breakfast is great because I love waffles & oj! The manager even remembered me from my prior stay which was about 9mo ago, so that made me feel very welcome. Anytime Im in the area, I'll stay at this days inn.

The staff here is courteous and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located, and our room was clean.

I usually do not write reviews but I have to on this one. So, we pulled up late on a Thursday night and the sign outside says "Newly Renovated". We walked in and thought it would be ok. We got checked in to our room and walked in to the year 1984. I wore flip flops when walking around the room and felt dirty getting into the bed. Thank goodness we were […] only staying there to sleep for the night. The bathroom ceiling had a big hole by the fan and the faucet did not even spray the water straight. The tub was shaped like a "u" and you had to basically stand with your feet on the sides of the tub. The fridge and microwave were in the bathroom! The tv's reception kept going in and out. Very good room and hotel. A must stay for the price.

For the level of hotel I have no complaints. The building had virtually no noise insulation and I had to keep the TV for constant noise so I wouldn't be woken up, but you get what you pay for, and this wad a good value. I'm from SoCal so to see an indoor pool was a trip. I will say the staff is very friendly and responsive.

Hotel was very nice for the price. Could use a little updating but overall satisfied.

From check in to check out, our stay was absolutely fabulous. The whole staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond. The price was just as good as the service! We will for sure stay here every time we come to Atlanta.

I would never advice anyone to stay at this hotel. 1. On the way to the hotel I got lost and needed better directions, I tried calling the hotel several times and got no answer. I didn't give up, when the front desk clerk finally answered, he barely spoke English. I kept telling him that I needed better directions to get to his hotel and he kept hanging […] up on me! I kept calling back and he would just hang up on me!! I had to call my Husband to give me directions after the front desk clerk was clearly going to be no help! 2.Though the website for this hotel states that it was recently remodeled, that's a joke. The rooms are decroated with digusting dated 80's furniture. Faux black laquer-marble furniture, with gold trim. 3. The refrigerator/microwave were located in the bathroom! 4. I had to unplug the microwave to plug in the hair dryer. 5. The bathroom door was hard to close because it rubbed on the floor. 더 보기

The room was very clean. The pool was indoor and heated, it was great along with a hot tub. The continental breakfast was ok but not great. The hotel is in need of renovations. The bathroom had the microwave and refrigerator in it. The bathtub needs to be replaced. The towels were very thin and there was no amenities in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and the room exceeded our expectations. There was a little confusion in reference to the room I booked online, but the manager took care of it very quickly to ensure I was happy. After reading the other reviews, I was expecting a pretty clean, moderately comfortable hotel room for the money. While it WAS clean, it was most definitely not comfortable. Upon entering the room, there was a very distinct smell, I guess the best way to describe it is "locker room." There were only two body towels in the bathroom, and they were so […] thin and threadbare it was like wiping down with a brillo pad. The toilet paper was the cheapest one-ply available, it was practically see-through. The sheets were very rough and scratchy. The curtains that covered the window were broken, so they did not fully slide to cover window and block out the outside light. The heater and mini refrigerator (a pleasant surprise) were both so loud, it was very hard to get to sleep. Overall this hotel was not worth paying less. I am not picky at all about hotels, as long as they are clean and moderately comfortable I am satisfied. This hotel was just not worth staying at again, and I do not recommend it. 더 보기

I only stayed one night and it was just what I needed. Room was clean and very comfy. I could hear outside noice when the ac was not on, other than that I enjoyed my night. (keep the ac running all night). Enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning before I had to run out to my meeting.

my room was very clean and spacious and the staff was very helpful because i had a problem with hotel .com and the hotel manager work with me to fix the problem.And i am very happy with my service at days inn.
