flight got there early could not check in till 5pm so was left wandering the streets for 8 hours should be like other hotels check inn 1pm/2pm.

Very bad smell, hot, we can not turn on the ac. We have to ask to change the room.

Pros: The room was reasonably priced. The reception staff were brilliant. i would give them 10/10. All incredibly friendly and helpful. My easyjet flight was cancelled and the staff called the airline to transfer my flight booking, checked me into a new room at short notice and sent me receipts to my email so I could claim the money back from the airline. […] Also they helped answer all my tourism questions and provided me with a map with directions. The roof pool was nice, and I used it every day including sun chairs. Cons The double room has a nice comfortable bed but I found the studio with couch and fold-out bed less comfortable. The shower hose doesn't have a wall attachment so I found that a little troublesome. The windows are small which makes the rooms a little dark. It's a decent enough hotel if you're on a tight budget, but don't expect anything special! The rooms need to be refreshed - bathrooms especially, since although clean etc need a bit of a design re-think. And our balcony looked over a building site! This is my 3rd visit to this property and I am very satisfied by the service/value that it provides. The property is slightly out of town but Montpellier has an excellent transport system and there is a tram stop right outside that will take you to the centre of town. The internet was free of charge but rather than using a password, required a login everytime you go to use it. There is no daily cleaning service, which is fine for a stay of up to seven days, but we were forced to extend our stay due to the volcanic ash crisis and despite staying an extra four nights the management refused to freshen up our room with clean bedding and towels without a surcharge. The property is in a nice neighbourhood, popular with students. and has a couple of small grocery stores but no nightlife or restaurants, these are plentiful in the main part of town though. The hotel was located next to the trams so very handy to get into the centre of Montmellier. The trams didn't keep us awake which was an initial concern when seeing how close we were to the station. Our appartment had 2 rooms + balcony so worked well as the children were able to go to bed before us. Kids loved the small pool on the roof.

The hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the pool was great in the hot weather. The tram stop is directly outside the hotel and great for getting about. Family ticket (for between 1 and 5 people) only 5.30 euros and allows travel all day. we had a tortuous route finding the hotel as an adjacent road had been closed which threw the satnav into confusion and meant drivng over the river twice to get to the hotel. there is an underground car park for 5 euros a day but be warned - it is not for the faint hearted. the bends are extremely tight and steep. being allocated to level two below […] ground we only managed to get out with much wheelspin and clouds of rubber smoke. forget it if your handbrake is poor. and another thing - small cars only. having said that the hotel was very good. staff were very welcoming. rooms were clean and quiet and had the benefit of a small kitchen. buffet breakfast was basic but adequate and could be taken inside or in the garden. as a bonus there is a rooftop pool for guests. the hotel is located east just outside the city in the modern business area. outside the door is Moulares tram stop, about 10 minutes to the city. the tram system is excellent. 2.4 euros return to the city and 3.50 euros for an all day ticket. we would happily go back. 더 보기

Personnel sympa. Appartements pas bien disposés. Propreté de la chambre incertaine. Bien placé et disposant d'un parking. Un bon point pour le petit-déjeûner buffet. Aurait besoin d'une cure de jouvence.

Personnel incompétent. Ne donnant que peu de satisfactions aux clients. Juste aimables en salle de petit déjeuner. Cambres: Propreté des lieux trop approximative. bonjour l hôtel était sympathique , mais la fille à l accueil à mi au moins 20 minutes à retrouver la réservation . franchement ils ont très très désagréable. sinon l hôtel est bien et l équipe du matin on été très courtois.

Le comble, vous devez sortir vos poubelles!!! La tv ne marchait pas, la clim déconné... La dame de l’accueil s'exprime très mal en français... Très bruyant... A EVITER !!!!!

Hôtel bien situé, proche centre ville et bord de lez, par contre un parking certes peu cher 5€ mais difficile d’accès avec des places déjà attribuées, et même en prévenant l’accueil du changement de places le lendemain matin on se rend compte qu'on a piqué la place de quelqu'un..... Necesitábamos alojamiento para una noche a la vuelta de vacaciones. Elegimos estos apartamentos por precio y por tener cocina… aunque luego no la usamos. Los apartamentos están en Montpellier pero algo a desmano del centro, al menos para ir andando. El personal que nos recibió, muy bien. Nos ofrecieron posibilidad de desayuno-buffet y lo contratamos […] aparte, no es muy extenso, pero está bien, tienes lo básico en un buen desayuno y no es caro. Para cenar fuimos andando a una zona con 3-4 bares y 4 restaurantes, de precio un pelín caros, pero tampoco teníamos muchas opciones un domingo por la tarde. 더 보기

appart-hôtel pas très bien entretenu, avec un personnel carrément désagréable (pour une partie des employés). Le parking est vraiment très sale. Le seul point vraiment positif est la petite piscine sur le toit avec une belle vue sur la ville, entourée d'une terrasse bien fleurie.

Accueil très agréable (j'ai même eu ma chambre à 9h du matin ! Séjour au calme malgré la rue très passante (voiture + tramway) mais sur les bords du Lez ... La chambre est très bien agencée, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin (mais petit bémol : pas de torchon dans la kitchenette). Pour le confort j'aurais aimé des oreillers plus gonflés ou alors des oreillers […] supplémentaires ! L'hotel est tres agreable la piscine est un peu et les prix sont raisonnable. Il est tres bien situé a 12 min de palavas les flots et entre 15 et 25 min de la grande motte et le graus du roi. Par contre il est preferable d'avoir une voiture pour pouvoir se deplacer hors de montpellier. Seul hic le parcking tres tres etroit donc dangereux mais si on […] y va tres doucement sa passe. A cause des travaux pret de l'hôtel celui ci est difficil à trouver. Mais grace à la sympatique gérante (et sa grande patience) elle a envoyé quelqu'un nous chercher. Le personnel est aimable et souriants. le prix est plus que correct.

Dont recommend this hotel to anybody at all!! Unfriendly staff, unwilling to help but did do it after being reminded 3 to 4 times about a specific thing.If you do need a place to stay in this town, whatever you do DONT STAY HERE!! I work for an airline as a flight attendant and know what customer service is about.

Bon hôtel, des prestations à la hauteur des attentes......néanmoins une odeur de tabac froid ds la chambre!

Mycket bra med trevlig, engelsktalande personal, den enda personen vi kunde prata med i hela Montpellier! Jättefint rum med fräscht badrum och kök. Perfekt med pool på taket då det var varmt och skönt i luften. Spårvagnen (Tram) stannde precis utanför ingången vilket var perekt för oss som kom med tåget. Vi var lite oroliga för på hemsidan stod det […] att man var tvungen att betala en hög deposit och en väldigt dyr städavgift, detta visade sig som tur var inte stämma. Det var varken deposit eller städavgift. Det enda som tillkom var turistskatt. Frukost fanns, men kostade extra så vi köpte egen i ett supermarket och åt på rummet. 더 보기

Bon hôtel, lit corrects et équipements rénovés. L'hôtel n'est pas bruyant, et il est près du tramway. Il manquait cependant les torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle, mais il y a un lave-vaisselle.

dans l'ensemble c'est un bon hôtel, propre et l'acceuil est sympathique mais par contre il y avait une très forte odeur dans notre chambre peinture ou je ne sais quoi en repartant nos vêtements en étaient imprégnés, même en aérant toute la journée impossible de se débarrasser de cette odeur,en dehors de ça tout était parfait

hotel mal situé par rapport à la gare SNCF et difficile à trouver (à pieds) les restaurants sont assez retirés concernant le canapé lit matelas pas du tout confortable

Les deux ascenseurs en panne, chambre disponible qu'à partir de 17h avec obligation de libérer la chambre le matin a 10h.
