No complaints, wasnt expecting as much with the low cost but it totally lived up to its 4 star rating.

A great spot - take a walk down the boardwalk to the left of the main beach to find some secluded spots. Check with the restaurant about specials of the night, they may be a better deal than the vouchers sold at the front desk.

Layout of furniture was terrible, there was a wardrobe behind the front door which drastically reduced how far it could be opened. Location was excellent as were the facilities of the hotel. This is not the 4* accommodation described in the advert. The rooms were uncomfortable, unclean and generally run down with very old furnishings, with none of the conveniences that you would take for granted in a modern 4* hotel. The door locks where broken, (to the apartment AND the room) making access very difficult. We were promised this would be […] fixed that day, but it was still broken when we checked out 5 days later. The kettle was broken and the fridge was rotten around the seals and smelt pungent (making it unusable). There was no complementary tea / coffee, sugar etc and there was not even a kitchen bin. The rooms themselves were dingy and smelt musty. The beds were rock hard with badly worn springs, and again the smell from the bed sheets and pillows was so revolting that it was difficult to sleep on it. The sofa was at least 20 years old, uncomfortable and the so called ‘satellite’ TV was also very old and outdated. In fact, I have thrown away better TV’s than this tiny12 – 14 inch CRT. The towels are changed a mere twice a week, and the staff refuse to provide extra even if you request them. We asked to change to a different room due to the numerous problems and the smell, but this request was refused. I was surprised at the reviews for this place and in fact the reason we booked was because of the positive reviews. The location is very good but I strongly advise people NOT to stay in this hotel, there are many 3* hotels that are cheaper and nicer in the same location. 더 보기

It was in a lovely loction very quite. The staff were fantastic very helpfull. Rooms were very big and clean. It was very near beach and strip. Only downside was we had two children with us and there was not much going on to keep them entertained

We booked this place because it was cheap and near the beach, but we were really pleasantly surprised by the fantastic, friendly service and the size of the room (1-bed apartment). Definitely recommended.

goodpoints :Apartments were just in off the main road so quiet,they were safe and clean. Nice beach and pools with garden and poolside bar. Bad points arrived at 10.30 but didnt get access to apartment until 2.00pm, apartment on ground floor so no balcony , no outside area with table and chairs and therefore nowhere to hang out dry wet clothes. I booked this hotel for a hen do and was a bit skeptical at all the good reviews along side the good price. I dont normally write reviews but this hotel really is as great as the reviews say..Block 18 2 bed apartments were great, very spacious easily fit 5 /6 people in. hot water all the time. We choose this hotel and kind of room because of the balcony and when we came we said we expected the balcony and we were told that it was there - but there wasn't any when we came to the room. The staff wouldn't help with this and it was not even possible for us to talk to anyone that could help.

Have just returned from a weeks stay here, the location was perfect a couple of minutes to the beach and the strip, it couldn't have been better. As there was only 2 of us we were given an apartment with no balcony which wasn't suitable particularly if you were at the beach therefore the apartment was full of sand, having spoken to other couples they […] had the same experience, staff weren't friendly when we tried to change but once we got over this we had a wonderful time, would go back again but request a balcony if you want it!!! 더 보기

This is a wonderful hotel, there are really no complaints. The hotel has two pools one of which is heated. It also has very close access to a beach but you do have to go down alot of steep steps so not good for elderly. However you can get a taxi for less than 5 euros to the old town where you can just walk accross to the beach. The 'strip' is also only a ten min walk away. The apartment itself was very nice, large clean and spacious. We had a two bedroomed apartment which had a separate kitchen and lounge area that also doubles up as another posible bedroom. (which is very comfortable). This complex was only built last year so it is all brand new (there is no building work anywhere near it though!) I would definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff are wondeful. Nice apartments near the beach. Pools in the hotel /apartment area. Possibility to eat breakfast at hotel or nearby restaurants. Apartment cleaning somewhat unregularly.

incheckningen på hotellet var sen och rörig. Rummet saknade balkong och låg i markplan vilket vi inte uppskattade. Poolområdena på hotellet var mysiga och maten i snackbaren kan vi rekomendera. O Complexo de Apartamentos parece ser bastante recente e está perfeitamente localizado a 3m da praia a pé, num ambiente com bastante vegetacao. O atendimento é bastante atencioso e simpático e para o preço que paguei era impossivel esperar mais dum apartamento bastante espaçoso. A melhorar, apenas a qualidade dos colchoes e as cortinas blackout de modo […] a reduzir a 99% a luz demanha para uma noite mais confortável, pelo menos, na minha preferencia, e estou certo que na de bastantes outros hóspedes. Vi ankom sent ( kl. 01:00 ) og havde fået en stuelejlighed hvor der manglede 1 opredning samt med defekt køleskab. Næste dag fik vi 3 værelses med balkon og udsigt over poolområde SUPER! Hotel og lejligheder ligger i udkanten af Albufeira kun 100-300 meter fra kæmpe bar/restaurent område. Området er domineret af specielt engelske turister. 5 min gang […] (m. børn ) fra 2 fornuftige strande. Vi anbefaler at man tager til Pescador strand i Albufeira eller den rolige Marie Louisa strand (2km )Vi Anbefaler albufeira gl.bydel som er chamerende med gode restaurenter,Vær i øvrigt forberedt på at mange restaurenter ikke finder det prisen værd at tilbyde sæder på deres toiletter ??Ture: Lagos grottetur, Zoomarine, Villa Moura for golf og flotte både, Sagres fort og fyrtårn, Algarve shopping og Spanien for fodboldkampe. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything that is being said or done in the neighbour appartments. And I mean _everything_! My wife had to sleep in the kitchen(!) due to our neighbour's snoring. The internet service in the building was down, and they said I had to pay for internet use in the reception area. Basic service if you paid for […] something is that you don't have to pay for it again.. Prima speelvoorzieningen voor kleine kinderen in afgesloten omgeving met zwembaden met verschillende diepte. Speeltoestellen en een luchtkussen zijn opgesteld. Wonderful location: just go down a charming staircase to the Oura beach. Apartment: two bedrooms and three balconies (we were two persons!), in front of one of the swimming pools. Fantastic service: my sister‘s luggage delayed three days (flight TAP Air Portugal, of course…). The receptionist called TAP twice a day, until the suitcase was delivered. We hebben de eerste nacht in een appartement gezeten, dit was echt waardeloos, slechte bedden en alles was verouderd. De rest van onze vakantie hebben we een hotelkamer gehad, deze was subliem, mooi balkon met prachtig uitzicht, fijn bed en luxe douche.

Flott hotell, fin beliggenhet. Ble oppgradert fra studioleilighet til hotellrom, men alt så nytt og fint ut. Trengte man hjelp til noe fikk man det umiddelbart. Litt rotete i frokostsalen, med manglende kopper og kar.

Leuke hotel Ik kan kort zij, een prima Hotel!! Uitstekende ligging naast dicht bij het strand en alle uitgangsaangelegenheden. Hotel is geschikt voor zowel gezinnen als jonge volwassenen die willen uitgaan.
