My friends and I loved this hotel! Every floor is by a different designer and is fun to take pictures of during the day and especially by night. The staff was overly friendly and accommodating. We had blown a fuse in our room and a worker was up there ASAP and fixed it right away. The indoor pool and steam room are nice and the top floor bars have plenty […] of patrons on a Fri night. The only negatives are that the hotel is outside the center of the city and there is not much exciting around the area. However, it's a short walk to the subway stations or we just took 10-15 min cab rides. The rooms are often built for style and perhaps not so much for comfort. But as you know, modern furniture isn't necessarily known for it's comfort. We were in a spaced age room which was just cool to be in (8th floor) I would DEFINITELY recommend this place if you value style and don't mind using public transportation. 더 보기

The location is the only drawback of this hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. I would commend on of the staff in the front desk, by the name of Juan. He is excellent and very helpful.

This has to be one of the most elegant and interesting Hotels I have ever stayed in. I could not fault it in any regard, a very happy customer indeed.

Clean rooms, helpful staff. A good place to relax. The controls in the steam/pool room makes me feel like zoolander operating an IMAC at first, but otherwise a good and fun experience. Only problem is the area surrounding the hotel might be a bit scary at night.

Everything about this hotel was cool, though often sacrificing the practical in favor of the coolness factor. For example, the hallway in my floor looked like cool crystal formations, though many sharp pointy edges stuck out which are hard to avoid. The room followed that cool crystal look, though it meant the sink was awkward to use because of the […] shape, there was no way to take a shower without getting a lot of the bathroom wet, and there was no privacy for the toilet. Next time, I would try a different floor. The hotel is a little bit out of the way from popular tourist attractions. You have to walk a bit to the subway station and switch lines 1 or 2 times depending on your destination. On a good note, the staff spoke very good English which is rare in Spain. 더 보기

It is not quite a 5 star hotel but it also does not come with a 5 star price. Service is good not over the top but good, internet is included but the slowest ever so u have to pay for the faster speed. Mini bar is way over priced 6E for a coke. This week I am staying at the Grand Melia 5 star and it is 30US more a night than what I paid at Silken and a true 5 star so this review is honest to say that if u want the low end of 5 star stay at Silken Puerta America if u want the middle stay at Grand Melia chains and if u want the top stay at the W, Westin, Ritz, 4 seasons, etc. It is like a museum on each floor but service and amenities are basic and everything that should be included is at a premium price. I wish they would at least have a bell man at the door to help with bags and such. In addition, when they clean the rooms they need not leave all the carts in the isle cause the isles are cluttered all day with maids carts and room service carts. 더 보기

An amazing hotel with a different architect designing each floor, allowing us to choose the room on an ipad at reception. Hot bars, amazing food especially breakfast! I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We were disappointed we arrived early so we could choose our floor like others and were told only 1 floor was available to us. It was the second floor and very basic. We went passed reception several times and saw others being offered choice so think it was because we booked through hotels.com as they mentioned expedia at the checking in stage. Really liked the hotel. Each floor is designed by a different architect and so each floor is totally different! We were given a room on the 10th floor (a Japanese-style room) which, although it was very nice, it was quite spartan and minimalistic. A little out of the way but great hotel. All the rooms are very unique and the upstairs lounge was really cool.

This was a genuinely fun place to spend a few nights. The location is so-so, well outside of historic Madrid, but at least very close to a Metro stop. The room service prices are outrageous (US$20 for a cocktail). The staff, however, are top notch. Very attentive, cheery, and helpful. En route to a 3 day wedding in The Algarve. Decided to spend a little time in Madrid to break up the journey and also to re-discover the beauty of Madrid. The location for a driver in transit is superb , being on the main arterial route in and out. As a consequence no horrible queues and getting lost in the traffic of Spain's capital city. From the […] moment I arrived the staff were genuinely helpful and attentive to all my needs. Given the options of 3 floors to stay on I was most attracted by the 10th which just so happened to be the floor designed by the Japanese architect-Arata Isozaki, Room was well laid out, modern and spacious. Breakfast options were incredible. A choice for everyone with a marvellous presentation. Staff very attentive and keen to assist. And so it proved throughout... be it accessing the gym ahead of opening times, dealing with queries and enjoying their facilities. All in all from the moment one noticed the rather unique livery on the buiding's exterior to the time one left after a most pleasant stay one recognised that this hotel was different. This hotel is pathetic. Located in the middle of no where. Staff is rude and careless. The new so called gadgets are uncomfortable, rooms are tiny, bathroom is in the open. No privacy what so ever. Everything is way overpriced, $35 for water, coke and 2 coffees... My advice is to stay away from this place !!!

This hotel sounds great on paper, the website is great but this is not 5 star. We stayed on the Ron Arad floor. It was like being in Big Brother. All red plastic. the lighting was in adequate for a shave. there is not enough luggage/storage space. I wanted to iron a shirt. I requested an iron they told me they will not provide me with an iron but the […] will press it for €20. A glass of wine and two bottles of beer in the bar cost €19. the gym comprises of a dumbell stack and a few treadmills in a very small room.the pool is ok.the air con does not go below 19celsius. Kan anbefale dette hotel hvis man søger lidt sjov indretning og stadig forventer god service. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme så god service. Belligenhed kunne måske være bedre men der er metro så derfor ikke noget problem

Hotel designer com quartos modernos e diferentes. Cafe da manha de alto padrao. Um pouco longe do centro porem tem um estacao de metro ao lado. Recomendo!

El servicio y el hotel excelente ... La ubicación no es la mejor pero a 100 m esta el metro .... Muy recomendable

外見からも想像がつきますが、 部屋もとても、とても特徴的な、唯一無二のホテル！ 窓に向いた円形のホテル、 テレビ代わりのプロジェクター、 バスには扉がなく、トイレのドアはガラス張り。 まさにデザイナーズホテルここに極まれり、でしょう。 使いやすさは・・・ メトロ入口がすぐ近くにあるので、 中央部へのアクセスは便利です。 また空港からのバスがメトロで一駅の場所に泊まるので、 空港へのアクセスも非常に便利。 ホテル周りは幹線道路沿いで、あまりお店はありません。 市中央部で夜まで目いっぱい遊んで、 ホテルでは寝るだけ、 という割り切った使い方ができる方にお勧めします。

Das Hotel ist ein Arthotel, dass interessante Zimmer hat, aber dafür hinsichtlich Bad und Schränke unpraktisch ist. Per Metro ist die Innenstadt nur mit zweimaligen Umsteigen zu erreichen. Nächstes Mal ein Innenstadthotel.

Et meget bra hotell. Service og rommenes kvalitet var flott! Frokosten var utsøkt og kvelden i hotellets restaurant var uforglemmelig. Anbefales!!

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'accoglienza è stat molto calorosa. La ragazza della reception è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci ha fatto anche scegliere il piano e la stanza che preferivamo. Ogni piano dell'hotel è stato progettato da […] un architetto diverso e al momento del check in è possibile scegliere il piano e la stanza che piacciono di più tra quelle disponibili. Il ragazzo che ci ha portato le valigie in stanza è stato molto gentile e ci ha spiegato tutte le funzioni elettroniche della stanza. Ci hanno anche regalato una bottiglia di vino rosso. Vi besøkte dette hotellet for andre gang, hovedsaklig for å igjen kunne oppleve de spesielle designede rommene. Hver etasje har sin arkitekt, og det er bare megastilig. Frokosten er forholdsvis dyr, kr 190 pp, og kan visst variere noe. Første gang var den en opplevelse med pynt i sjokolade m/gulldekor og en utrolig service. légèrement excentré certes l'hotel est magnifique et vaut le détours, l'accueil et le service sont irréprochable ! Un design hors du commun à chaque étage, qu'une envie y séjourner à nouveau.

ルフトハンザのトラブル(フラップが格納できず緊急着陸)で到着が1日遅れてしまいましたが、変更不可の予約だったので、仕方なし。 部屋は快適で、入室時の説明も丁寧でしたが、シャワーが問題です。ほとんど壊れているに等しい状態でした。 きちんとメンテナンスされているのでしょうか？飛行機と違って命に関わる問題ではありませんが、残念でした。

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med både hög standard och bra service. Speciellt med de olika våningsplanen designade av olika inredare/designers. Stort utbud av restauranger på hotellet. Fantastisk frukost. Ligger en bit från centrala Madrid. Dock är tunnelbanan precis bara runt hörnet vilket gör det enkelt att ta sig till centrum. hotel is gelegen op ongeveer 10 minuten van centrum Madrid (puerta Sol) met de taxi; er is op loopafstand een metrostation, maar dan moet je 1 keer overstappen. de kamers zijn luxueus en modern ingericht. De kamer was goed opgeruimd en ook de badkamer was ruim en netjes.Er is een goede lounge gedeelte, waar je tot diep in de avond kunt genieten van […] een hapje en drankje en muziek, maar ook goed kunt eten. helemaal op de bovenste verdieping (penthouse) is een lounge/bar ingericht waar je kunt genieten van de muziek met een coctail en uitzicht over Madrid. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. Su originalidad lo hace diferente a cualquier hotel. La piscina es algo pequena. Y como pega es que esta bastante aislado, no hay nada alrededor..y sobre todo la temperatura en la habitacion es altisima tanto en invierno como en verano porq los termostatos no funcionan bien.
