I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, the room and the breakfast. I was very pleased with each. The only negative was no restaurants in walking distance and the jacuzzi was broken.....I really wanted to sit in the whirlpool

I was visiting with my sister for her birthday.We had a pleasant stay. Our room was very nice. The hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. I would stay here again.

IF YOU HAVE A BAD BACK DON'T SLEEP ON THE BED TRY THE SOFA OR THE FLOOR THE SPRINGS WERE POKING ME ALL NIGHT LONG WORST BED I EVER SLEPT ON BY FAR TOLD MANAGEMENT WHEN CHECKING OUT ALL THEY SAID WAS OH! SORRY BOUT THAT THEIR REAL PROFESSIONAL BRING YOUR SLEEPING BAG

After landing late one night, I decided I didn't want to sleep in the airport, even if only for a few hours before my 6AM flight out of charlotte the next morning. The hotel was beautiful and it was a good stay for the price. It was about 20 min from Concord Mills Mall, meaning there is nothing entertaining around,other than Wal-mart. We still had a good time overall.

Call me silly but I expect the floor of the bathroom to be washed before I check into the room. In my first room the floor had several stains arround the toilet. Makes you think what else they did not clean. The second room was clean.

very nice clean, modern, big room - hotel staff is very friendly. the hotub/pool wasnt all that clean but despite that I will definitely stay here again next time i come to Charlotte

Excellent hotel! The staff was so friendly and nice! Great hotel and price. I highly recommend this hotel!

Pretty old mattress, not great bedding washed in so much bleach that our skin burned for days.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but appears to be an older hotel that has been remodeled. I couldn't have asked for a nicer staff. They were polite and very helpful. The shuttle and breakfast were an added bonus. The rate per nightly stay was better than several hotels in the area. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Staff- exceeded expectaions. Ritzy. Friendly atmosphere. Will stay here again!

After 8 hours in the van the hotel was was more than we could have expected. Very clean, very quiet and very easy to get to. The suite was more than enough space for our family of 5. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The rooms were great with the exception of a hard bed and pillows that were too small. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The pool area was dirty several times my child went to use it, with clumps of hair in and around the pool.

We stay at a Springhill Suite just about everywhere we travel and I will have to say that the breakfast at this hotel was the worst one yet. No eggs, ran out of bacon and sausage. Just not a lot to choose from.

Close to the airport with free shuttle. Stayed here because they had a pull out couch for a family of 5. Very large room, toilets didn't flush the best but no big deal.

This hotel was a fantastic hotel for a business traveler - very modern, clean and effective.

Extremely convienient to CLT airport. Nice fresh hotel. The staff was excellent and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Overall I'd give this hotel a "5" but the lady serving breakfast Saturday morning deserves a BIG "10". I went down to the breakfast area early Saturday morning to see what time they began serving breakfast and ran into the lady over the area....sorry I didn't get her name. She told me what time they opened and what all they had. She was full of energy […] and had one of the best personalities in the world. I told her I’d be back as soon as they opened. When I went back she said what will you be having for breakfast and I said I was going to try a waffle. Although it was suppose to be a self-service waffle cooker – she said ok let me get that for you while you see if there’s anything else you want…..talk about customer service. Later my wife went down and returned to the room also commenting on the lady and how personable she was. She and my wife had struck up a conversation about a gentleman who was fixing breakfast to take back to his room for his wife. She told my wife can you imagine that – I should video that and take it back to my husband at home…..haha. I personally hope this somehow makes it back to him because she certainly deserves breakfast in bed. Later in the day I ran into the “breakfast lady” at the ice machine and told her I just wanted her to know what a pleasure it had been having someone so nice at the breakfast area early in the morning. She said oh thank you and God Bless You! I then gave her a hug and said goodbye. As I was walking off I was thinking of all the ways God had blessed me and one of them was allowing my path to cross with such wonderful lady. 더 보기

I haven't stayed in a Marriott for a while. Our stay was fine until Sunday morning. We were awakened by knocking on our door and someone yelling "housekeeping". I thought we overslept the noon checkout! I answered the door and she said she would come back. Turns out, it was only 8:10 a.m. ! Everything was really nice and they had a great breakfast buffet and excellent service there. The front desk was lacking knowledge of the area and most of the time seemed to be busy when we needed something. Overall great room and price.

Me and my family really enjoyed the stay. All of the staff was nice and friendly. The lobby and rooms was very clean and neat. The pool area was very nice. The breakfast was also nice, really enjoyed my stay.

We chose this hotel over others even though it was a little more than we wanted to pay because it was nice, and had an indoor jacuzzi and "breakfast buffet." We called Friday before booking for the weekend to ensure the jacuzzi was working b/c we'd seen another customer posted a complaint a few days earlier that it wasn't. Staff at the hotel ensured […] us it was working over the phone which was important to me b/c it was my one weekend to get away with my husband after I;d been ill and had 2 major surgeries weeks before. When we arrived the jacuzzi was broke during our entire stay but a couple hours our last night, the manager unavailable to help and we were offered no compensation. The "breakfast buffet" is a glorified continental breakfast with sausage and definately not a buffet. We shouldn't have wasted the money and should've gone elsewhere. 더 보기

I picked this hotel based on ratings of others staying at this location. The spa was under renovation. The pool temperature was to hot for swimming, kids did not like it. The bed linens had an itchy trim that I had to keep flipping over just to get to sleep. It has recently become non-smoking, I didn't know this, our room smelled of cigarette smoke. […] I used the ironing board, once you placed the hot iron on it the smell of smoke came right onto my clothes.
