The Newport Bay at Disney had seen better days and definitely needs a revamp. We were certainly appalled at the rudeness of the staff and the inability of the hotel to provide the most basic of services without constant inconvenience to the guest. The hotel is not only outdated in appearance but also not up to date with modern hotels. From a child's […] eye perhaps it has possibilities but from the point of view of the person paying the overpriced bill, it is a bad choice. i recently stayed in the nweport bay club hotel, for my 21st with my friends. the hotel, rooms, and spa facilities were immaculate and the staff were nothing but helpful. The only issues i had were the drinks were over priced in the hotel, but thats to be expected in Disney where they have the monopoly. secondly i couldnt get into the jacuzzi as the […] children prefered it to the kids pool, again to be expected in Disney. The buffet was more tha satisfactory and i had a brilliant stay, and i gladly recommended it for couples, groups and families alike. i realy have no idea what the other people are saying about the cleanliness. 더 보기

excellent location very nice shop in the hotel where you can find everything but for its price I found it strange that we had to carry our bags to and from the rooms. also the corridors to the rooms are very long. breakfast was good but they give you the available exact time to have breakfast whether it suits you or no.

Satisfactory , although the rooms were too quickly cleaned to my mind. The paint is peeling a little , the whole hotel is getting old.But the location was great after a very busy day and not far from a great shopping mall( la Vallée ).

Totale insuffisance des services Wifi qui restent payants ! et de la TV totalement obsolète.

Rommet var flott. Det eneste vi ikke likte var at det var en liten maurinvasjon på baderommet, men det var ikke til noen sjenanse for oss egentlig. Ellers kunne godt vært feid på verandaen. Vi hadde ikke hatt noe imot om det hadde vært et par stoler og et bord på verandaen heller. Sengene var kjempegode, og møblemanget i rommet var flott. Airconditionanlegget […] var topp. Maten var god. Vi spiste kun frokost på hotellet. Det var ikke ubegrenset med valg, men godt nok. Kvaliteten var meget bra. Vi hadde gledet oss til å bruke utendørsbassenget, men det så ikke ut til å være åpent på kveldstid. Innendørsbassenget var bra og rensligt. Hotellet har en Disneybutikk som har et godt utvalg av forskjellige ting. De ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme, men det er litt for stort hotell til å føle seg "sett og gjenkjent ". Beliggenheten var fantastisk. Det var 10 min å gå til parkene. For de som ikke ville gå, så gikk det et minitog som ikke kostet stort. Disneyvillage (shopping) ligger på andre siden av vannet, og Disneyland/Studioes ligger bakenfor villagen. Det gikk også gratis buss fra hotellet til parkene. Ved parkene lå også togstasjonen hvor du kunne dra inn til Paris mm. Fra Vatry flyplass gikk det buss som korresponderte med flyene fra Stockholm og fra Rygge. Disse bussene går direkte til og fra alle hotellene i Disneyland. Billetter til bussen kjøpte vi på Vatry flyplass. Alt i alt, så hadde vi et flott hotellopphold. Men vi kunne godt valgt et mindre hotell da vi ikke brukte så mye tid der. 더 보기
