This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It was great to have a lovely sea view and watch the sunset and also the hotel is on a lovely beach with direct access. There is a heated swimming pool as well as other pools. They have lovely wickerwork sofa beds with cushions to lie in the sun as well as very good pool sunchairs. Rooms are big […] and bright with comfortable beds and the balcony is a nice size. Just outside is a lovely promenade for walks and it is near all amenities. The night entertainment is also very good and the restaurant, lifts and entertainment are near each other so you don 't have to walk miles. You can have your meals outside overlooking the beach if you wish and the food is excellent. We were on a breakfast and evening meal basis. They have a nice touch at breakfast, some mornings you can have champagne on the way in and other mornings freshly made smoothies. We were there for a week in early March and the weather was lovely. Perfect hotel, nice pool area etc. Only thing is the food, it was generally tasteless. Normal ingredients like eggs, tomatos, cucumber, cheese etc had no taste! some dishes were good though!

A very nice hotel, with an ecxellent location. 15 minuts away from the airport, and close to everything. Do yourselves a favor, an get the room with seaview! We stayed on the top floor, and had the most wonderfull sunset every evening! The rooms are clean and nice looking, but the beds are a bit on the hard side. but that seems to be a general problem […] in spain. We went there in january. Temperatures 25*C. Very nice! The hotel is not suitable for children, which in our case was great. When you are lying at the great pool areas, you wont be disturbed by children crying or them splashing around in the pool. Stayed here for 4 nights over February half-term with my two teenage kids. We were given a room on the top floor right at the end of the corridor. Huge room, more like a suite with two rooms and an amazing balcony with great views of the coastline and the perfect place to watch the sun go down. Plenty of cupboard space, two comfortable single beds plus […] a rather uncomfortable sofa bed. We were half-board and couldn't find fault with the restaurant, although we were only there for 4 days and there was enough choice for us to have something different each day. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool areas. Evening entertainment in the hotel wasn't bad either! 더 보기

The hotel is truly excellent. The facilities are modern and stylish. The choices good. Entertainment good. The location is perfect. There were two minor niggles. First as usual sunloungers were not being used all day but reserved with towels and personal belongings left on them. We think pool attendants should remove these after an hour of non use, […] if that happened there would be an excess of sunbeds and more choice. Secondly being British we expect coffee/tea making facilities in our room. That said, this is the best hotel in Tenerife. 더 보기

My wife and I have visited this hotel several times previously and it is our favourite hotel on the Island. A sympathetic refurbishment has taken place since our visit in December 2009 and the dining room is light and airy. Meals and choices are very good. As usual we booked a sea view room. Car hire outlets are close by and there are competative prices. A visit to Mount Teide is very much recommended and if a car is hired a visit to Puerto de la Cruz can be made.Car hire is much cheaper and more convenient than organised tours. All in all a very good hotel situated on the sea front with direct access to the beach. Sun beds are plentiful and towels are provided by hotel for a returnable deposit. Lovely well maintained swimming pools offer a choice of fun or swimming pool. We will without a doubt be returning. 더 보기

We arrived at the hotel around 9pm and both baby and wife were tired - Maître d' offered room service free of charge - Just needed me select the food from the buffet, and they served it into our room. It was the sun-set time, with such a meal on the balcony, all the exhaustion went away. Hotel's facilities are nothing but perfect. Hotel staff is not as welcoming as in England but it may just be a culture thing - People in England tend to be over-polite :) Plenty of entertainment during the day and night. Dejlig hotel med stort pool-område og direkte adgang til stranden. Meget venligt og imødekommende personale med service helt i top. Mange gode faciliteter på hotellet. Hovedsageligt voksne gæster (+40 år)

Agréable,très bien situé accès direct sur la plage,restauration satisfaisante. Attention la demi pension ne comprend pas les boissons,ce que l'on découvre là bas car pas inscrit sur le site. La population de l’hôtel est âgée, peu de français. Nous avons apprécié le séjour,le personnel très sympa,mais les alentours se résument à des boutiques,des hôtels,des […] boutiques,des hôtels..Très proche de l'aéroport donc pratique. Et greit 4* hotell med flott beliggenhet, rett ved stranda og strandpromenaden. Bærer preg av å ha blitt restaurert, badet var allerede blitt slitt og luktet vondt. Alt ved hotellet var gebyrbelagt, både vannkoker og safe, det gir et dårlig helhetsinntrykk. Frokostbuffeten får derimot toppkarakter, noe for enhver smak og nasjonalitet. Vi likte området […] rundt, litt unna det travleste turiststrøket, men allikevel nært til det meste. Kort vei til bussterminalen hvai man vil ut på tur. We verbleven van 31/01 tot 07/02/2012 in dit geweldig hotel. We hadden een zee-zicht kamer. Alleen maar positieve reacties. Zeer mooi aan de buitenzijde gerenoveerd hotel op een buitengewone locatie. Op het personeel en de keuken was niets op te merken. dat het alleen maar 'gaarkeuken' zou zijn is fout, ze doen echt kun best en als je dagelijks voor […] 350 mensen moet koken is dat anders als in een sterrenrestaurant. Neem halfpension al is het maar voor de prijs. We dachten er 1 tot 2 maal van te gebruiken , we hebben 6 van de 7 dagen daar gegeten, heerlijk maar natuurlijk teveel. Enig minpunt al het dat mag zijn: aan de gang en de kamers zie je nog dat het hotel gerenoveerd is maar ons zeezicht en ons terras namen we dat er graag bij. Ook de bezetting was gemengd - niet alleen 70 plussers gelijk in vele andere hotels in de buurt maar ook mensen tussen de 45 - 65 jaar en geen kindertoestanden ( niets tegen kinderen natuurlijk ) wat een geweldige rustig verblijf verzekerd. We hebben een aantal gelijksoortige hotels in de buurt bezocht en we zouden bij een volgende keer hier zeker terugkomen. 더 보기
