We just stayed for 4 nights, we own timeshare, but stayed in the hotel side as our kids used the timeshare rooms. Timeshare rooms are roomy with nice lanai, but dark inside with no ocean views. Our hotel room had great ocean view.#2632, Food and drinks are very expensive, you could pay for a rental car and eat your choice of foods elsewhere, with the […] money you would pay at hotel priced food. Costo and Walmart are close by. Hotel grounds and pools are extremely nice, pool loungers have cushions! Very clean place, Hotel grounds are immaculate, staff very friendly and helpful, golf carts to take you around the complex. I give it a 9 rating. I will go back again. We have gone to Mexico for the past 18 years, I would recommend as a timeshare trade. 더 보기

The Sheraton had incredible service and everyone was extremely attentive and very kid-friendy. The rooms were very clean. The only issue is the beach is not very user friendly and we were worried about the kids in the water. The pools are amazing though!

I spent 8 days in the hotel and I had an amazing vacation. I am a single woman and I have been very happy.

The Hacienda Del Mar was very comfortable and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful but service was a bit slow. We never had to leave the premises, its like a little town. My family and I spent an absolutely wonderful New Year's week at the Sheraton Hacienda Golf and Spa Resort in Cabo San Lucas. The staff is wonderful especially pool side, at the spa, the bell staff and housekeeping. The hotel is right on the ocean with gorgeous views everywhere. Plus there are many pools to choose from. We had an absolutely wonderful […] time and can't wait to go back. Paradise. One note...the food at the hotel is pricey and varies in quality. For breakfast go to Girasola at the hotel. Tomatoes has a gorgeous view but is twice the price. Girasola offers a great breakfast at a great price. Poolside fish tacos are delicious. And can be ordered while sitting in a chaise on the sand right in front of the sea. The weather was perfect. Highly recommended. 더 보기

This hotel was a fantastic value! Great location, nice amenities! The staff was SUPER friendly and very professional! I would come back and recommend this resort to anyone!

My experience was great in every way from the day of arrival to the departure. Definetly a great option for my next trip to Los Cabos. Natalia, at the front desk, was courteous and went out of her way to satisfy my requests.

We got a great deal through hotels.com, which included a food and beverage credit. The hotel is located about 10 minutes outside of Cabo, and because we didn't have a car, we spent most of our time at the resort. The drinks and food were very expensive for what they were, but the food and beverage credit made it all manageable. The rooms were great, […] and there was no one at the resort because apparently Labor Day is low season. The pools were a little warm, and not very refreshing. I do wish someone would have told me in advance that you cannot swim in the ocean in front of the hotel because the large waves make it too dangerous. Alas, the hotel was nice, the staff was friendly, and I would probably stay there again if I got another good deal. 더 보기

I had did alot of research before I picked the hotel for our honeymoon. The Sheraton Hacienda Del Mar was the PERFECT place for my husband and I. It was imaculate. The room was fantastic. The bed & pillows were very comfortable!! The bathroon was incredible. The shower was seperate, the jacuzzi tub was aaahh....then the seperate toilet room. (very important). […] I told them when we 1st arrived that we were on our honeymoon & wanted a nice quiet room away from kids. And I felt like we were on the floor alone! Everytime we left the housekeeping tidy up our room. We felt like ROYALTY. The staff there was GREAT!! (not so much the ones behind the desk) but the other staff. The restaurants were so YUMMY! The tomatoes restaurant was so good, & the guys there took good care of us. I will ALWAYS come back here, if I ever go to Cabo again. We didn't need any inclusive plans because we don't drink. We got 200 credit towards restaurants, and then another 200 when we listened to the timeshare, and we didn't even use it all. I WOULD MOST DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THE SHERATON!! 더 보기

Instalaciones modernas y bien diseñadas, con excelentes vistas hacia el mar desde todas las piscinas, una playa amplia y libre de rocas, y un buen sistema de transporte hacia Cabo San Lucas, que permite visitar esta zona y regresar al hotel sin hacer un gasto excesivo en el transporte, que por cierto es bastante caro en esa localidad. Mucha amabilidad […] y atención de todo el personal, lo hace sentir a uno como en casa, o tal vez mejor. Un hotel altamente recomendable. 더 보기
