I arrived at the hotel for check-in. The hotel reception staff was not that friendly to begin with. Also the lobby and interior design of the hotel does not reflect at all the quality of a 4 star hotel. I checked in to the room and there was no hot water for an entire 2hrs after a pipe burst in the hotel due to bad maintenance. My stay was pleasantly to my satisfactory

Stayed one night in April 2012. I flew in from Seattle where I had just spent several nights at two different 4-star rated hotels. The Coral Oriental was nothing like these hotels. The customer service was insufficient and unprofessional at the reception desk. My bathroom wasnt properly cleaned. WIFI was very expensive and when asked if they could […] change $ 50 into local currency they didnt have enough cash, even though they had a big sign advertising currency exchange. The Area: The area is around 20min drive from the airport. Unfortunately my room was facing a mosque on the other side of the street. Quite annoying to be waken up by 4:30 in the morning by their blasting speakers. Asking the reception about where to go eat (asked for a decent restaurants) they directed me to an area that only had very local street restaurants. There are no decent western style restaurants in the area as far as I could see - I walked around quite a lot searching for them and ended up taking a taxi to another area. Only positive experience was the included breakfast, it was very good. I went to the reception and asked them if this really could be a 4-star rated hotel. The guy goes "Yeah, but as this is a family hotel it might be different to other 4-star hotels you have tried.." 더 보기

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay here for a very reasonable price considering the location. The shuttle bus to deira mall is also a positive thou other malls are not catered for. The breakfast provided was as also enjoyable esp seen as most hotels do not offer breakfast. If I am to return to Dubai I'd be hard pressed to find a more impressive deal […] :-) 더 보기

Hotel was great especially free breakfast wotkout facility needs a lot of work and I wasn't aloud to extend my stay due to being sold out so I had to sit in lobby or four hrs. Other than that it was great

Awful, low quality hotel with staff who are really not interested in you at all. Beds are basic, thin mattresses. Next to two big mosques, so wake up call at dawn is unavoidable. Breakfast not worth getting up for.

It is ok for a 3 star. It is definitely not a 4 star!!!!!!

Very disappointing; no shuttle from airport as promised, complementary or otherwise; seedy part of town, much further from airport than advertised; guest felt she was being kidnapped during the long taxi ride; what appeared to be dried blood on towels; sleezy calls to the room from front desk personnel well into the night;

Overall its ok my room was noisy I could hear the planes passing by the whole night, if they could put a sound proof window would be better. I liked the free breakfast, the food was good and the location to souq Naïf was not bad. But it's worth the price of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a place that is convenient to move around.

Stayed 2 nts after a cruise. They did not have a non-smoking room for an early check in, but persuaded us to check out a smoking room, which was huge and had no smoke odor at all. Breakfast (included) was good, as was buffet dinner. Located in an older area (Naif) not far from the Gold Souk. Good hotel for the money , in a decent area, not too far from the airport. The only complaint was no free internet.

It is a nice clean hotel with cooperative staff. Had a little issue about internet which was not working in my room and they wanted to charge me for whole day usage and settled for half day usage about which I was not happy. But other then that it was good.

Impressed how good hotel was according to price. Would stay there again, breakfast nice, room clean and neat.

Nice hotel,especially for the rates(on Hotels.com),very helpful and warm staff,clean room and environs,lovely breakfast,good location(if you dont mind being close to the business district) for accessibility to all areas because of availability of transportation around the hotel,its very good overall. Hotel also provides free ride to some shopping areas […] and beaches. The only downside for me is the check-in time.most flights arrive Dubai in the early hours and check-in starts at 2pm at the hotel! I had to wait 6hours to be checked-in even though i had requested for early check-in while booking! But i will still recommend it or go back there myself! 더 보기

it was fairly pleasant just that the air conditioning could only be worked by the hotel attendants. and so i could not regulate it

They claim it 4 star but not close to 3 star. Price is not bad but the rooms and other services are not even close to 4 star.

Lovely hotel if you like being in town of Dubai and near the beach. Excellent stuff.

In the City of Dubia where opulance and luxury are everywhere and you can get a room for as much as $20,000 a night, the Coral Oriental Dubia is a clean, comfortable and excellent value. The rooms rates were very, very reasonable. The room was well designed, clean, well-maintained and comfortable. (the room was very similar to a typical US chain-managed […] limited-service hotel ... meaning it was in good condition and comfortable) And the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was relatively convenient to the historic part of Dubai via a short taxi ride or a long walk. And the hotel is within walking distance of the subway (it was a bit of a walk, but still walkable.) The only thing I did not like was that they charge for internet access. In today's world of technology, I don't think any hotel should charge for internet access. If you are looking for a comfortable, moderate and affordable hotel for your stay in Dubai, the Coral Oriental is a good choice. 더 보기

The hotel is not very far from the airport. It is very clean. The staff is very helpful in giving information about Dubai. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We would come again and can recommend it to others.

Generally hotel is OK. Only problem I had is that balcony doors were broken and when I requested they fix it, they said "no problem, we will send maintenanace little bit later". But when I returned it was still broken. It did not care much since I was only for one night and did not have anything worth stealing anyway. Corel Oriental Hotel in Dubai is very clean and comfortable. Only downside no free internet access but you can buy internet access tokens which I though was rather expensive. Good service, clean rooms, decent breakfast, good location. Would certainly stay there again.

If you're looking for a cheap and nice hotel with friendly staff, then you've found the right place. Comfortable beds - clean room. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is nice. Dubai is nice. The neighborhood was nice. Don't hesitate, you won't find this kind of hotels at this rates in all big capitals of the world !

I had a nice experience with the hotel the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is nice clean ,the service was very good . It worthed the price i paid I recommend this hotel to everyboday.The hotel has a restaurant but they offer shatle bus to the city center mall that you can find every kinds of food good price. the mall is very beautiful you will injoy shopping there.

This hotel is nice, but definitely not 4-Star quality. However the room prices are very cheap and as with anything, you get what you pay for. The staff were very nice.

We managed to get a really good rate at this hotel whilst on a business trip in the UAE and ended up staying for some 8 or 9 days. The hotel is very nice and clean. Location is OK. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Ist zwar kein 4 Sterne Hotel, aber die Leistung passt unbedingt für den für Dubai wirklich günstigen Preis. Zimmer sind sauber, dennoch ist starke Geruchsbelästigung durch kalten Zigarettenrauch gegeben.

Bra hotell til en bra pris. Litt minus for flystøy, men det venner man seg raskt til.

Très mauvais hôtel, il ne mérite pas du tout ces 4 hôtels comparer à d'autres hôtels de Dubai qui eux le valent vraiment. De plus le personnel est très désagréable, très mauvais service. Je ne poserai plus jamais mes valises dans cet hôtel. Je vous déconseille également!

Wir sind abends um 21:00 Uhr angekommen und waren froh, mit dem Taxi schnell im Hotel zu sein. Morgens sind wir um 06:30 Uhr wieder zum Flughafen gefahren. An der Hotelreception wurden wir sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich bedient. Wenn wenig Verkehr ist, dann ist man in 10 - 15 Minuten am Flughafen. Von der Umgebung können wir nicht allzu viel sagen. […] In der Nacht lässt sich das nicht so gut feststellen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und für den Preis den wir bezahlten luxuriös. No tienen internet incluido en el precio y cuando lo contratas la velocidad es muy lenta. El desayuno es poco variado y al contratarlo por internet no esta incluido. La comida y cena son poco variadas.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Изначально был предоставлен номер не соответствующий брони - прокуренный с двумя кроватями. Заказывали с одной двухспальной кроватью для не курящих. Номер поменяли только на третьи сутки. Качественная уборка проводилась не всегда (пыль не протирали, пылесосили не во всех местах, зато выбросили нужный пакет с чеками). Не работал спортзал. Интернет очень […] дорогой (часовой доступ равен стоимости недельного в Москве) и медленный (часто отключался совсем), а также блокирован доступ к некоторым сайтам. В связи с этим написали жалобу, которая была проигнорирована. Один администратор (имя не помню, азиатской внешность, с плохим произношением) даже не здоровался. Единственный человек, который всегда был приветлив - старший лакей Кеннет. Однажды не хватило мест в автобусе на пляж, автобус вернулся и отвез отдельно нас двоих. Водитель тоже был вежлив и учтив. Сложилось впечатление, что остальной персонал уже устал от постояльцев. Питание чаще заслуживало удовлетворительной оценки. Состояние внутренних помещений было отличным, однако окна снаружи были сильно загрязнены. Полный комплект (шампунь, пена для ванны и лосьон для тела) был предоставлен лишь в последний день пребывания, до этого был только шампунь и мыло. Расположение не очень удобное. До метро 15 минут ходьбы, пляж Аль Мамзар в 15 минутах езды. Хотя есть не малый плюс в том, что Насер Сквер тоже не близко. До золотого рынка тоже минут 15 пешком. Обмен валют находится через дорогу. Не все таксисты знаю местоположение гостиницы. Таксисты в Дубае - это вообще отдельный разговор. 더 보기
