we were there for 2 nights and we were verry satisfied the only thing is the signage to find the hotel we went by it twice ............ we enjoyed the jfk and baseball museum and the local pubs we will be going back

Large selection of breakfast items. Staff was always friendly and very pleasant. The driveway was being sealed and stripped while we are there but we were not inconvienced.

As soon as I walked in the room I smelled a musty scent that made the room seem extremely dirty. The comforter looked like it had never been washed and the TV was old. My nose was so stuffed up when I woke up because of the dust and air system in the room. I honestly would prefer never staying there again but you get what you pay for. I had booked a room with two queen beds but we were given a room with two double beds with no options for a room with two queen beds. When I called the front desk they were not helpful at all. The building was extremely musty smelling. The rooms were outdated including the bathrooms. The sheets and floors were clean just building smelled. The location […] is very convenient which was great and since we were only there for one night we delt with the smell and incorrect room beds. I would not recommended this hotel. 더 보기

I had 2 rooms booked - 1 for me and 1 for guests. The rooms were nothing fancy at all but suited our needs. Daily housekeeping service could be improved. My guests room with 2 DBL beds was done but on the same day my room barely had the bed made. Covers were pulled up and the bedspread was at the bottom of the bed - just as I left it. Daily supplies […] left were not consistent - 2 pkg. of coffee day, 1 package the next - no plastic cups/glasses in 1 room. When I awoke after the 1st night, I could not find the TV channel listing sheet - thought I tossed it in trash by mistake. After staying 3 nights there, on my last morning I found it. It was on the sheets on the side of the bed I don't sleep on. Patio area was good sizes and I imagine it could be real nice during better weather. My main issue with staying there was the lack of wireless internet access. Had to walk/drive to the lobby with laptop - lobby had only 1 public PC to use. This place could use updating, including in-room internet access BUT, overall, you get what you pay for and I found the rooms to be extremely reasonable. Everything there is to do and see is within close range to the hotel which was great. 더 보기

Everything was ok but the only problem the hot water was gone. and when it was there it would take over 5 min of wait for hot water to come back up.

Late October wasn't the greatest time to stay on the Cape. The hotel was located in a great location. Walking down Main Street and Ocean Street was AWESOME. Not too much happening on the Cape at this time of year. The beach was still a nice walk. No whale watching this weekend :( For a quiet and relaxing weekend I'd stay here again. It is incredible in this day that there is a hotel in a sophisticated place like Hyannis that does not offer in-room WiFi. I was in town on business and was forced to go to the lobby to work on line. Our room was a good size and clean with a sliding glass door that opened to a balcony. Decor is updated. The bed was too soft to my liking. We had 2nd fl room and we felt secure sleeping with the door ajar to let in fresh air. The indoor pool area was very nice except for the lighting, it's not very bright and the lights kept dimming which was annoying. The […] hotel is in a great location. Close to downtown and Main Street, and the harbour is within walking distance. The only bad thing I have to say is that there were no towels. We had 4 people in our room with only one bath towel. My initial room on the ground floor smelled like an ashtray. They provided a different room on the second floor which was fine. Large room, decent condition, no free breakfast. Great location to walk to ferry terminal.

Hotel is located at the top of Hyannis Town, very close to the transportation centre and the ferries from Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Hotel itself is large, has a bar and restaurant. Disappointingly the outside pool was closed. There is an indoor pool, but it would have been nice to sit by the outdoor pool. We had a room on the ground floor with […] a patio that looked onto a high wall, the area on this patio was covered in cigarette butts and bottle tops, this was rather off putting and housekeeping really should clean up the patio areas as well as the rooms. Staff on reception were eastern european and rather over sure of themselves - I booked our room well in advance and requested an upstairs room - this was not provided, nor was an explanation as to why it could not be. If an explanation that none were available had of been given I would have been safisfied, but the staff member couldn't have been bothered. To be honest when I am returning to Hyannis I will stay somewhere smaller and more personal, where the staff have a genuine interest in guests. Plus for the money we paid it was not worth it. 더 보기

This hotel is great for anyone going to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket - within walking distance to Ferry. Save $12 to $17 parking fee. Inexpensive, clean and good service. Would stay again and tell others about it.

Just there one night before taking the 6:30 AM ferry to Nantucket. Very close to town, walking distance to the ferry. Very nice. My only complaint was that I never received the wake-up all I asked for.

This is the third time over the past 14 years that I have visited Cape Cod and stayed at the Heritage House Hotel in Hyannis. The hotel is very reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, quiet and walking distance to all the tourist sites in Hyannis, including the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard and the Cape Cod railway station which has great dinner […] rides. If you are not going to be spending much time in the room then this hotel is pretty good. We were in the main building and the only thing that I noticed was that the walls are super thin and the shower has very little room to move and I am tiny! However the location was perfect and the room was spotless.

We stayed in an executive king room and it was very nice. The room was very large and clean. The halls are a bit outdated but it's nice for a weekend or trip to the beach. We would stay there again =)

basic hotel at a fair price located on main street near hyannis ferry port.

We were pleasantly surprised and would have stayed longer but could only get the one night due to late booking on the holiday weekend. The location was great and convenient to everything. The pulic areas were well lighted and maintained. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Would definitly stay again when in the area.

My husband and I stayed at the Heritage House while visiting the cape for Labor Day weekend. The location was perfect for exploring Hyannis, as it's only a few steps from Main Street and a few blocks from the harbor. We requested a room on the top floor of the main building overlooking the pool. The hotel accomodated our request and we enjoyed sitting […] on the balcony listening to music from a local bar on Main St. on our first evening. The hotel was a bit shabby but overall met our needs. The room and bathroom were very clean - the TV, iron, coffee maker worked perfectly. We were to stay for one night only and the beds were very comfortable. The only con : The hotel website says free wifi, but the wifi was only available in the common area which was very inconvenient since we would constantly need to go out of the room to download information […] about places to visit. Just stayed at the Heritage House Hotel and had a great time. The entire hotel was clean and nice. The staff was super friendly and informative. It's right on the strip with all the fun shops, restaurants and bars (great for night life too!) It was also very affordable! We once again stay at the Heritage House Hotel in Hyannis. We were very satisfied with the hotel even though we did not stay in the main house. The rooms were clean and well maintained. got placed in a room not in the main building. It was dark, dirty and smelled awful. It was stuck in the 60s, including the smell to go along with it. No elevators to haul up luggage to the 2nd floor. Was told all the rooms were remodeled only a few years ago. Eventually we were moved into another room the next day in them main building and it was acceptable. […] I would not risk booking here again. 더 보기

Our recent stay at the Heritage House hotel was wonderful. It's located within walking distance of the ocean as well as dozens of shops and restaurants in downtown Hyannis. Fantastic service, clean rooms, and the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids. Highly recommended!

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Ferry to Nantucket. Only 3/10 of a mile Easy walk with 2 small children. We were able to leave the car at the hotel and saved the $15 daily parking fee at the ferry. Which i considered when booking the trip. Since our oldest daughter was working on the island for the summer. (Wish i did something like […] that when i was young.) We wanted to be close for the day she returned later in the week. We spent 3 nights. HOTELS.COM got us a great Deal. We were able to get a reduced 3 nightly rate over th 2 night good rate. Quiet location, slept well. Room was clean we had a king size bed and a pullout sofa for the children. A small refrigerator came with the room. Great for our gallon of milk. Only down side of our stay was. The hotel was clean and location was great. We arrived at 2:15pm on a Friday and were not allowed to check in early. I went back to the desk at 3:05pm and luckly the room was ready. I noticed there were others still waiting.

The Heritage Hotel- Close to must -see sights, BUT we had to ask for a different room because the first room smelled of mildew. However, the staff was very accomodating. The second room on another floor was much better.
