My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The B&B was very clean and our room was very nice. Would stay here again.

I would recommend provided you dont want friendly genuine service. I booked using Hotels.com and paid about half what their website was offering. I felt therefore the small room at the top of the mansion was fine and fair value for what I paid. Closing breakfast at 9am Sunday morning the weekend of the clocks going forward was a little unfriendly in […] my opinion and the woman "serving" was offish about it - though we did get breakfast and a fairly good one by paying a $5 upgrade for it - about 15 minutes past 9. So on the one hand the service offered was less than expected, on the other hand we got what we paid for - sort of balances out. Totally unattentive!

I was promised a room with a sitting area and what I actually got was a closet sized room. The advertisment for the B & B states breafkast with a choice of hot meal but did not state a cost. When I called the B & B I was quoted $15.00. When I arrived, the song changed to $5.00. The host was not to helpful with traveling inquiries other than to offer […] me a map. Bed and breakfast was really nice. My room was like a walk in closet. I could not wait for morning to check out. The innkeeper was not expectting me. I did not get the.room they said was available. Nice place to stay just be sure you know what room you are getting. )

This was our first time at a B&B, so keep that in mind. We thought it was VERY quaint and cute. Room was perfect for a one night stay in Lancaster. Heat worked REALLY well and room was very cozy. Staff was super nice and friendly. Bathroom was clean; no hair in the shower or mold in seams. The staff was beyond friendly, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was simple but filling with nice, fresh-baked Amish type goodies (with an optional upgrade to a hot breakfast for a reasonable price). The grounds are beautiful with the fountains and flowers, and the rooms are very private. I thought the 10:30am check-out time was a little early, […] but it wasn't a big deal. The air conditioning wasn't what it should have been in the room, and we were contemplating going out and buying a fan for the night to cool the room down. Also, the TV only got very basic channels. Overall, this was a great little room for a one-night stay. If I needed accommodations for a longer period of time, I would look elsewhere, but as a stopover, it's a great B&B. 더 보기

Has beautiul gardens the room lovely, the food great. Everyone very nice

House was beautiful, room was a tad small, but otherwise lovely.

The room - we had room 10 - was fine. Somehow I missed that it would have two double beds when I made the reservation but no big deal. Lighting was not the best and all the electrical sockets seemed to be pretty worn because plugs did not want to stay in the wall very well. The TV was not a modern model yet and cable choices were limited but TV was […] not the reason for the stay anyway. We checked in after nornal hours and left before checkout time the next day so didn't really get to see much else of the property. The grounds seemed nice enough with pathways and small man-made ponds with fish and fountains. The owners were friendly enough. The breakfast was continental style with upgrades to hot choices for an additonal fee in the morning. The room price was right so continental was good enough. Next time my wife chooses and makes reservations because she had different expectations about the accomodations and about breakfast. 더 보기

Adequate at best - room was worthy of a 1 star hotel at best. Full size bed shoe-horned into a small room. What bothered us was the bedspread looked dirty and there were larger rooms available that were unoccupied (i.e. the doors were left open) - why not just let us move into a bigger room? We should have stayed at one of the other motels in the area […] instead of paying a premium for the B&B. 더 보기

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was small, but pleasant. The couple running the B&B were very nice. Breakfast was tasty. They plowed us out with plenty of time to get to our morning meeting.

This B&B is convenient to all the Bird-in-Hand activities, Sight & Sound, as well as the Rockvale outlets shops. Rooms in the main house are spread out across 3 floors so be sure to inquire about room assignment upon making reservations. Some rooms do not have any chairs.

This was an incredible place to stay. And to top it off the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

My wife and I are from Ohio were on a tour of the Amish country. We were very pleased with our total experience at the Greystone Manor, in particular the service and ambiance. The architecture reminded of us of small hotels we've stayed at in England and Scotland - but with US amenities. The gardens are amazing. The morning breakfast was great. Various size rooms. Those who need the space of a motel size room, need to go to a motel. Ours was the smallest in the main house on the walk-up, 3rd floor. One stays here for the beautifully kept gardens, ample breakfast and respectful service. Our "cozy" space was well maintained and had a closet for hangered clothes, plus a small wicker chest of […] drawers whose top serves as a table top for a clock radio, etc., and a clean, adequate double bed.
