Wedsite states airport shuttle, however it does not state the start and end time of this service. we neede to be at the airport at 7am, yet the shuttle service only starts at 8:30 am. This information would have been helpful to know ahead of booking.

We had prebooked our stay at Homewood Suites before coming to Buffalo. When we got to the hotel and was given our room keys, my husband and me went to the room to check it out before bring in our children (3) and bags. When we got to the room we found it to be too small for our family, so we went back to the front desk and asked if they could provide […] us another room, which they were able to do which made our stay at Homewood Suites so much better. Had everything you could ask for in a hotel room-nice suite including full mini kitchen w/ microwave, dishwasher, stove and fridge-lots of room-2 flat screen TV's, free wi-fi, free breakfast and dinner buffet included in price too! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We chose to stay here because of the price. Very affordable for the family. We were surprised to find out that they had a complimentary dinner Mon thru Thur. as well as the everyday breakfast. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. We even forgot some things in the room, a couple of hours after we checked out they called and shipped the items to […] our home. after 8 days of travel and 5 hotels, it was so nice to be in this hotel. the room was very spacious, very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely seek out other homewood suites after this experience.

Best stay yet in Amherst-Buffalo. Close to different shopping areas and great places to eat. Kids loved every minute including the perfect temperature pool! Breakfast was good - had to wait at times for certain things to be refilled but other than that, all good. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

We had a one night stay and reviewed the comments left by others and we were quite pleased. The room was spacious and quiet. We could hear people while we were walking to the room from the hall, but once inside it was very quiet. Overall, great stay for me and the family. I would highly recommend this property!

This is truly a great place to stay for Canadians, close to Boulevard mall and the Olive Garden. Right off the highway. The only thing I would improve is the entrance by putting a name sign at the street. In the dark when returning from eating it is hard to tell if it is the right driveway.

our "queen size" seemed full size and the mattress was too soft. The remainder of our stay was very satisfactory.

Loved the suite, having a refrigerator, dishwasher,microwave and stove top came in handy. Bed was so comfortable, better sleep in hotel than at home. pool and basketball court was a big plus for my boys 13 & 16. Breakfast in the morning was also fabulous.

Being from Ontario, we had never had an opportunity to stay at Homewood Suites before. We went to Amherst for two days of relaxation and shopping. We had a very relaxing time. The room was clean, well laid out and homey. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. fridge was turn on too high, all my food was frozen, the sink was clogged up too many times. bad time.

Overall excellent hotel for the money, will definately stay again

Close to shopping and restaurants which was our main reason for being there. The breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel. The only down side was the the suites were quite small. We had to move all the furniture around to use the pullout bed. This made it impossible to move around.

Breakfast was fresh and a nice bonus! Staff were friendly and professional. When we booked our room (through this site) we requested a non smoking with two double beds. We got a smoking room with a pull out couch and one double bed. Of course ...the hotel was full so we could not switch rooms until the second day and this room also had a pullout instead […] of a real bed -- what do you do? I could recommend this hotel as it is located close to everything and as I said the staff were friendly but these accomodations were not worth what we paid. 더 보기

If you have to be in town for more than a couple of days this is a great place to stay . Suite is well furnished and spacious.

a great spot for families- adequately stocked kitchen area, large desk, sofa. The bed was less than firm and the linens for the fold out couch were absent.Otherwise, everything was well appointed, desk personnel were helpful, breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts I've seen, even if a little on the cool side.

The front desk clerk was pleasant enough, but, we had a hungry 3 month old baby in tow, and she decided to be as slow as humanly possible! I literally stood at the desk for a minute (which doesn't seem like alot, but, is when it's late and your baby is crying) while I waited for her to finish filling up the coffee makers for breakfast next morning...I […] didn't realize that she was even our front desk clerk b/c she seemed so oblivious to the fact that we needed our room pronto!!! Other then that...our stay was wonderful! I loved this hotel, we will definitely be back at some point. I loved the convenience of having a full kitchen, and our room was beautiful and clean. It felt like a home away from home. Having a baby with us meant that I needed the fridge and the microwave, so handy when you are travelling. We loved the pool and the basketball court, this will be our new place to stay when we are back in the Niagara region again! 더 보기

This was our second stay at this property. My mistake was reserving a queen suite instead of the king suite. The queen bed even though the tag stated it was, is the smallest I've encountered and the mattress was caved in the center. Easy to get to. AC was a bit too powerful and blew directly from across the room to the bed, right on one. Very clean and convenient set up. A little noisy when other folks used toilet facilities and above us someone seemed to be rolling something on the floor close to midnight. Free upgrade to King suite, clean and comfy suite, nice breakfast buffet, personable staff at check in. Recommended surban Buffalo hotel!

Outstanding Hotel.

The hotel location was a nice end to our 7+ hour drive from the DC metro area heading to the Niagara Falls. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet (even by highway), the lobby area was also nice. The only problem we noticed was that there was only one person at the front desk every time---multi-tasking every time we passed them. While we checked in […] the front desk woman was checking me in, with another 3 waiting, answering a call from a room, while placing another call on hold. So we avoided as much as possible asking questions or requesting anything because they were always so busy. Otherwise......we had a very nice stay and a good nights sleep.
