This is a good place to rent an apartment in Aukland. The only big problem is that the reception does not open until 9am and nobody informed me of this. I was pleasantly surprised by this serviced apartment just two blocks up from the Sky City Complex. The suite was clean and comfortable and had a decent kitchen. A comfortable sofa, working TV, clean bathroom/good water pressure and free broadband helped make my one-week stay very pleasant. Great sized apartmetn with separate bedroom opening to the lounge area. But the apartments are literally on a five lane highway entrace into the city and are noisy as hell - all night! Mostly it's the big trucks who use their air/engine brakes to slow down as their heading North along this road (Nelson St.). It really spoilt what is a generally well […] set-up room. 더 보기

Me and my partner were very disappointed with our stay at the quest. We payed for a king room with harbor view. And it had no view at all. There was hair all through the bed and the door was broken in our room. The location was the only decent thing.

A really useful and well equipped apartment for a young family. Staff were helpful and flexible with our early departure due to flight change. The road noise mentioned elsewhere was not a problem to us at all.

The staff were friendly and helpfull. The room was what we expected from the web page, clean comfortable and well located only a short walk to the center of town.

This hotel location was great in central Auckland within walking distance to shopping areas and harbor. The bed was uncomfortable and one of the receptionist had an attitude with poor service.

Pictures were nicer than the room, but the room wasn't bad, just dated bit with the sitting area. However, do not reserve a room that faces the harbor. Excellent view, but Nelson is an extremely busy road 24 hours a day. Very pleasant front desk hostess, made me smile when I arrived.

This place was definitely not what I expected for a four and a half star rating. I think it belongs in the 2 or 2.5 star category. Location is not good (seems to be a bad part of town). The view was ok. The beds were so uncomfortable I slept on the couch - I think they were very old box spring mattresses. Shower had a window that was broken and thus […] permanently open (not nice on a chilly winter day). The blinds covering that window were old and moldy. It was nice to have the kitchen and washer/dryer, though. And the front desk staff were rather nice. 더 보기

全体的によいと思います。ＣＰがよくＣＢＤまで徒歩圏内、キッチン、ランドリー付き、駐車場も無料で利用できます。次回も是非利用したいです。

水周り、特にキッチンが使いやすく、バスタブもあるところが気に入りました。室内も明るく眺望も申し分ありません。概ね満足ですが、やはり車の騒音は気になります。また、隣室からのTVと思われる重低音が壁を振動させるように響いてくるのは問題です。ロケーションも思ったよりアクセスも良く、窓からの騒音対策がされれば最高です。

Large space for a single user but awesome to stay. Filling hot water in a bathtub is necessary during winter season and quest of nelson needs attention for this matter because you cannot use a hot water for a shower once you filled up a bathtub.

The appartment was one of the best we have ever seen. We were totally impressed by not only the quality of the appartment, but also the very friendly staff and the level of service. We highly recommend it!!
