전체적으로 만족했습니다. 저희는 11층에 묵었는데 청결상태도 좋았고 전망도 비교적으로 좋았습니다. 다만 예약을 성인2명으로 했는데 가운이 1개만 비치되어 있었고 헤어드라이어도 비치되어 있지 않아 요청하여 받았습니다. 요청한 것에 대해서는 바로 처리된 점은 아주 좋았습니다. 시내가 바로 앞이라 시내구경하는데는 부족함이 없었습니다.

It was my work trip to Kota Kinabalu, and the hotel was quite great. Kota Kinabalu has a lot of hotels but it is hard to find good hotel. Le Meridien is one of the finest hotel in this area I think.

직원들의 친절한 태도가 매우 좋았습니다 센터포인트와 필리피노마켓이 지척이라 시내 관광하기 그만인 위치입니다 마지막날 출국시간이 밤 12시 20분이라 짐을 맡길 곳이 없었는데 1층 로비에 가면 스스로 맡아 주신다고 하시는 것을 보니 그렇게 하는 여행자가 많은 것 같았습니다 덕분에 짐 맡기고 마지막 날까지 편하게 말레이시아 관광을 갔습니다 작지만 아담하고 깨끗한 수영장이 있어 좋았 습니다 다음에 말레이시아에 가게되면 꼭 다시 가보고 싶은 호텔입니다~^^

작년에 이어 두번째 이용했어요. 똑같은 디럭스 객실이구요, 작년보다 숙박비는 두배가 되고 서비스는 반의 반으로 줄어들었네요. 객실에서는 곰팡이냄새로 눈뜨기가 힘들어 방을 바꿨지만, 여전히 카펫에서 곰팡내가 났었어요.. 룸 클리닝 써비스도 엉망이고, 바닥청소도 안하고, 시트에서는 계속 쉰내가 나고, 써비스로 주는 물이며 핸드타월도 가져다 놓지 않고...청소를 다시 요구했지만, 여전히 엉망이더군요. 6박내내 컴플레인만 걸다 온 것 같아요.. 이용하는 내내 불편했어요.. 특히 유아 동반하시는 분들.. 이 호텔 가지 마세요.. 굳이 가신다면 9층 달라고 하세요.. 스타우드 그룹 회원들 이용하는 층입니다.. 처음에 5층에 갔다가 […] 저희 모두 곰팡내에 죽는 줄 알았어요.. 더 보기

일주일정도 이 호텔에 머물렀는데요. 처음 5층에 방을 배정받았는데 복도에서부터 퀴퀴한 냄새가 나더니 그 냄새가 방까지 이어지더군요. 그날 비가 많이와서 그런가 하고 참고 잤습니다. 그런데 다음날도 냄새가 좀 나더군요. 뷰도 별로고해서 방을 씨뷰로 업그레이드하고 10층으로 옮겼습니다. 그런데 이게 왠일.. 너무 쾌적했어요. 지내는동안 비가 두어번 더 왔는데두 5층복도와 방에서 나던 그런 냄새는 전혀 없었습니다. 5층에서 이틀 머문게 짜증이 날 정도로.. 그리고 꼭 씨뷰로 권해드려요. 호텔방에서 보는 석양이 너무 예쁩니다. 워터프론트 갈 필요가 없어요. 그리고 씨티뷰는 주변 건물들이 너무 낡아서 별로에요. 어쨌든 첫날 바로 […] 방옮길걸 하고 후회했습니다. 위치는 필리피노 마켓과 와리산스퀘어, 센터포인트가 모두 길건너에(각기 다른방향) 위치해 있어 정말 편리합니다. 식당이나 생필품 등 거의 필요한 모든게 있어요. 더 보기

디럭스룸으로 예약한 후, 체크인 시에 클럽룸 업그레이드 하였습니다. 결과적으로 대만족입니다. 룸컨디션도 전체적으로 나쁘지 않았고, 객실 랜스피드도 만족. 가장 좋은 것은, 클럽라운지 서비스였습니다. 클럽라운지에서의 조식부페와 해피아워는 1박당 60$정도의 금액을 추가한 것이 전혀 아깝지 않더군요. 또한 위치가 센터포인트, 와리산스퀘어 바로 옆에 있고 수영장이 작긴 하지만 여유로운 시간을 보내기엔 충분합니다. 또한 직원들도 친절하고 신속하며 음식맛도 평균이상이었습니다. 이곳에서 2박을 하고 라사리아 오션윙으로 옮겨갔지만 섬투어+심야관광을 즐기실 생각이라면 가격대비 르메르디앙 클럽룸을 추천합니다. 저도 다음에 다시 […] 코타키나발루를 찾을때는 다른 럭셔리리조트보다 르메르디앙 클럽룸에 다시 묵고 싶을 정도로 마음에 들었습니다. 더 보기

직원은 내 체크 인과 체크 아웃을 아주 효율적으로 도와 주었는데, 매우 인상 깊었다. 수영장 직원들은 매우 예의바름. 식당 직원들은 자리 안내와 계산할때 굉장히 느리다. 호텔 위치는 훌륭하다. 수영장에서 저녁 노을과 방은 끝내 주었다. 호텔 편의시설에 대한 정보를 얻는 것이 좀 어려웠다. 뭐가 있는지 아는데 좀 시간이 걸렸다.

Nice hotel good location and room size. Very friendly and helpful staff. Slight downside some scuffs and stains to furniture spoils the rooms. Stunning view from our room of the seafront

arrived at the hotel around 1pm in the afternoon and no one around to help with the baggage, but 2 porters appeared at check in area. at check in, was told that preferred room was not ready though the room was already paid for. waiting time for room was 1.5hrs couldn't wait so accepted another room with complimentary wireless. yes wireless was not free […] in this age! room tel did not work and had to come down to reception twice to fix it. iron was not working too and didn't bother anymore to call house keeping. left a note for the GM but there was no return call etc. at the most, a 3 star hotel!!! 더 보기

All staffs are friendly especially the Concierge, very helpful. Will stay there again when I visit K.K. Sabah again. Room is big facing cityview and near to the massage parlour. Pubs are walking distance and Pasar Malam just opposite at night for some local suppers!

Hotel was very clean large rooms comfortable bed large bathroom with bath and clothes line for washing, which was handy. Location great for sunset views local market across the road a bit fish smelly at night after a hot day. Shopping very close and lots of eating choices close, would stay again.

My stay is fine except I was really disappointed with the international phone call charge. It was explained very clear and I was way over charged for using less than 30 minutes. I am coming back with a group of friends next year but will not stay your hotel again. Thank you very much. William.

The best sunset's from the club room, they let us check out 2 hours passed our check-out time! Breakfast at the Circle was better than the Club room. Staff were very friendly.
