Lovely reception when we got there with staff who spoke good English as unfortunately we can't speak German. The location is brilliant, nice surrounding area and 5 minute walk from the train station. The double glazing prevented any noise from outside being a problem (although it was only on the friday night when people were out later outside the hotel). […] The room was nice and clean with a bathroom that had his and hers sinks. The only downside was that breakfast isn't included and you are given a breakfast menu in your room without a price. We decided to go elsewhere. In addition, on one night the room was ridiculously hot and we were unable to change this on the air-conditioning control (which didn't seem to switch on at all). Excellent hotel, all you could wish for, and great value as well.

We stayed here for the second December running for the Christmas markets which the hotel is ideally located for. Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms. Excellent location also. Nice little bar and good breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely return.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights - excellent location right in the middle of the town - very close to the main Train Station. The rooms were very clean, pretty large size for European standards. The breakfast was well laid out - though i would recommend the hotel to include free breakfast for people like us booking for 7 nights.

Great location, walking distance to everything, even the train station. The hotel staff was friendly, all spoke English and the rooms were clean and spacious. Had a great 10 day experience! Only problem was they tried to charge me breakfast for every day when I only ate there once, so check your bill closely. They did remove it immediately on check […] out. Very good location. Old building but recently refurnished. Very closed to train station and underground. Very good for shopping and town explorers. Clean rooms and friendly reception staff.

Var i Hannover for å se fotball i Hannover og Bremen. 3 min gange til sentralbanestasjonen og kort vei til restauranter og uteliv. Veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige ansatte på hotellet. Rommet var romslig og rent. Anbefaler absolutt dette hotellet.

Sehr schönes zentrales Hotel mit allem Komfort im gebuchten Zimmer, was man beim betreten des Hotels nicht sofort erwartet.

Utrolig høj service og fantastisk mad. Tæt på centrum og med fin parkering.

部屋は広くとても清潔です。 BEDも設備も清潔で快適です。 駅からも近いので、非常に便利です。

Nice Hotel. Good pillows and bed which is important to me since i travel a a lot. Industrial reception which is compensated by the rooms. Good Indian restaurant in the area.

Hotellet er super lækkert og lever helt klart op til de 5 stjerner. Vi fik ikke morgenmad på hotellet, da vi syntes, det var for dyrt. Da vi forlod hotellet, fandt vi ud af, at minibaren var med i prisen.

Kanske en av de bästa hotell i Hannover men en besvikelse om man jamför med andra hotell i samma prisklass i resten av Tyskland och Europa.

Det var simpelthen et super hotel! Dejlige, store værelser, lækkert og diskret indrettet, luksuriøst og ekstremt centralt uden at være vanvittigt dyrt. Morgenmadsbuffeten var til gengæld dyr, men den var også LÆKKER med mange ting at vælge i mellem, god kvalitet og små opsatser med lækre kager.

Et veldig stilfullt og komfortabelt hotell med stort rom og ypperlig service.Alt personale var veldig serviceinnstillt og blide.Beliggenheten er helt perfekt midt i Hannover uten traffikstøy.Flott trimrom og sauna/spa avdeling.Kan absolutt anbefales.
