We had a nice stay and it was close to everything we wanted to do in South Haven.

It was nice to stay in a hotel managed by friendly local people for a change. The extra lock on the door was broken. I called the desk and maintenance fixed it right away. Don't miss the ice cream store that's within walking distance.

It would have been nice to know the pool was closed beforfe we booked the room

Would not recommend a conference at this place. Tiniest gym and pool, just enough to be called on. Breakfast not very good.

After checking in with the efficient, yet stressed front desk clerk, we made our way to our room. We opted for a king bed NS room. We headed down to the end of the hall ,by the exit door, to our room.Upon entering, we saw one of what was to be many surprises during our stay. not only did our room have a sauna, but it also had all the lovely fragrance […] of a basement pool hall! We opened the window, turned on the all or nothing AC, and settled in. The room & bedding seemed decently clean. The small, 1990s-era TV was easy to operate. After a while, I decided to get a soda from the machine in the hall. It was out of order, so I headed to the tiny gift shop next to the front desk. It was dark, but as I looked around, it seemed more like an antique shop than a gift shop! Baskets of overpriced candy bars surrounded by piles of vintage chips and granola bars made it hard to choose. I finally settled on a high-priced Sprite I found in the relic-of-a-gas station cooler against the wall. After bothering the clerk with my purchase, I went back to the room. The door wouldn't unlatch after repeated swipes with a "green" light comfirmation, so my daughter let me in. Time to unwind, and get ready for the next day. I sat down at the desk to read something I picked up earlier . My phone needed charging, so I leaned next to the fridge to plug it in and imagine my surprise to see a piece of half-eaten fried chicken on the floor!! Oh my! I'm not sure how long it had been there, but I sure wasn't going to be the one to pick it up. Back down to the front desk I go to let them know of my discovery. I was comforted when the front desk clerk said she was "sorry", and that she would "right that down". After spending the night pondering why in the world so many people would be going in and out of the exit next to our room all night long, it was morning. No thrills. Get what you pay for.

Horrible room and horrible bathroom. We meant to stay there overnight but checked out the same day we checked in(within 5-6 hours) because the room was so depressing and horrible. Never stayed in a Ramada Inn before, will never say there agin.

The Radisson Lighthouse Conference Center in South Haven, Michigan, is a great place to stay or leave. The hotel amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, and gym, but one can spend too much time in one's hotel. There happenned to be a fire alarm soon after we had settled in (either a kid pulling a prank or a faulty waffle maker). Downtown is a Norman Rockwell postcard and the beautiful beaches make us wonder why we had never heard of South Haven before. 더 보기

We booked our hotel during a festival (we were not attending) so the prices were artifically high for not being on the main strip. I noticed they dipped about a third for the next weekend. Great room for the money. People were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was crowded on weekend but plenty of food.

Very conveniently located off of highway. It's a very busy area with Walmart and gas stations surrounding.

Location is great for South Haven activities. Our room had water damage in the bathroom that was insufficiently repaired and peeling paint. There were cigarette ashes in the vents of the air conditioner. The room seemed a bit in shabby repair for the price. I think the price had more to do with peak season in a great town than a great hotel in a great […] town. The front desk staff does not wear uniforms so we were unsure who employees were. Also observed staff being short with people on the phone trying to make reservations. The front desk staff seemed a bit to casual in appearance and behavior. We were given a smoking room and told that we could not change. Not happy about that at all.

it was a great place to stay. the only complaint I had was the hot tub clorine was a bit too high.

The price of the room was good and our room was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel for the money, very clean, and comfortable, I will go back again
