푸라마 리조트 다낭 (Furama Resort Danang) - 다 낭

체크인시 예약 상황과 달리 체크아웃 날짜가 달라 당황했으나 곧 정정되어 다행스러웠다. 어디서 착오가 있었는지 확인할 수 없었지만, 예약 확인증을 가져가지 않았다면 문제가 될 수도 있겠다는 생각에 아찔했다. 리조트의 시설이나 환경은 매우 좋은 편이었으나, 식당의 질이나 맛, 운영 방침엔 문제가 있는 듯. 어지간한 맛이면 참고 먹는 스타일인데, 비싸게 주고 먹은 저녁 뷔페는 최악이었다. 게다가 아침 뷔페에서도 주는 물이나 쥬스가 제공되지 않고 추가 비용은 받는 것은 더욱 기분을 상하게 했다. 단품 메뉴라면 이해가 되겠지만 말이다.

규모는 큽니다.하지만 객실은 그리 깔끔한 편은 못됩니다. 얼핏 보면 정리정돈도 잘 되어 있고 깔끔해 보이지만 숨은 곳에 먼지 굉장히 많고, 시트나 베개 툭툭 치면 먼지가 폴폴. 시가지나 주요 관광지 셔틀 버스 운행 전혀 안하고 있고 조식도 메뉴는 많으나 마땅히 먹을 건 없다는...대신 숙소에서 조금만 걸어 나가면 바로 바닷가이고 적당한 파도 때문에 해수욕 즐기기엔 좋습니다. 휴양만이 목적이고 리조트 내에만 계신다면 그리 나쁘지 않겠지만 적당한 관광과 함께하는 여행이라면 비추입니다. 가격대비 별로입니다.

이곳에서 3박을 묵었고 정말 멋진 경험이였습니다. 여행을 시작하고 3일동안 좀 춥고 비가 내려 날씨가 좋지 않았지만, 멋진 ocean studio suite king 묵었기에 거실과 발코니에서 아름다운 바닷가를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 도착하자마자 환대를 받았는데, 맞이하시는 직원이 체크인을 함께 도와주고 심지어 방도 업그레이드까지 해 주었습니다. 마지막 날 체크아웃할때가 되니까 드디어 해가 비추어 모든 아름다운 장관을 보게 되었고 이 아름다운 프라이빗 비치를 즐길 수 있도록 호텔측에 늦게 체크아웃할 수 있는지 요청했는데 이때가 바쁜 토요일임에도 불구하고 허락해 주었습니다. 우리가 머무는 내내 풀에서 근무하는 분들부터 리셉션 […] 그리고 레스토랑 직원들까지 모든 분들이 아주 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 프라이빗 비치는 정말 좋았어요, 깨끗하고 깔끔했고 호텔에서 준 편안한 의자에서 보는 장관은 멋졌습니다. 메인 수영장도 역시 해안가와 바다를 보기에 좋습니다. 또 아름다운 숲속에 있는 Lagoon Pool이라는 곳이 또 있는데 그곳의 수질은 좀 더러운 것 같았어요. 호텔에서는 Hoi An Town 으로 셔틀버스가 있는데 매일 오전 10시에 출발하고 오후 3시에 돌아옵니다, 하지만 이곳에서 유명한 저녁에 즐기는 랜턴을 들고 다니고 싶었기 때문에 저희는 이 서비스는 이용하지 않았어요. 훌륭한 서비스 - 직원들은 더 이상 친절 할 수가 없을 정도였지만, 가끔 의사소통이 잘못 됐습니다. 마사지는 환상적임!! 전반적으로 훌륭하지만 딱 한가지, 고추를 좋아하지 않는다면, 메뉴를 조심히 살펴보세요. 요리사가 이 요리에는 없다고 하지만 가끔은 들어 있어요. 바베큐는 좋지만 전통적인 호주식 돼지고기가 아니었어요. 하우스 와인은 좋아요. 저희 숙박기간 동안에 날씨는 너무 너무 더워서 Hoi An에서 지낸는 것이 어려웠지만, 죽지는 않았고 몇가지 훌륭한 선물들을 가지고 돌아왔죠. 추천하냐고요? 네, 그렇습니다.

품질은 전반적으로 훌륭했다(가끔 너무 관심을 가져주어서 그랬지만). 훌륭한 서비스, 부페 아침식사(스모크 연어는 4일중에 하루만 제공됨). 탈출할수 있는 사랑스럽고 조용한 도서관. 부족한게 없는 호텔. 그렇지만 좀 비싼가? 라군 뷰 방은 추가 요금을 낼만한 가치는 없다. 날씨가 너무 춥고 바람 부는 것이 너무 안타까웠다. 그거야 호텔이 어쩔수 없는 것이니깐. 하노이에 사는데, 테양아래 주말을 즐기기 위해 왔었다.

The room is great. However the service is far from 5 stars. I reserved a trip to Hoi An a night before. The front desk suggested me to be at the front desk around 9:45am, because the bus will leave around 10:00am. So I did. I got there at 9:45am and waited till 10:00am and couple buses came. We did really like Furama very relaxing and the pools just magic especially for our two boys. 'However' there is one thing that I will warn travelers that choose to stay here. We where told that $500 was to be taken and held at the beginning of our stay here and would be re funded on leaving. When we did leave we where given our bill and charged accordingly […] which we paid in full and when we looked on-line over our bank statement that afternoon the refund was not given back so we ended up paying $500 more. So we contacted the hotel and was told to photograph our statement and forward it onto them for proof. Now we had only 3 days left in Vietnam and was taking a train to our next destination that night, we budgeted for our 2 weeks in Vietnam and that $500 was apart of that budget for the last days and return to Australia costs..taxis, accommodation, train tickets and more. The hotel was not helpful at all to make amends we had to change/cancel part of the remaining of our trip as we no longer have the funds. When we asked the on line Visa travel card at ANZ to help they said it happens all the time and that we need to wait 7 working days to give the hotel the opportunity to make the amends . Well to bad if you needed the money!!! we are still waiting ! So be aware and ask if they have refunded your money and to give you 'proof' right there, dont leave the hotel without it....... Lovely stay in Danang near the beach with every luxury you can imagine. The staff was hospitable and responsive. Our a/c was not working well at all when we arrived and the front desk immediately sent someone to take care of the issue. We chose this hotel for a couple of days with relaxation and basking in the sun while we did a trip in Vietnam, and I can't say I regret it. The hotel is only a short drive away from the city centre, although I don't know why you would need to go there. I also spent a day at Da Nang golf club, and the hotels made the arrangements needed for me. The support facilities in terms of recreational facilities are old and need upgrading. The gymnasium is old and very basic, the pools should be heated, the games room upgraded, and more recreational options during the Spring and Winter season. Great vacation wonderful staff and ambiance. The area is being heavily developed with larger hotel sprouting up along the beach. The Furama and a warm ambiance that many bigger hotels lack. Perfekt hotel til forkælelse og romantisk. Lækker strand og super lækre restauranter med rigtig god mad. Prisniveuaet højere end resten af Vietnam, men stadig billig iforhold til europæiske priser. 今回リゾートゴルフが目的でフラマリゾートを選びました。ゴルフ場、空港ともに車で15分という好立地が決めてでした。ホテルの中には3つのレストランと1つのバーがあり、それぞれクラシックギターや生バンドの演奏が流れる中食事ができ、食事の味、雰囲気どちらも申し分なかったです。 また行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。

施設は年月が経っていたが綺麗にメンテナンスをしていて良いが、今回スパを利用してみたところ最悪だった。アジアのﾘｿﾞｰﾄで受けたマッサージと比べてとにかく下手でトレーニングがされていないと感じた。 食事はいまいちおいしくない。もう少しがんばってほしい。ベトナム料理でおいしいレストランを営業して欲しいです。三泊してこのレストランで全て食べるのはつらい。
