No complaints. Really, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Unfortunately, when you have to leave in the morning, you should be able to get your car in under 20 minutes - even with nobody else waiting.

The wife and I were in for a long weekend. It was our first stay there, but won't be our last. The hotel was exceptional in essentially every important quality: customer service, cleanliness, location, etc. It's directly downtown and is close to dozens of places to eat and shop. We love staying at this hotel. It's in a great location, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the hotel is lovely.

While the hotel is beautiful, rooms are very small. Bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was supposedly ionized twice but you would never know. Told hotel daughter had asthma and no one ever checked if she was ok. Beds are very small and not enough space for adult and teen to sleep in. It appeared that towels, remote and other things always […] missing so we would have to tip someone to bring them to room. Very business orientated but certainly not family. A great place for couples so clean and relaxing . The food at the hotel capital grille was a 5 star don't miss this one it's the best hotel in Indiana.

The Conrad is centrally located in the heart of downtown Indy. It is EXTREMELY nice and the staff goes out of the way to help. There is plenty of restaurants, entertainment, and shopping close to the hotel. Our family stayed there for a sporting event and, while it cost a few extra bucks to stay there, it was MUCH quieter and located a bit closer to […] Bankers Life Fieldhouse. We even ran into a few of the Charlotte Bobcats basketball players that were staying there. Great Hotel. Super comfortable bed!

This hotel was the perfect choice for our weekend. We were running a race in Indy and needed a place to stay the night before. The location was perfect to come back and shower before leaving. The noon checkout time was also very nice!

what a great hotel! beautiful rooms, excellent service. I can't wait to come back here for Super Bowl even if it means trudging through the snow! The stadium was awesome, so many things within walking distance, great restaurants, friendly people and an overall great time. This was my first time in the city and it's a hidden treasure.

This is a fabulous property! Everything was 5-star! The marble bathrooms were very nicely appointed and the bed was super comfortable; love the turn down service with the music and lights set just so for a perfect evening. We stayed here for a weekend football game, parked our car and were able to walk to everything. We had a wonderful dinner at a locally […] owned steak house, walked around the canal and then Circle Center mall when the rain came and had an overall great time. Everyone was very nice and there was none of the usual unpleasantness that you get in other cities when you are fans of the opposing team. Kudos to the folks of Indy for unveiling their classy side. I made reservations for a stay at the hotel conrad in indianapolis for my anniversary. My wife and I were going to see a show at conseco fieldhouse and have a nice dinner and wanted a hotel near by. Yours was located perfectly. The quality of the place was wonderful. The only set back we had was we reserved a smoking room. when we arrived we were given […] a non smoking room. at the time of check in we couldin't go over this with the staff because of our show reservations. when we came back we talked to the staff and they told us that making a reservation for a smoking room is only a request and is not a guarantee. we were never told this when we made the reservation nor did i see it posted on your web site that requests for smoking rooms doesn't mean you will get them. If we had known this we would have stayed at a hotel who could guarantee our reservation. this night was our anniversary night and we wanted everything to be perfect. Instead we were put out on the street to smoke rather than enjoy it within our room. That was a downer for we do smoke and we wanted this to be a perfect night. There was no attempt by the staff to remedy or compensate this situation. They said that is the way it is and our policy. I don't like to spend my money on a hotel who can't guarantee my reservation. So in the future I will not stay at a hilton if they can't guarantee my reservation. 더 보기

A beautiful hotel, conveniently located near the Indianapolis Convention Centre. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, helpful and cheerful. The room was spectacular. The pool and hottub were used daily - clean and relaxing. I advise future guests to utilize the valet service, as there is no self-park in the hotel and you'll have to use the public […] parking instead. For comfort and security, and at an extra $15/day, the valet service is highly recommended by me. I intend to visit Indianapolis again in the future, and when I do, I will be sure to stay at the Conrad Indianapolis again - despite the fact that it is one of the more expensive hotels in the area. 더 보기

This is what a top flight business hotel,should be like:confortable, good service, convenient location and elegance rather than flash.

We used the Conrad as our base of operations while attending our son's graduation from Indiana University in Bloomington. Even though it is an hour's drive away, it worked out great. The folks at the hotel were very accommodating and the hotel is within two blocks of a number of very good restaurants. The mister and I booked a room here because we wanted to get away for a night. The room was very clean and the bed was fairly comfortable for a hotel bed. All of the staff were really friendly as well. I so recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again in the future.

The Conrad Hotel in Indianapolis was a warm and comforting home away from home. Most rooms have flat screens in them and plush beds. Dual headed showers give relaxing time. The staff was very courteous and prompt. Overall stay was lousy. Our hotel room was very dusty. There were no towels in the pool area and we had to call the front desk to get clean ones sent over. The spa is closed for several months. We were awaken in room by those people in the room next to ours who were fighting at 3:30 am. Yelling and curse words were used by those in the next room. I was very disappointed with the service that I received at the Conrad. I loved the location and convenience of the hotel to shopping and food venues, but the hotel was not very inviting in the lobby area and the overall experience was generic. I requested a double room in the quiet area of the hotel. I initially received a room on the street, above […] neighboring bldgings with heating/ac units creating a loud buzzing noise.The inital Manager came up and acknowledged the noise. He said that he would discuss it with his General Manager and get right back to me. After 45 minutes, I had to call back to the desk and he indicated that he had discussed it with the General Manager and that the room I was assigned was my best choice. I went to the lobby and spoke with the General Manager and he said that it would be no problem changing rooms, but all he had was a single king bed on a much lower floor, on the otherside of the bldging. I had waited over 1 1/2 hour, so I was frustrated, and just accepted the room he suggested. Well, it was located over the pool and fitness center area, so it was not any quieter and I was forced to take a King bed instead of two Queen beds that I had requested. The carpet areas of the room were stained and overall experience was very disappointing for a hotel considered one of the best in the world. I have traveled extensively and stayed at major hotels in India, Europe, and USA, and I must say it was the most over rated and over priced accommodations that I have experienced. 더 보기

I travel for work all the time. This hotel stay was one of the worst of the year for me. First, they checked me in to the wrong room. This has never happened to me in 10 years of travel. I took the elevator up, tried getting into the room, someone opened the door, it was already occupied. Very embarrassing for both of us. I hauled all my luggage all […] the way back down to the lobby and they checked me into an unoccupied room. Second, the elevator was broken. You have to swipe your key card to get up to your floor. Except when on the first floor, the buttons don't stay red. You have to swipe your key card, rise at least one level, THEN press the button for your room. If you are too slow to pick this up, then you'll be going up and down the elevator until you figure it out. Just a reminder - I'm a professional traveler, not an idiot - the elevator was broken. Third, they checked me into a smoking floor, even though I am allergic to smoke and requested a non-smoking room. Fourth, the room I was checked into wasn't even clean. In the trash can was a discarded cigar package - obviously the last occupant smoked - but it was in the main waste basket, why wasn't that cleaned out before I arrived? Fifth, a knock at the door. "Do you need your room sprayed?" I couldn't tell if he had bug spray or something like Febreze, and I was like "what are you talking about?", then he realized he had the wrong room (getting the rooms mixed up seems to be a problem there). Sixth, the carpet is dingy/dirty. It needs to be replaced. Not at all consistent quality for a 5-star hotel. Seventh, hotel service is not authentic. It's about fake politeness and over kissing your a--. Good parts - the bed sheets were nice and the marble bathroom was great. Room service was very polite and speedy. But overall, the hotel stay was truly a comedy of errors. I had booked a 2-night, non-refundable stay and it was so bad, I checked out a day early. Does that tell you something? Parking was very expensive and there was no option not to use their valet. Other than that it was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Service from the valet to the front desk was exceptional. Rooms are spacious and very modern. Bathrooms included stand up shower, bathtub, television. The bed was very comfortable and the flat screen television very large. I loved the jacuzzi and pool, but the wine bar was very unique. That is a must see if you like wines.

All was quite nice, except during checkout. The Conrad had records that I owed for the room. But, I had paid previously through Hotels.com. It took about 15 minutes for them to acknowledge that I was correct, but it was inconvenient waiting around, not to mention embarrassing. They have a nice Fitness Center, but only two treadmills.

This was an outstanding hotel, probably the nicest I have ever stayed in. The only thing that did not meet my expectations was the fact that it was stated that the Skywalk went to Lucas Oil Stadium.
