Overall Hotel Blue was above average. The room wasn't spectacular, but it was oceanfront. The pool and hot tubs weren't amazing, but were better than many that I've seen. I didn't deal with the staff much, but they were very friendly when the occasion arose.

it was very nice to stay at a hotel with American workers . everyone was very friendly . and spoke english!!!!!!!rooms very clean and the smiles made it even better. . the room and hallways were kept clean by the hotel staff, but the hotel was in deperate need of some repair and upgrades. The wallpaper was buckled and peeling and the decor was showing wear and out of date.

The ocean view from our room was perfect. The Hotel condition wasn't top of the line but nice enough & good for the price. It had all the amenities needed. The pool entertainment was fun. Overall we liked the Hotel and would stay there again.

I wasn't very happy at all with the room. As soon as we walked in the room smelled bad and the beds were very uncomfortable and the was mold in one corner of the bathroom. The elevators took forever to come and only one ice machine was working for the whole hotel. Overall I was not satisified at all.

We stayed in a king sized bedroom on the 14th floor. I absolutely loved the view both entering the room and on your own private balcony. The parking garage was very convenient, (granted I had a smaller vehicle). I was rather secluded on the 14th floor which was nice, very quiet considering there was a dance convention in town with screaming little girls […] everywhere. Hotel amenities were up to par, we only went in the pool and hot tub one night but we loved the hot tub, and the pool was a little shallow (only 3' 6'') but still good size. Location couldn't have been better we could be anywhere we wanted to be in fiftten minutes or less, and walking distance to the piers were'nt that bad either, just bring some good shoes and you'll be fine. By far the best hotel you could get for your money we're already talking about going back agian. 더 보기

Beautiful place to stay! Oceanfront room which is a must if you enjoy the ocean! Pools and hot tubs clean and well kept. Room very clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. Full size stove, fridge, and above stove microwave clean and like new condition. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful!! Love this place and will definately stay again.

The check-in process was slow. The person at the desk was confused because the initial reservation said 3 people (not sure why) but we were only two. This seemed to be an issue for him but that makes no sense. He also seemed to be very confused why my partner and I, two men, would want just one king size bed. When we asked how to get to our room on […] the 14th floor, he told us to take the elevator. I had to ask three times before he understood that we needed directions to the elevator (it is in the parking garage, not the reception area). The room layout was a bit awkward but the size was ok. The couch in the living room area was filthy. The room and the hotel itself were shabby, a bit rundown. The indoor hot tub and lazy river were loaded with loud, hyper children with little adult supervision. No towels were available in the pool area. The cafe was closed most of the time we were there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone but students looking for a place to crash and party or a family who is on a budget. 더 보기

The gentleman that checked us was terrific. Then it was downhill from there. This place is old and outdated. Needs a good cleaning too. Floors were filthy. Plenty of nice fluffy towels. I certainly would not stay there again nor will i recommend it to freinds.

King size bed collapsed which required me to take apart bed and re-structure the support. But besides that, room was nice. Made the mistake of booking this during spring break. Had to call front desk several times due to kids partying loudly. They, security, re-acted quickly.

Very clean, and really liked the extra amenities that they had to offer. Took my little sister and husband to the sister hotels arcade and bowling and had a blast. Will most definitely book with hotel Blue next summer

Hotel is a little oudated but staff is great and we got a free game of bowling at their other hotel thats walking distance. Free breakfast woulda made it top notch but thank God there was an ihop near by.

We enjoyed out stay at Hotel Blue. Biggest complaint was the elevators were very slow. Room was clean and spacious with lots of extas. Stayed this time just the two of us, but will probly come back with the kids next time. Pool was nice and warm for October. Location was an easy walk to resturants, minimarts, and attractions.

Loud, difficult to sleep with slamming and sliding glass doors all hours. Bed springs could be felt. Holes in blankets and sheets room dirty by my standards. The hotel definitely needs to be renovated. I think that the housekeeping staff is wonderful but they can only do so much for a somewhat rundown hotel. Just need renovations. I just spent a week at Hotel Blue and I would absolutely visit them again. For the price our room was wonderful, full ocean view decent pool and hot tub, pleasant staff and a parking garage. The only downside is that the hotel is somewhat far from any of the attractions so if you're ok with driving from place to place it is an excellent choice.

Location is terrific, right on the ocean, and very close to family kingdom. pool is nice and very clean with great music playing. Our room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel in general seemed a bit aged. a bit weird getting used to the lobby floor on 2 and the pool down a level on 1

This hotel is for people age 21-30 without kids in my opinion. When we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, there was a pool party with a DJ that was so loud I had to put my fingers in my ears, and I usually dont mind loud music. The thumping bass could be heard 3 hotels down. The manager said the pool party was only on Sundays, but the pool looked full of […] that crowd every time I went. They have a swim up bar but the pool is really too small for that many adults to do more than stand in the water and socialize. The Captain's Quarters is 2 hotels down and we could use that pool as they have the same owner so we went down there every day. Their pool also had a bar and a guy grilling burgers but was very kid friendly and also had quiet places for adults to sit. Also when I got to our room the lock would not work. Maintenance came right up but the whole thing had me worried. Some of the hotels in that area have room break-ins. I would not go to Hotel Blue Resort again. It was VERY noisy. They played LOUD music starting around noon till late at night nonstop. It was right outside the rooms by the pool. They had a nice balcony to sit on, but the music was so LOUD that it ruined the peaceful scene. You could not read a book, talk to someone else on the balcony or listen to your […] own music because theirs was so LOUD. When you went back into your room and closed the door you could still hear the LOUD music. There was no getting away from it. When we called the desk around 10:00 at night to tell them there was no one outside but their LOUD music was still playing, they would not answer the phone. We found out someone else had called to complain and they quit answering the phone. They told us the worker was suppose to turn it off when he left for the night at 9:00, but he didn't do it either night we were there.
