nice hotel close to mall right in middle of everything but just back far enough not to be in it. Room was very nice and pretty clean except for little bit of hair in bathroom and on the bed that was already living there when we got there

We hosted a community carnival at Woodbridge Senior High Schoo, and by the end of the day, I was completely wasted. It was such a pleasure to be able to return to my comfortable room and get some much needed rest. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much!

Have stayed at other hotels in Woodbridge but this one is great! Close to Costco, Ikea and of course the mall but far enough not to have the traffic problems. Full breakfast is always a plus and this one was very good. There was a school group staying while we were there and they had a notice that it would be crowded and how to mitigate the possible […] crowdedness. We went to Woodbridge for a concert and this hotel ended up directly across the street from the concert! The room was great, although the bathroom did seem small and looked as though it had been repaired without a lot of attention to detail. Other than that the breakfast was awesome as was our stay!

Hotel in a great spot just off I-95 but before you hit the really bad DC traffic. Just a short drive to Potomac Mills. Met all my criteria - clean room, fast wireless and a really good (and huge), free breakfast buffet!

I was in my room watching TV around 1230am... As im watching TV my door opened. It was the security gaurd, she was "checking the rooms" .... she smelled like pot! i got sick from the food and bed bugs!

The room was very clean. Their breakfast was excellent! The cost of the room was reasonable. I would stay here again :) I recomend it.

We love this hotel. We have stayed here everytime we go to Woodbridge. Close to shopping areas. We are planning a trip to DC in the near future and I am sure this is where we will stay.

We stay at this hotel when we visit my brother-in-law and it is really nice with the best free breakfast. My only complaint would be that the hotel staff need to brush up on some of their customer relations. The rule is you shouldn't answer the phone if there is a customer standing in front of you. And if you do you should place that person on hold […] to help the person in front of you. This has happened to me with multiple employees. It would be nice if they would say something like: I apologize, I'll be with you in just one moment-instead they just stare right through you like you are invisible. To their credit, once it is "my turn" they are polite and attentive. This is not enough to not make me stay there just annoy me slightly. 더 보기

A usually reliable hotel until this last visit. I thought I'd spend a few more dollars on a king room. The room was bigger and more comfortable, quiet and clean. However, immediately on entering the room there was a strong disinfectant smell. The front desk clerk said that "It's piped in(!!). Gross. He offered to change rooms for me. The room has an […] entry foyer--the lamp on the desk had a broken switch so I had to enter and exit the room in the dark. The TV remote did not work at all--that was very aggravating. The rooms two heaters were very noisy. My advice is immediately check out the room BEFORE you get comfortable so they can move you. One wonders why a hotel like this can't check out basics in a room. I have noticed previously that this hotel has had problems with strong disinfectant odors. One time it was in the floor hallway. Attention to details folks--and i would come back again. 더 보기

We love this hotel. It's real close to the Potomac Mills shopping area. In fact you could walk if you wanted. They have a great breakfast from cereal to make your own waffles. We'd definitly reccommend it to others going to this area.

This Hotel was wonderful. It was clean and had plenty Of towels. The free breakfast was awesome. There were a lot of choices to choose from hot Or cold it was better than a Restraunt. Highly recommend staying at this Best Western Hotel. They had the top hotels we have stayed at Beat. Good job Best Western!!

I was a little exqueptic over the hotel, as it was the cheapest at the time of reservation. I was impressed by everything. It is by no means a 5 star hotel, but the place was clean, atractive, the staff was corteus and the roo was clean. I was very impressed with the full breakfast that came with the room. Loved the waffles and fresh fruit.

Our stay in your hotel was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was good and the service at the front desk was excellent. I would recommend your hotel to others and will stay there again myself.

The hotel was very nice at first glance. We found it to be just as nice throughout. The two down sides were #1. Returning back to I-95 was a little unsuring due the amount of turns needed. #2 was the eggs served at breakfast all had cheese in them. The hotel was easy to find and the location was close to resturants, I would find another hotel next time i'm in the area. I would overall say that this is an o.k hotel if your on a budget and need some where to stay that is safe and clean.

Room had an amazing set-up, separate room/ study area, two sinks. Very Comfortable. Fridge didn't cool very well and remote didn't work. Elevator broken fr short eriod but fixed. We didn't comlain about issues or they probably would have been addressed before we left. Great stay, good location to everything, would definitely go back!

The hotel was good but a bit difficult to locate and navigate to and from.

the palce is ok to stay.. clean.. breakfast is good.. lots of item.. but one of the stuff in the front desk was rude.. i called their 800 number around 1:00 PM and they told me the room is ready and i can check in anytime.. but when i went down there at 1:35.. they guy in the front desk was very rude.. and he told us come back at 3:00 PM... so we had […] leave and come back at 3:00.. but lady working at the front desk at 3:00 was really nice and helpful... 더 보기

This newly remodeled hotel was truly great for the price. The renovation was well executed and it was hard to tell that this was a much older property. The full breakfast was exceptionally good. I would recommend this location to anyone who is traveling to the Washington area.

The person working the desk could not find my reservation. after hassling with him for 20 minutes he finally found it. He seemed very confused and did not know what he was doing. other than that the room and breakfast was great.

After hours of traveling, all you want to do is check into a nice hotel and get into a comfortable bed. The Best Western at Potomac Mills was definitely that haven for me. Hotel is easily accesible from I95. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Bathroom needs new caulking as some caulking was mildew stained. Shower was good. This hotel is on the older side, although the rooms were clean and neat, the over all shape needs work especially the bathrooms which were in bad need of update. our toilet took 2-3 flushes to work, we complained to front desk but nothing was done about it in the 4 days we spent there. My husband and I stayed for two nights while visiting family in the immediate area. The room price was right, and the room was well-appointed and comfortable. Good hotel, nice outdoor pool and close to mall.

This hotel was perfect for a place to crash after a full day at Mt. Vernon and Teddy Roosevelt Island. It was in a less congested area compared to the rest of the town. There was nothing to write home about. The room showed it's age with water stains on the ceiling and the towels were frayed. The beds were comfortable and clean. I expected it to deafen us with white noise but it barely even hummed, therefore every time another guest was talking in the hall or visiting the vending machine, you heard every noise. The morning breakfast is an added bonus to your stay however the food is not the hearty delicious breakfast you ache for after sleeping lightly away from home. The eggs were pretty gross. I eat substitute eggs at home all the time, but these were just some egg-like rubber. I'd stick to cereal or pastries if you go for breakfast. All in all, it was better then making the two hour drive back home after a full day of tourist activity. It was a decently priced place to rest up and take a hot shower. The pool seemed nice but we didn't have a chance to go for a dip. The staff was friendly and the location was quiet. If you're expecting a glamorous, pampered hotel experience, you're expecting too much. Chose this hotel as a stop over for 2 nights to do some R@R at Potomac Mills outlet shopping only 2 miles away. First class staff and hotel more than acceptable. Set in an area of out of town food outlets so great choice for a meal. Included Breakfast was good as was hotel pool. Would use again if back this way.
