Staff all very polite and helpful.Spotless, quiet room at back of hotel. Breakfast was superb--greatest choice I've ever experienced.excellent location for Guggenheim and the old town.Area felt 'safe'.

Hesperia Bilbao is a nice, modern hotel. Rooms are a bit small but bathrooms are big. They have the best breakfast, loads a choices to pick from. People at the reception were very helpful and spoke good English. I would choose Hesperia Bilbao again.

Our stay at Hesperia Bilbao was great. The superior room was spacious, comfortable, with a wonderful view of the river and bridges. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. Only staff in the busy breakfast buffet area was not as friendly as could be expected, but could be slightly rude.

Situated by the River Bilbao, this lovely, modern and friendly 4 star hotel is a catch! With the Guggenheim Museum as your neighbour and within walking distance to all the major sites, Hesperia is our hotel of choise next time we're in Bilbao. No doubt about it.

We had a wonderful stay at this contemporary and stylish hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were very luxurious. We especially enjoyed the magnificient views of the river from the floor to ceiling bedroom windows. The staff are wonderful and made our stay extra special. A very modern and comfortable hotel in a great location. I hope to return

The hotel is in a fantastic location, half way between the Guggenheim and the old town. The staff were very helpful, with tips for Bilbao and help booking our next hotel in the countryside. The hotel itself is immaculate. Cannot fault it in any way.

This elegant, attractively appointed hotel is just across the river from the Guggenheim, within a block of the funicular, and walking distance to the Bellas Artes Museum. There are many good restaurants and local bars in the neighborhood. The parking garage behind is a must. Please put GPS coordinates in the hotel information. Great jumping off spot for visiting the Guggenheim. Hotel was comfortable, quiet, good value. The architecture is a little odd - the multi-hued front panels look a bit out of place, but that's a pretty small thing given the comfort and convenience of the location.

Very hard to find and tiny, tiny rooms.

Good modern hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, even if a bit on the small size. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and efficient. The hotel is well situated, between the Old Town and the Gugenheim Museum, about 10 minutes walk to each. Great location for the Guggenheim and only a short walk to the old town. It was expensive to park the car 18 euros a day. The hotel used a card entry system, not ideal as ours did not work and we could not get into the room, took several trips back to the reception to sort it out and then the next day it failed again.

We recently stayed in Bilbao, primarily to visit the Guggenheim. We were very pleased with the Hesperia Bilbao - it was very convenient for the Guggenheim and the price was good for the standard. Ett väldigt bra hotell, har bott där 1ggr. Bra service, fina och rymliga rum och väl städat. En fin utsikt och ett kanon läge. Det ända som saknas är en frukost buffé.

Hotel très agréable, confortable et très bien situé pour découvrir Bilbao à pieds ou en tramway . Nous avons été reçu par un personnel très agréable, qui nous a donné plein d'informations très utiles pour ce court séjour . Le choix proposé lors des petits déjeuners buffet est très varié et de bonne qualité. Excellent weekend !

En plein we de Pâques, la ville est vide... L'hôtel fréquenté. 1ère nuit désastreuse : nous avons pensé que la ventilation était une clim réversible : ERREUR ! Il s'agit du chauffage... 2e nuit : ventilation coupée, et fenêtre ouverte, meilleure atmosphère mais plus bruyante évidemment . pas de piscine, ni jaccuzzi. 清潔で便利なホテル。ただ、窓ガラスに色がついていて、嫌な人もいると思う。個人的には、ちょっとつらかった。

el servicio enel hotel, el buffet de desayunos genial, la limpieza y mantenimiento no solo de la habitaciòn si no de todo en general muy bièn, la ubicaciòn, en general se puede dar una felicitaciòn al personal y el servicio en general.

modernes, sauberes Hotel in guter Lage zwischen altstadt und dem Guggenheim-Museum - die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, vielleicht etwas hellhörig, mein Zimmer ging Richtung einer Seitenstrasse somit kein Ausblick, aber es war ruhig, sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl, leider nicht inbegriffen und kostete Euro 14.--

El hotel está muy bien situado y cerca de los principales atractivos de Bilbao. Es moderno y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones y el baño amplios, bien cuidados, modernos y limpiios. La recepción muy buena y el desayuno buffet es muy completo aunque bastante caro.

Dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed og i gåafstand for et besøg på Guggenheim. Hjælpsom og venligt personale. Vi blev tilbudt opgradering til et dejligt stort værelse med udsigt for kun 20 euro pr nat. Lækker morgenmad med god the og kaffe hvilket er en sjældenhed.

Absolument rien à dire, hôtel très bien placé, chambre spacieuse et très agréable, par contre le prix du petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop élevé ...14 euros par personne et celui du parking est également trop élevé...

Hotel de grande qualité-bien placé au centre de BILBAO-en osmose avec le musée Peggy GUGGENHEIM

Superbe hotel, acceuil tres chaleureux multi-languages et notament en Basque. superbe vue de la chambre, extra grand lit. Un merveilleux petit dejeuner. emplacement ideal pour visiter le musee et la vieille ville

Hesperia Bilbao ligt op loopafstand van het winkelcentrum en van de oude stad. Het Guggenheim museum is dichtbij en mogelijkheid tot openbaar vervoer is in de nabijheid. Vriendelijke ontvangst, parkeergarage onder het hotel. Standaard kamers zijn niet overdreven ruim, badkamer voldoet aan alle eisen. Ontbijtbuffet is goed verzorgd.

The hotel were perfect situeted along the river close to the old city . The reception staff were helpfull and efficent and with humor! I will recomend Hesperia Bilbao to everyone!
