Needs work on customer service, Age of hotel showing with lack of maintenance. Room was cleaned but not stocked with towels, etc.

At 12:10 AM I was still awake due to noicy guests nearby. I called the management and nothing was done for at least 20 minutes. I had to turn the air-conditioner fan to high to drown out the noise.

I needed a room close to the Interstate for easy access. I needed to check in early, drive to Bristol for a NASCAR race and be prepared for a very late return to the Motel. The Staff was very helpful and said ok to all of my needs. I returned late that night, the motel was FULL, there was a truck stop between the motel and the Interstate and the Interstate […] traffic was very close. I thought that I would have a very LOUD night but I was pleasantly wrong. This was the quietest Motel I think I have ever stayed in. I had a very nice peaceful stay. 더 보기

First time I stayed in a hotel room that didn't have a clock. I found that odd, but maybe it isn't. Overall it was clean enough inside and out, and I wasn't expecting any extras with the hotel; just a place to sleep. My issues were with the very low flow of water in the shower (the sink sputtered when used), and the lack of WARM water. That was a cold, […] pointless shower! The headboard of the bed at one point had been nailed to the wall, but when we stayed that first night it was loose. Every time we moved it knocked, knocked, knocked on the wall & woke me up. Bad enough, but we reported the problem to the front desk in the morning, asking them to please stick a new nail in it before we returned late that evening, and they didn't. 더 보기

The only complaint is that we had a king size bed, the top sheet was full size and the blanket was a twin size...The employees were very curteous and allowed us an early check in, which we greatly appreciated after a 10 hour drive...

This hotel needs a lot of work in the area of cleanliness. There were a few bugs in our beds, some dead and some alive. There were stains on all of the sheets and blankets. There were brown stains on the shower/tub and the overall cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. The beds were uncomfortable and there was no alarm clock.
