호텔 토나보니 비아치 (Hotel Tornabuoni Beacci) - 플로렌스

피렌체의 명품 거리 tornabuoni에 있어 고급스럽고 내부 인테리어 너무 환상적임. 식물이 가득해 기분이 좋음. 다만 첫인상이 그랬던 건 인도인 벨보이가 나와 남편과 나의 트렁크 중 하나만 옮겨줌. 가다 보니 방까지는 계단이 꽤 많은데 남편이 짐 옮기느라 고생. 팁은 팁대로 주고 T T. 처음 짐가지고 방까지 갈 때는 욕나왔지만, 그 이후로는 더할 수 없이 좋았음. 이태리에서 드물게 친절한 호텔 스태프와 덥다 싶을 정도로 복도까지 빵빵한 난방과 무료 Wi-Fi, 깨끗하고 아름다운 방, 정원식으로 장식된 아름다운 옥상 테라스 등 모든 것이 맘에 듬. 조식 시 서빙 인원이 부족해 좀 정신 없었음. 떠나고 싶지 않았던 호텔. We […] got 2 big carrier bags when arrived, but bell boy only took care of one luggage, very carelessly, although there were lots of stairs until the room door. I would've got very angry if my bag was expensive one, he could hurt the bag. not enough servers during breakfast time. Other than these two, all was so great. Nice front staff, free Wi-Fi, best and luxury location, nicely decorated and clean room and bed sheets. A lot of plants refreshes the air, and has a nice terrace with tables and flowers on top of the building where you can see Duomo. heating system was the best among all the 4 star hotels we've stayed in Italy. Antique with long hotel history, very satisfying stay we had. Definitely going whenever we visit Firenze!!! 더 보기

Although I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, I must say that I enjoyed my stayed. The beds weren't that comfy and for a while the AC wasn't working but it eventually kicked and worked fine. I didn't take a train to Florence so not sure how close the hotel is to the train station. We weren't able to find a parking garage near the hotel so we had […] to park across the river and walk our bags to the hotel. The hotel is located in a good neighborhood so nothing to worry about there. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when bring question to them. I would recommend this hotel to other people going to Florence. There is one caveat, I didn't spent a lot of my time in the room because I was out exploring and having fun with the folks that went with me so the primary use of the room was for sleeping and nothing more. 더 보기

This hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance to everything. The rooms are old and tired. The breakfast is very good.

We stayed at the hotel for one night (Easter Monday) - beautiful, elegant, within walking distance to all key sights. The breakfast room provided a wonderful & abundant continental breakfast with the option to sit on the terrace outside and look out at the view of such a great city. One thing to note is that is it in the centre of the pedestrian area […] so if you are coming with a car (wouldn't advise as you can walk everywhere - the one way systems & restricted access roads make it impossible to drive through) make sure you park a little outside (we used parking called il prato). This will cost you about €20 per 24hrs versus €32 if you use the hotel. Would I go again? Definitely! 더 보기

The hotel management was most accommodating to our individual special needs. It's location was perfect to shopping and site seeing and the breakfast was marvelous. We will use this hotel in the future.

For a location, this hotel is ideal - close to the Ponte Vecchio, a couple minutes walk to the main Piazza as well as the duomo. We actually walked from the train station (about 15 minutes - and we pack light). The front desk is tiny, the hotel "boutique-ish", the help satisfactory. The room was small, as was the adjoining bath, the bed hard, and amenities […] sparse. With that said, the view from 12" window above the toilet could not be beat, and the terrace was heavenly. Excellent choice The room was really big and the bed too,overall it was easy to feel like home.

Character, charm, convenience makes this a terrific place to stay for a day or a week. Very nice, accommodating staff.

Only got to stay for one night, but a lovely spot....in particular, wish I could've stayed on the balcony across from my room for hours. When I pass through next, I'll surely consider staying here again.

This is a lovely old hotel close to the center. It is very well kept and charming. The staff is very helpful. We were upgraded to a suite when our standard room was not yet ready on our arrival. This was our second time at Pensione Tornabuoni Beacci. A charming hotel with old fashioned but comfortable and clean rooms, several sitting areas, and a lovely rooftop garden. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a triple so the room was very large, and we had a view of the Duomo from our window. Great location! Couldn't be any better as far as proximity to all the major attractions in Florence, Italy! The decor of the hotel is very nice and the size of the room was spacious.The curtains kept it dark in the morning and the room was actually pretty quiet considering it was on a main street. The breakfast was good, typical European breakfast. […] The staff was very nice and always there to help with anything we needed. We had a great stay & only 3 or 4 blocks from all the great sites. Beautiful terrace, nice breakfast, large rooms & bathroom.

This hotel is the perfect location. Its just gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. My only suggestion is the breakfast situation was a little uncomfortable as it seemed like people didn't know what to do and where to sit .

We enjoyed this hotel as it was reccommended by a friend who stayed here recently. I did feel it was a touch pricey but we were rushed to find a hotel for a two night stay and becasue of the reccomendation, we were comfortable here. Otherwise, everything was perfect and very convenient.

This hotel had the feel of a B&B but was larger. Awesome rooftop terrace. Good breakfast - cold food only but nice selection. Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. In close proximity (10 minute walk) to major sites in Florence.

Would never stay again. Flakey paint all over the place. Room was grubby. Toilet had not been cleaned. Shower guard was filthy. Had to evict 4 mosquitos before going to sleep. Bed really uncomfortable. Colleague who also stayed at the hotel was not as lucky in his room and was bitten. TV was from the 80's. Electric sockets were dodgy. I loved our stay , the room was fabulous. the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very close to all the sites to see. I highly recommend it.

no seating in the very crowded hotel lobby, no heat in room , bathroom only inadequate shower, hotel room facing a blocked dark wall structure of another building 8 -10 feet away , no slippers , no robes breakfast buffet acceptable but only hard boiled cold eggs from freezer, they operate the hotel with minimum staff, roof top lots of pigeons eating […] breakfast left-overs since tables are not cleared in a timely manner, for the price I paid not at all to be recommended, only good thing : good location no parking at front of hotel 더 보기

perfect location right at the heart of Florence, walking distance to all major attractions. nicely decorated rooms in a very elegant old style. terrace has wonderful views of city with nice flowers. very friendly staff.

Get up early and take a shower or you may need to wait for hot water. Also, call front desk in early evening to tell them to turn on heat in your room (very unpredictable whether it came on or not on its own)

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was a joy!!The decor is elegant, with antique furniture and our room was beautiful. Breakfast was a very varied buffet, with cooked meats, cheeses, croissants, cereals, fresh fruit, cakes and lovely coffee, served inside or out on the lovely roof terrace -( just watch out for the inquisitive pigeons!!). Location […] is superb being very close to all the tourist sites, and just across the road from the hop-on, hop-off open top bus tour stop. Hotel is situated in the 'rich' quarter of Florence, with Tiffanys, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana etc close by and a 10 minute walk to Santa Maria Novella train station. We travelled on to Rome from this station by Eurostar at a cost in the region of 40 euros per person, the trip taking 1hr 20 mins....very smooth. For those who love their tea and coffee, sadly no kettles etc in hotel rooms but staff will happily make you a cup in the salon upstairs.This hotel is in a very safe and quiet area, was excellent value for money and I would return in a heart beat. I've been to Florence many times. You can't beat the location of this hotel for negotiating this beautiful city. Staff was always attentive and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying as well. Rooftop seating is heavenly!

I can't say enough about this hotel. It doesn't look like much when you first walk in, but the rooms, common rooms, and rooftop terrace are breathtaking. It's exactly the ambiance you come to Europe for. The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was in a great location, and it was inexplicably inexpensive. This was our favorite hotel during our stay in Italy. The staff, room and service were absolutely fantastic! I would recommend this hotel to any travellers!

The hotel was very spacious and well appointed and was less than ten minutes walk from the bus station. Our twin bedded standard room had generous clothes storage and good ensuit facilities. This hotel was great, and one of the best places we stayed in our travels through Italy. The central location made it easy to get around, the breakfast was a huge bonus, along with the rooftop terrace. The hotel had a boutique and intimate feeling which we really liked. l'hotel et charmant et trs bien placé MAIS chambres extremement bruyantes dès 6h du matin. parfaitement insupportable pour un hotel de ce prix. le petit dejeuner est très bas de gamme . je pense qu'il y a bien meilleur rapport qualité prix sur Florence. Très déçus.

Idéalement placé dans le centre historique de Florence... la contrepartie est qu'il est impossible de se garer, et que le propriétaire du Garage en profite ! Face à votre désarroi il n'hésite pas à vous compter 32€ la journée... ce qui gonfle la note, et vous ne pouvez rien faire tant vous avez été heureux de voir votre voiture partir à l'arrivée et […] de constater le problème du parking résolu ! Parcheggio albergo troppo caro

Lo mejor del hotel es el sitio; cercano a todos los puntos claves de la ciudad. El aspecto incomodo es el aparcamiento; no está en el hotel y te cobran aparte.

hotel tres bien situe ( a 5 min a pied du ponte vecchio et 10 de la gare) , personnel agreable parlant plusieurs langues, petit dejeuner copieux, je recommande. par contre un peu bruyant
