My stay was very comfortable and relaxing and the hotel staff was very accomodating. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The room smelled of mildew, the coffee maker didn't work, the sink leaked and got all of my make-up wet. The TV volume would not go up loud enough to hear. The hotel is off the beaten path by itself.

The beds in this hotel were the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on in a hotel. I woke up several times. We were told there were no extra pillows that we could have. There was no soap in the room and when we called for some, were told we had to come get it at the front desk. The toilet flusher broke so we had to rig a hanger inside the tank […] to pull the lever so we could flush. Very disappointed. We are going back to College Station in a few weeks and we will stay at the Howard Johnson across the parking lot. 더 보기

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. I was in town for fire training. My stay was very pleasant. There breakfast was right on every morning and at no charge cannot be beat. For a family the breakfast savings alone would be at least $100.00 or more for the week i stayed there. My room was cleaned every day. The only complaint i could really make about […] my stay was the Wi Fi. For the first 2 or 3 days it was spotty, it would work one minute and not the next. the last few days i simply gave up and used the computer in the lobby. My co-workers and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very clean, has big comfortable rooms, and an amazing staff. I can honestly say that I have never stayed at a more friendly, customer service oriented hotel. I'd recommend this hotel. Service was good, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was hot and plentiful.

The hotel itself was nice enough. The staff was very friendly, I got completely dried out by the A/C system though. I would not go back because of the poor a/c system.

Very nice hotel had four other groups with us and everyone's hotel was great. Great breakfast in the morning very clean facilities. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Kids loved the free hot chocolate machine and the grownups loved the complimentary cappacino machine not to mention the fresh hot cookies!! Would stay again at this hotel. The room was much bigger than we expected. We were leaving in the morning before regular breakfast time, along with several other families, and they opened the breakfast 30 mins early for us. Very nice of them! I love the fridge and extra space in the room. Bathroom was clean. Nice little place. Front desk girl was very spunky.

The staff was very friendly the room was great. And there was a starbucks close by.

Very nice property, it does miss the beat a bit in order to be considered a wonderful experience though. Also, if you check in later, do not expect the cookies to be replenished, they must be very expensive. The breakfast is quite good.

Had to check out after first night due to BED BUGS!! Very uncomfortable bites all over skin!!

little hard to access

Looking for a place close to Santa's Wonderland and this was our choice. Great choice! We enjoyed the easy access to shops nearby as well as the ease of getting on/off the freeway. The hotel staff was pleasant from moment one. The room was clean and comfy and they called to check on us in our room. Great value for the money! Hallway carpet was slightly dirty, but other than that, very clean! Nice beds/pillows and good pull-out sleeper sofa. Excellent breakfast!!! We will stay again.

Complaints: A piece of broken glass on the floor in my room by the bed, a sofa bed that would not fold away properly, a business center that was closed for the duration of my stay, a burnt out light bulb in my room, and a non-working fridge. These things made me wonder if the hotel is keeping up on maintenance. Staff seemed too busy to be helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel this summer. The rooms are always clean. Their breakfast is great and we would definitely stay there again.

Liked the hotel, was surprised how nice the rooms were. Only comment, the breakfast sausages could have been cooked longer.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and room. It is probably due to the fact that this hotel is so new. The room was also spacious and comfortable.

Nice, spacious room with all the amenities promised. Only comment is that the the AC was a little too noisy.

Getting to the hotel was difficult and made more so by the fact that construction was underway. Regardless it was a problem to find.

Very large and spacious room, extremely clean and quiet. Loved having the refrigerator and the microwave in our room. Location was on one end of town, but was still close and convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. Although we missed breakfast, the breakfst area was large and the selection outstanding. The hotel was clean and there was considerations when assigning the room. We would stay again and in fact we have made reservations in Oct. and April. It is close to A&M which was nice.

This is a nice, relatively new hotel in a good location for anyone attending events at Texas A&M Univ. or any other functions in College Station. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is included and offered both scrambled eggs and waffles, which made both me and my husband happy. I would definitely stay here again.

Hallway noise easily heard. Wish we were able to put A/C fan to "on" to block noises. Beds slept fine.

One main reason we chose this hotel was because it had a pool. However, after we checked in we went to our room and changed into our bathing suits and went to the pool. But once we got there we saw a sign that stated the pool was closed. We ask the front desk and they said it had chemicals in it and wouldn't be open until the next day. If they had told […] us when we checked it we would have understood... But thats not what happen. Oh, and the next day the pool still looked dirty and murky. We also found a roach in our room shortly after it had been cleaned by the cleaning service people. Other than that it was a nice hotel. 더 보기
