fantastic customer service, great continental breakfast, good sized rooms,. and overall friendly atmosphere. we will definately use the Fairfield if in the area agian.

Fantastic service. I ordered an extra blanket and a bandaid, and they were at our door in 2 minutes. Great waterslide and pool. Very clean, friendly staff. Great deal! We would visit again.

The room was very comfortable and staff were friendly. Breakfast timing was good. The rates were very good for that kind of hotel. I would definitely go back there next time in Toronto.

It is January and the room itself was at 76F when I entered it at 10 pm. I tried to cool it down with the air conditioning. Keep in mind it was freezing outside. Could only get down to 76F and had to vacate the room at 2am! How can you sleep at 76F with a loud air conditioning running? Next door same condition, so I got a new room on the fourth floor […] (highest floor), with that room at 73F. Overall, the hotel was over-heated, it was hot everywhere. We enjoyed the ease of booking online, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel and room. The pool was on the cold side, although the kids enjoyed it. The staff was extremely friendly especially towards the kids. It was convenient to visiting friends who were 8 kms away. Would definitely stay there again. Price extremely reasonable.

We've stayed at the Brampton Fairfield Inn many times and have never been disappointed. And this visit was more of the same - helpful staff, excellent beds, great breakfast buffet. Yes, there are cheaper hotels, but this one is reasonably priced and worth every penny!

"A Very Good Stay"
No complaints whatsoever about this place. Even though it was fully booked for a wedding party and some sports teams, it was quiet and clean for our entire stay.

"clean and nice"
nice and clean. Continental breakfast is ok. Parking is free with a lot of space. Older TV unit, but furniture is new. Many pillows. Room and bath room are very clean, no odor.

Pool was small and dirty but overall the hotel was good for a great price. Definately owuld stay again.

We booked this hotel because of the pool and water slide, which turned out to be shut down for routine maintenance. The staff and hotels.com were great in allowing us to leave without any penalty after a one night stay. If we return to the area this will be our first choice. The only thing I would caution is if you're a light sleeper. There was a lot […] of noise outside with a nearby trucking facility.
