Spent a very nice 5 days at the hotel where a welcoming smile from staff at reception went a long way to getting rid of the stress of a long journey. There were smiles from the staff at the reception, at the bar and in the restaurant and if i were to return to the area i would not hesitate in re-booking this hotel.

Clean and comfortable. But, I booked for 3 adults and thought it was expensive. At check out they hit me with another charge for the extra bed which I needed to sleep 3. What they do is this: if you book 3 adults with 2 beds they will give you two single beds (not 1 single, 1 double). When we could not sleep two adults in 1 single bed we ask for another […] bed. I normally stay slightly out of St. Gallen but wanted to be in the heart of the city. The hotel is connected to the Swiss Casino which had no impact on my staying there. Everything was first class - almost like a small boutique hotel. Restaurant was also excellent. About 5 minutes from railway station by taxi - a bit too far to walk. We had a very relaxing stay at the hotel. They were very helpful and efficient and communication was easy ( we don't speak much german but there English was very good which unusual in most hotels). The room was immaculate and had everything we needed including power adapters at reception. The Radisson Blu in St. Gallen was a real find. It is within easy walking distance of the Ton Halle, Theater and historic district. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating -- offering dining suggestions and providing umbrellas for our use during our stay. This is a great hotel and best place to stay at in St. Gallen. The staff is very kind and attentive specially the hotel manager very kind and hospitable. Whenever i am in St. Gallen i always stay at Radisson Blu, the best place in town. Food is also excelent and very good

Wir waren im Dez. 2011 mit Kind im Hotel. Das Businesszimmer hat einen sehr guten Standart, jedoch sollte es nicht mit 3 Personen und Zustellbett belegt werden. Dafür ist es einfach zu klein. Der Service im Hotel ist gut und sauber. WLan gibt es leider nur in der Lobby. Das Frühstücksbuffet im angeschl. Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Mittagessen […] oder Abendessen im angeschl. Restaurant ist jedoch sehr teuer. Das Essen ist den Preis wert, jedoch nicht das Ambiente der Sitzmöbel. Abgenutzte Sitzmöbel von Hotelgästen in einem First Class Restaurant mit hohem Preisniveau sind nach meiner Meinung wiedersprüchlich. Da in dem Hotel ein Cassino angeschlossen ist ist die Nutzung des Lobby Bereichs und des Restaurant in den Abendstunden fliessend. Fazit: Top Hotel, super Service, Essen etwas teuer. 더 보기

Der Check-In verlief reibungslos und vor Ort konnten alle Wünsche erfüllt werden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich die ganze Zeit rundum wohl in dem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und auch liegt das Hotel sehr gut um in der Stadt herumzukommend. Gerne wieder!

Korkealaatuinen hotelli Sveitsissä, St Gallenissa. Ei ihan keskustassa, mutta kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneissa ilmainen nettiyhteys omaan kannettavaan tietokoneeseen, plussaa. Schade, doch das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine schlechte Qualitàt. Z.B. sehr billiger Lachs.

Très bon hôtel, hors du centre, mais accessible en 10 min à pied ou à 50 m d'un arrêt de bus. Chambre spacieuse et confortable ! Accueil très agréable et personnel qui parle le français.

Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Messe St. Gallen entfernt. Bahnhof mit Bus gut zu erreichen. Altstadt ebenfalls. Ruhige Zimmer. Garage pro Tag teuer und Frühstück pro Person extrem teuer.

Hotel muy cómodo, silencioso, excelente atención del servicio, ducha amplia y cuarto de baño nuevo y en perfecto estado. no está en el centro de la ciudad, pero a 10 minutos del centro, andando.

Utrolig rart hotel, alt er pænt og ordentlig, venlig service. Restautanten der tilhører hotellet kan anbefales, maden der var meget lækker og veltilberedt.. Værelset vi boede på var dejligt og rummeligt.
