Very convenient location and good price

We stayed here for three nights. The hotel is old and used. We hade some cockroaches in the room, but they was not really big. The room was clean, but warn. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. If you are on a low budget this is totally an okey place to stay !

We were totally disappointed with the hotel. The standard room looks nothing like the photos posted. There were Roaches all over the room The fan was very noisy. Infact when we switched off our fan the fan from the neighboring room was too noisy for us too sleep. Avoid this rag shack at all costs.

The hotel was located next to Khar West station, which made it quite accessible. The reception staff was helpful. However while there were glasses in the room, there was no water to drink. The Executive room was very different from the one they show in the virtual tour, and much smaller. All the taps in the bathroom, except the one next to the closet […] delivered hot water. The LCD TV was a nice touch. The air-conditioner must have been quite old, since it took most of the night to cool the room down. Since my room was next to the lift, every time the lift door was closed it felt like someone was knocking on my door. 더 보기

Dont go to hell. All fake promises and especially the staff are miserable.

We stayed at the Unicontinental for 3 night ending our trip to India. The staff is very helful, very polite and excellent standards of service. The standard rooms are a bit dissapointing but good value for money. The rooms with AC are much nicer. Don't expect luxury but simple, confortable and not too noisy for a city such as Mumbai. We loved being […] so close to the train station litteraly 30 seconds walk with gives you excellent access to all sights in Mumbai. Also conviently close to a few excellent restaurant and clubs in Bandra and Juhu....we would recommend it, book in advance on hotel porviders such as hotel.com as you get better rates that going directly to the hotel. 더 보기

Der Anblick des Empfangsbereichs täuscht mächtig: ist man einmal im oberen Stock und im Zimmer, ist nichts mehr vom ersten Glanz zu sehen! Buchung über Internet klappt kaum. Internet, Klimaanlage und Ventilator haben nicht bis mässig funktioniert. Zimmerservice (Reinigung) katastrophal,Tücher werden erst nach mehrmaligen Verlangen gewechselt, um WC-Papier […] muss man ständig fragen, Bettlaken schmutzig etc. Das Preisleistungsverhältisnis stimmt nicht! Dieses Hotel ist unseres Erachtens wirklich NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!! 더 보기

Hotel hat 2 Gebaeude... ein sehr ale und andere neu renoviert. Bitte immer nach NEU ZIMMER fragen. Standard im renovierten Zimmer ist ganz ok und entpricht 3 Sterne Hotel. (Klima, WC, TV)

Hotellet ligger bra till eftersom det ligger emellan flygplatserna och centrum. Dessutom ligger järnvägsstationen alldelses utanför. Tåget är hur billigt som helst (nästan gratis) och tar en direkt till centrum via stranden och många andra platser. Rummen är relativt rena. Detta är ju Indien och inte Europa. Jag låg först på "standard" (dubblelrum) […] sedan på "executive" (dubblelrum) när jag jag kom tillbaka från Gua. Standard rummet var inte så rent men det mer lyxiggare rummet var OK. Det var därför jag ville ha det lite lyxigare. 더 보기

Es war sehr frustrierend, mitten in der Nacht im Hotel zu stehen und zu hören, die Buchung sei nicht in deren System vorhanden und somit kein Zimmer mehr frei. Der Rezeptionist ar außerdem sehr unfreundlich und wollte auch nicht erlauben, in der Internetecke nach einem neuen Hotel zu suchen. Sehr, sehr frustrierend! Wer in >Indien spontan ein Zimmer […] benötigt (bis zu drei Tage im Voraus), der sollte NICHT über das Internet buchen. 더 보기

Indien ER beskidt, men dette hotel var særligt beskidt. Vi gjorde skabet rent før vi pakkede vores tøj ud. WC-brættet hang ikke fast til WC-et, gardinerne var fedtet af snavs. Der manglede lagner og håndklæder (der dog straks blev bragt op) Hotellets taxa var dog den bedste vi har prøvet i Mumbai, og hotelpersonalet var meget behjælpelig til at fortælle […] os om det vi spurgte om.
