2nd time our family stay here.Hotel is around 5-10min walk from the grotto.nice area to stay.room come with kitchen,microwave...etc for cooking.housekeeping not available daily due to winter,other season not sure.hotel reception mr.Anthony is very helpful,credit to him.sure will come back again.

This hotel is located only a few minutes from the grotto, restaurants, shops, etc. If you're driving to the hotel, make sure you get there before 10pm as doors will be closed. The hotel and rooms are small but it is still good value for your money. I would go back to it any time.

A very pleasant experience, with friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and the towels were replaced and the bed made each day. There was no cumbersome deposit system for equipment - the room was fully equipped from the outset. This is an apartheil (apartment hotel)..very clean,convenient to the sanctuary and if you plan to stay there longer there's the convenience of having a mini kitchen for you to cook. The only problem was,we got there at 10pm from the train station, and nobody to open the hotel.Luckily, our cab driver called somebody( i don't know who) to get the code […] number to open the door and the code to open up the safe where our keys our locked in otherwise we would not know what to do late that night. So, I guess the option is, to call the hotel ahead of time and obtain a code number to have access. The desk is only open from 830-1230pm then 230pm till 7pm. The hotel was really nice and the service was good. Very homely atmosphere, its close to the grotto and the church, so it covered all my requirements. All in All - it was very pleasant stay. I would certainly recommend it to the others.

Good location but a bit on the basic side. The air conditioning did not work properly and it was too noisy to open the window. The reverlers seemed to party for most of the night. Don't be conned into getting the breakfast, it was an utter waste of money. No choice, poor quality and very little of it.

Great location. Walking distance to the Grotto. Room on the top floor we were a bit worried about hitting our head on the low ceiling. Parking was free but 1/4 mile away.

Nous avons dû demander le changement de studio pour les motifs suivants: absence de plusieurs ustensiles de cuisine; salle d'eau non nettoyée ; présence d'un important nid de fourmis dans la pièce. Aucun problème dans le second studio qui nous a été immédiatement affecté.

la chambre reservé ne correspondait pas à la reservation personne a l acceuil pas aimable du tout je deconseille cette hotel

Its a very good aparthotels, suituated nearby the grotte. All is good. Can go and stay for next time.
