The fitness equipment didn't work, but the breakfast was really good and we were able to check in early. Overall it was average.

Very accomodating and kind staff. Location is not the best but neither are the locations of any of the hotels we looked at but nothing was very far by car. Clean and very decent hot breakfast provided.

Check in was extremely slow even though I was a prepaid customer. My two rooms were initially placed on different floors and when asked for a change they had to scramble to find a clean room. It was 8 pm! Breakfast hostess was closing up twenty minutes early and expressed exasperation when we needed the toaster plugged in!

The room was clean & all were friendly...the only exception was the wireless internet.. I tried to get on and the reception in the room was poor and not sure I trusted the other connections that were available. need better wireless connections

Need to hire more help. Lady at desk had to run dinning room at breakfast. When we checked in she had to find out if our room had been cleaned yet and this was 4:00 in the afternoon. She told me she was also responsible for keeping the front foyer clean. I also learned she was making minimum wages. If she is going to do the work of three people she […] should at least get the salary of three people. Pool hadn't been cleaned. Compared with other motels in the area, this would be my last choice. I was in Findlay specifically to look for accommodations for our family reunion. 더 보기

The Comfort Suites Findlay ohio was horrible. We have been staying in several hotels across the US and this was almost the worst one. A new person at the desk, computers were down couldn't check-in the proper way,so in all the desk confusion the hotel tried to give our room to someone else. Then while checking in never told us the pool was closed,this […] was the main point of staying here. If was told while checking in we wouldn't have stayed. Then Came breakfest, Orange juice tasted spoiled,the hot food tasted like cardboard,even the insant oatmeal. This hotel is using the worst products to serve breakfast,we have to go to a resturant to have breakfast. For the price of our stay it was not worth it at all. 더 보기

the hotel was not up to par it was dirty in the swimming area the hot tub didnt work and had muck in the bottom of it it was nasty and not to mention the breakfast station it looks better in the pic than when you are there YUCK !!! and i was in the hunnymoon presidential suite it fit three but the pull out couch had no sheets on it nor my pillow i would […] not recomend this hotel to anyone 더 보기

Water limiting shower head with pressure so low it took 3 times as long as it normally does to get a shower. I stay at a lot of hotels and I am constantly traveling. Worst shower ever.

The closet door in the room fell off the hinges, there was no toilet paper holder the one that goes through the roll, there was three adults staying there and we only got on set of towels and no towel to put on the floor for when you get out of the shower. Luckily we had brought some of own towels so we didn't have to ask for more. There was a baseball […] team in the hotel so they ran the halls and slammed the doors all night. Got little sleep! The hotel was fine and the room clean when we got in for a multiple nite stay. However furniture was broken and we had to swap it ourselves. The closet door could not be latched. They did not clean our room for the second nite. Apparently what happened was that they did not get our multiple nite booking and thought it was a one nite stay. A baseball […] team was loud and disruptive until late in the early morning. They did however comp us for that second nite after we told them about our stay, so the owner did listen to our comments and make good. 더 보기
