Our stay at Dunboyne Castle Hotel and Spa can only be described at relaxing. The hotel has wonderful grounds and has some fantastic areas for photography. The Spa staff were freindly and professional, equipment in general was in good condition and easy to use. It was never too crowded and there was always space available in the pool or Hydro therapy […] areas. It would be great if the number of loungers were increased around the pool to allow more people to relax in the tranquill settings. The room was spacious and had everything you need for your stay. We sampled the bar food which was tasty and a good sized portion. Service was very good and the seating was comfortable. The hotel was busy but you still felt you had a quiet place to sit and relax. Dunboyne is within walking distance and there are a number of places to eat and a busy enough night life if you want to leave the hotel for the night. Overall the stay was excellent value and I would recommend the hotel to others. 더 보기

beautiful food, bars great, spa is well worth a visit. staff are very helpful

About the only real negative thing I can say about this hotel is the distance to Dublin, but even that wasn't bad. My wife and I stayed here primarily because there were no available rooms in Dublin. Round trip from the stop in Dunboyne, (a five minute walk from the hotel) was only 5.20 in euros for both my wife and I and was maybe a 20 to 30 minute […] bus ride. Cab rides from the hotel to the airport will range between 35 and 40 euros. The room itself was lovely, we had a balcony view. The bathrooms are very large and accomdating and the overall cleanliness was outstanding. We visited one resturant and the bar and the food was average to good. I highly recommend going down the small village of Dunboyne, there are a few pubs and resturants, not a huge selection, but descent fair. Dunboyne Castle is not a hotel you use to site see around the country side, this is a great place to use if you can't get a room in the city, or you are looking at a resort/spa treatment and you plan on spending alot of time on the resort grounds. lovely place, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, service ten out of ten, spotless clean, good value for money

the food was good ,staff were very friendly,the atmosphere was very relaxing,and our room was very clean and comerfortable.

We had a very brief stay, an overnight following a wedding. Our first impression on arriving at the hotel was most impressive and this did not waiver in any way for the duration of our stay. we were at the Dunboyne Hotel and Spa for a wedding reception and we stayed all weekend!! The staff were all very friendly, rooms were stunning, thoughour view of a bit of grass and concrete stairs could have been better. The spa was to so relaxing, the hot tub,wonderful. Our stay was only marred by the attatched nightclub, Chasers, which was, to be […] honest, tacky and disappointing. Also the lunch menu was rather limited.
