The bed was slightly too hard and was squeeking. The rest was very good. Hotel staff was excellent and helpt a lot.

Great hotel of the business type, had everything you needed. Very comfortable and had a good breakfast, but nothing special. Great if you just need a place to stay for the night. For tourists, the location isn't ideal since you would have to take the metro to the sights (there are better hostel/hotels downtown instead).

Besides the most convenient location, in the core center of Lisbon and near the metro, what impressed us most was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The only things that didn't please us were the lack of view - but I suppose it's better than street noise in such a central location - and the noisy ventilation in the room (we had to stop it at […] night). 더 보기

The Hotel Aviz is a mid price hotel in downtown Lisbon. I was impressed by the quality of the room, service, and courtesy of staff. I recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, clean room in a good location for a very reasonable price.

Very friendly staff - my single room was small, but comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Nice little bar in the lobby with a decent atmosphere, though probably not a place you'd spend too much time. Location is just off the main Blvd and not a bad walk to the older center.

Very central location; good layout of room, though small; great lighting; good bathroom facilities. Good breakfast. Felt it was good quality.

The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast and the location. Cleanliness is ok. Service is bad. We booked a room with a queen size bed, but when we arrived we got a rom with two separate single beds. They said they would give us the room tomorrow. After some arguing, 30 min later they had a room available. If you have booked it and payed […] for it, how come it is not available?? And then 30 min after, you get it. The service at the hotel restaurant was bad. After a day of walking and sightseeing, we went back to the hotel to have a drink and a dessert. The waiter was extremely rude and told us we should have eaten the dessert in the city. He was loud and angry and seemed as if he was swearing in portugueese. We got our dessert, but we have never experienced such rudeness in a 4 star hotel. Not recommended! This was not like a 4 star hotel at all. 더 보기

the location of the hotel was perfect for a first visit to Lisbon - easy to find, a downhill stroll to the centre, close to a Metro station and near the start of the bus tours. The room was a bit small, but comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for 2 nights because our first choice had no availability. We chose this hotel based on the high reviews and rating score it received from other reviewers. We were really expecting a lot especially as the description talks about all the stars that stayed here. Well, we were disappointed. Firstly the hotel isn't the same hotel the stars […] stayed in, that got demolished so it's only in name. The rooms are very small and I agree with another reviewer that 'superior' is a complete misnomer for this room type. The rooms were otherwise clean but had very little storage space and due to the small size was difficult to put the suitcases out of the way. The internet in the rooms is with Ethernet cable which didn't work in our room. Luckily I was able to pick up the wifi signal from the lobby area. The bathroom was clean and functional and had a window which was nice. We used the restaurant on the last night as we'd been out all day and just wanted to stay in as we were leaving the next morning. The restaurant is way over priced for what it is.The menu looks great but the quality of the food was mediocre and the service was flaky. They were trying to be something they couldn't. The breakfast is your standard buffet but with hot food limited to scrambled eggs, bacon and tomatoes. We asked for poached eggs but the waitress didn't understand what they were. She eventually went to the cook in the kitchen who prepared some but they were completely raw. I would not stay here again as there is a much more comfortable hotel around the corner. 더 보기

This is a lovely hotel: clean, bright room, excellent breakfast and very friendly service.

The Hotel is in a great central location near the Marquis the Pombal. It is close to taxis, the subway system and buses. The front desk is very helpful. My only complaint is that the beds are very hard. The breakfast is very good. The hotel restaurant is OK for dinner - a little overly formal.

Good place ; helpful staff, nice clean rooms, convienent location. Highly recommend!

The room was not ready at check in, and after an early arrival from the US it would have been convenient to have an early arrival. But the room was ready by 12 Noon. The suite was spacious, clean and well decorated. The hotel staf was exceptional and the breakfast very generous. The locaton is off of a park which is lovely and allows for a lovely stroll […] to get to your destinations. Taxis were not expensive to the ALfalma or Chiado district. 近くにポンバル公園があり、中心地へのアクセスも良く、ホテルマンの接客態度もよく、部屋も清潔で、静かであり、非常に満足した。朝食も豪華で、ホテルでディナーを二回とったが、料理も非常においしくリーズナブルな値段で申し分ない。

Viinipullo joka odotti huoneessa oli laadukasta. Suosittelen, 14 eurolla laadukasta viiniä.. Hotelli syyllistyy minusta ympäristörikokseen vaihtamalla joka päivä uudet pesuainepullot, sekä lakanat ja pyyhkeet vaihdetaan joka päivä. Aamiainen oli hyvä, varsinkin vastapuristettu turemehu oli hyvää.

Отель Aviz расположен в очень удобном месте, в центре Лиссабона. Метро станция "Маркус де Помбаль" 200 м за углом, центральная площадь с таким же названием, центральная улица с бутиками рядом. Для отеля в центре столицы - очень приемлемая цена, особенно если жить 1-2 ночи. Весь отель малогабаритный, одноместный номер особенно. Ресторан отеля располагается […] в каком-то в каком-то загончике. В обьщем отель для маленьких, скромных и не притязательных гостей. Это называется по-русски "скромненько, но миленько". 더 보기

Dette hotellet ligger sentralt til det aller meste. Stille og rolig strøk. Store og rene rom og fantastisk frokost. Eneste minus var litt støyende air-condisjon.

Buena habitación, muy nueva y con baño amplio. Servicio en recepción correcto, aunque nadie ayuda a subir las maletas. Desayuno correcto. Cuidado con el parking, porque es estrechísimo si se tiene un coche grande.

Passei apenas uma noite no Hotel Aviz mas foi suficiente para perceber a boa estadia que ele oferece. Limpo, bem decorado, serviço gentil, gostoso café da manhã. O quarto é um pouco pequeno mas é o padrão europeu. Recomendo!

Glimrende udgangspunkt for en kort ferie i Lissabon. Tæt ved metro og i gåafstand til det meste.

Hotel in buona posizione, vicino alla fermata del metrò (Marques de Pombal), quartiere tranquillo e vicino al centro, camera un po' piccola (letto matrimoniale non molto ampio) ma confortevole; personale cortese. Buona la colazione comprendente frutta fresca e "pasteis".

Vi fikk et positivt inntrykk av dette hotellet. Det lå sentralt, ca 10 min gange til Rossio plassen. I resepsjonen fikk vi alltid den hjelpen vi trengte. Frokosten var alldeles skjønn. Vi likte rommet vårt. Sengene var nok i hardeste laget. Badet var nydelig og delikat, meget rent overalt. Eneste minuset var servering av kaffe i baren om kvelden. Hôtel agréable. Petit déjeuner complet dans salle spacieuse. Rue calme même à quelques mètres de Marques Pombal. Centre-ville historique à 2 ou 3 stations de métro.

Et hyggeligt og meget roligt hotel, som ligger i centralt både mht. seværdigheder og bus til / fra lufthavnen. God morgenbuffet med rigeligt at vælge imellem, og en god og meget venlig betjening.

Hyggelig hotell med god frokost. Ordentlig. Ikke store rom, men konfortabelt nok. Bra moderne bad. Utsikt mot kjernen ikke akkurat inspirerende, hvis du fikk det.. Hver morgen ble vi vekket av stuepiken på tross av at vi hadde hengt ut skilt "not disturb", hun åpnet til og med døren. Allikevel, ganske bra alternativ

Très satisfaits de notre séjour passé à l'hôtel AVIZ. Service impeccable, petit déjeuner gargantuesque. Attention toutefois, le parking de l'hôtel est minuscule.

Ett mindre hotell med familjär stämning. Bra läge med 10-15 min gångavstånd till det mesta. Hotellet hade en god frukostbuffé och en allmänt bra standard där allt var rent och propert. Högst upp fanns bastu och en takterrass med kvällssol, vilket var uppskattat. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Skulle gärna återvända till Aviz.

Recht ruhige Lage des Hotels. Alles Sehenswerte ist rasch erreichbar, die meisten Busstationen sind wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Zimmer: Sauber, guter Komfort, etwas klein (Doppelzimmer). Lobby: Mobiliar benötigt Auffrischung. Mahlzeiten: Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend vielfältig; Restaurant: angenehme Atmosphäre, Mobiliar etc. aus früheren Zeiten, […] als das Aviz als erste Adresse in Lissabon galt, ist erhalten geblieben; Küche recht gut, Preise moderat. flott hotell, hyggelig staff og kjempe bra frukost! gåavstand til sentrum, men likevel i rolig gate. veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. absolutt til å anbefale :)

Veldig bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet og imøtekommende personale. Fine og rene rom. God frokost. Mulighet til parkering i hotellets garasje til fornuftig pris. Value for money

Very well positioned at 50m from Marques de Pombal M & Bus station wich bring You everywhere in the City. Quiet and clean. Employees very helpfull
