신논현역 주변은 호텔이 많죠. 노보텔, 리츠칼튼 등 위 호텔에 비해 저렴한 가격에 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있어 좋습니다. 주변에는 편의점 등 있고 20분 정도 걸으면 강남역이 있어 위치는 좋습니다. 직원도 친절하고 시설도 좋은 편이고 가격에 비해 좋은 것 같아요. 호텔 갈 일이 있을 때마다 자주 이용하는 호텔입니다.

비싸보입니다, 방은 작고, 욕실은 별로고, 주변에 먹거리 찾기가 조끔...

사소한 문제가 있었습니다. 담당직원이 불친절하더군요. 그래서 지배인과 얘기하려 했습니다. 지배인, 불친절한 직원과 다를바 없었고, 저희 부부를 호텔에 누명씌워, 한몫 챙기려는 사람 취급을 하더군요. 문제 해결 관해 연락달라고 연락처 주었습니다. 당연히 아직까지 연락 없습니다. 직원 교육시켜야하는 지배인이 마찬가지인데, 무슨 기대를 하겠습니까? 특1급이 아니니 거기까지 기대하면 안되는 것이었나요? 아니면 어차피 일본인등 관광객 유치를 주로 하는 곳이니 자국인은 상관 없었던 건가요? 그냥 묵고 갈 것이면 별 탈 없이 지낼 수 있을 겁니다. 하지만 사소한 문제가 생길 경우 서비스는 기대하지 마세요. 제가 다녀본 호텔 중 최 […] 악입니다. 더 보기

I loved it. I stayed for about a week. The room was clean, the service was excellent, the staff very helpful and polite. English is a bit of a challenge but if you speak slowly you will get things done. The location was excellent. Close to public transport, Gangnam. The room was too warm. One could not adjust the temperature of the room. only thing you can do is to turn the switch off. I complained and one of the employee told me "it's not too bad" What more do you say.

Situated in financial district, a 10min walk to the subway. Not the best location if you are looking for shopping and night life. Although we requested a non-smoking room, our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Also, the heating was turned up really high and we were unable to adjust it down with the thermostate, we ended up sleeping with […] the window open. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a good hotel but probably would look for something closer to the night life next time. The best thing about the Best Western Gangnam is its location. It's about an eight minute walk from Sinnonhyeon Station, which has a direct subway line to Gimpo airport. It's a 20 minute walk from Gangnam station, which is one of the liveliest areas in downtown Seoul, both during the day and at night. The hotel itself is fairly no frills. But unlike […] it's four and five-star brothers, the Best Western comes with free high-speed internet (which saves you 25,500 KRW per day), and surprisingly enough, has a fitness center. The KAL limousine (airport limo) has a stop right at the Best Western, which makes it super convenient if you're flying in and out of Incheon. One problem is that no taxi driver in Seoul has ever heard of the Best Western, so it's best to tell them you're going to Novotel Hotel, and then just cross the street. Bed is passable but not great. Amenities are passable but not great. All in all, it's about what you'd expect for the price, with the benefit of a quite convenient location in Gangnam. 더 보기

It's conveniently located. From Incheon airport, take airport shuttle bus to Kangnam and get off on Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Walk 3 minutes across the street.

I'm in the hotel industry also, I do the online marketing for a serviced apartment in Shanghai called Aquaspace, and I would say Gangnam did a pretty good job considering what they are working with. They provided the standard check-in, cleaning, and check-out. Things that surprised me in a good way was the international channels, seriously, ever kind […] of major language I can think of. Also, in the middle of the night, I needed some medicine for headache and all the pharmacies were closed. I simply went to the front desk and they gave me a few pills. Great service. One thing they need improvement on is their online marketing standardization. One of the reasons why I booked with this hotel was because they said they would have turndown service, a minor service, but it set themselves apart from their competition as everyone was relatively same price. I was quite disappointed when they told me that wasn't provided. Another thing is that, I'm not sure if its normal in Korea, but definitely not here in Shanghai, toothbrushes and razors cost money. Room carpets are old and smelly. I asked for a free smoke room, this one smelled to smoke cigarette. Beds are small.

This hotel is perfect for business travelers. Clean, modern and offers complementary wi-fi internet all over the hotel. The down side is the steep food and beverage price. However, if you don't mind, you can walk about 3 minutes to a close convenience store and buy water and other supplies at normal prices. Overall is a good hotel. We spent 5 nights with my 20 month old baby. The hotel is simple and basic nothing luxurious. Room and toilet was clean and comfy. Free internet connection at room and lobby. Very helpful service desk. Close of the Subway station. Free shuttle service is convenient. The only problem we felt was the air conditioner. They have only heating system. It […] could be hot sometime but when we complained they suggested to keep the window open and it was noisy. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Convenient walk to the nearest MRT Sinnonhyeon Line 9. Lovely walk to Gagnam station. Quiet surroundings. We had a great time, rain or shine. The free broadband internet was a great plus point. Overall: I will come back and stay here next time around.

This is the second time I stay on a Best Western Hotel in Seoulm this year. The premier BW gangnam, definitively is a lot more well located due his neigborhood. On my oppinion the only point that do not like is: To have to cross the street (with luggage) to the oposite side and go to the Novotel hotel, to get the KAL limousine bus to go to the airport. I had a very plesant stay... No problem whatsoever...

Nice business setting. I enjoyed very much the wi-fi router with high-speed access in my room. All my laptop, tablet, and phone got on internet wireless at the same time. Room was neat, clean, and nice with new decroration. Everything a business traveller need they have. The only little bad was the bathroom is small. I needed to move my body around […] in order to swing the door and get into shower tub. The airport bus stop was at Novotel and I had to drag my bags across the street which takes steps downhill to get to the crossing line and then uphill back to the hotel. The hotel has a very efficient service, nice bedrooms,the breakfast is varied, however no espresso available, just common americano coffee.

We were very satisfied with the service, very friendly and very professionally.

It was not too bad but if you happen to have heavier/ bigger luggage, not advisable because need to tug the lugg to the Novotel Hotel (it is on upslope) opposite for the airport limo bus. Can be rather tough. The toilet sanitary system is not good. The shower's water flow is not good too.

If you're on a business trip, that is. It's right across the street from Novotel and Ritz Carlton and an airport limousine bus stops at both hotels. You just need to cross the street to get to BW Gangnam. That limousine bus stops at various hotels. If you're in a hurry, you can take a cab (again from the other side of the street) to the City Airport […] Terminal where they have express buses to the Incheon airport. It's about 5 minutes (read: base fare). I forgot to bring a power outlet adapter (it's 220V in Korea) and asked for one at the front desk. Turns out, the outlet underneath the desk in my room accepts everything. Sweet! The room wasn't big but didn't feel cramped at all. The bed was confortable and the air conditioning worked really well, meaning it responded very well (and FAST) whenever I changed the temperature setting. They had things that you may have forgotten to bring right in the room (e.g. toothbrush/toothpaste set, razor) with prices clearly marked. They were reasonably priced and I really liked the no-surprises approach. I hate it when they bring me something with a smile as if they were doing me a favor and then charge the heck out of it when I check out. I did use the toothbrush and it wasn't one of those flimsy ones, either. If you're looking for a romantic or fancy place, this is not it. But if you're a business traveler who wants a clean room that will prepare you for the busy day in the morning in Seoul, BW Gangnam does the job and does it well. 더 보기

地下鉄の駅も近く周辺にカフェやスーパーもあり、滞在するには便利な立地でした。部屋にサービスで水のペットボトルが提供されていたのには驚きました。

10分前からホテル前でリムジン待ちをしてたのに、一向に来ず、40分も待ち、寒さで冷えてしまいました。　時間通りに来ないとしても、せっかくの旅の最後に不満が・・・。　以前この口コミに必ずバス停前で待ってないと通過していくとありました。だから待っていたのに・・・　せっかく空港リムジン利便性高いホテルなのだから、連絡などホテルサービスがあってもいいのになあと思ったのは甘いかな・・・

2月にシングルで2泊しました。金浦空港から地下鉄9号線で終点のシンノニョン駅なので乗り換えもいらずとても楽でした。駅からホテルまでは、上り坂で大きな荷物があるとちょっときついかもしれませんが、逆に帰りは下り坂ですのでさほど苦になりません。大きな荷物を持って上るのはのは到着時だけでしょうし。 シンノニョン駅からホテルに向かって行くと、コンビニもあって便利。 あと、立地的にはシンノニョン駅の交差点向かいに大きな教保文庫のビルがあってランドマークになります。ほてるから2号線の江南駅、7号線のノニョン駅まで歩いて15-20分くらいだと思います。特に江南駅までは江南大路沿いに沢山の色々なお店があり人通りも多いので遠さは感じませんでした。 到着は12：30頃だったと思いますが、チェックインもスムーズにで […] き、フロントスタッフの方も日本語が流暢なので助かりました（男性、女性スタッフとも日本語ができる方が数名いらっしゃいます） 外は氷点下の時期でしたが、室内のエアコンもしっかり効いて、シャワーのお湯も全く不便を感じずに使用できました。海外のホテルは、この点不便な事があるので良かったです。 電源は変圧器があった方が安心。自分はもって行きましたが、フロントで貸してくれるらしいです。 今回はホテル内で食事は一切しなかったので、食事の良し悪しは解りません。 また、個人的には荷物を少なくするために、パジャマなどはもって行きたくない主義なので、バスローブがあることはポイントでした。 価格もリーズナブルでしたので、次回江南地区に宿泊する際は、また泊まりたいと思っています。 더 보기

早朝、5:38ホテル発のチケットを発車時間前にフロントで購入。 ロビーで待っていたところ、急にスタッフに今バスが通りすぎました！と言われる。そのとき時間は、5:36。 外で待っていないと通り過ぎるなどのルールがあるなら、チケット購入時に伝えるべきだと思う。 スタッフのその後の対応は、真摯だったので良かった。

Все более менее нормально, завтраки только дорогие. интернет хороший свеже-уложенный ковер давал сильный запах В номере была ванная - мне больше нравится когда есть душ.

2011年12月4~6に2泊しました。地下鉄から上りなので実際の距離より少し遠く感じましたが、徒歩で7~8分で付きます。部屋は清潔できれいで満足しました。ホテルスタッフは日本語対応ができますので、大変スムーズで満足しました。これからも使いたいホテルです。

フロントの対応、部屋の清潔さ、などホテル自体は たいへん良かったです。 値段を考えたら、十分です。 ただ、駅からちょっと遠い。ちょっと坂道なので、荷物が多いと若干疲れます。 雨とか暑い日とかは辛いかもしれません。 でも途中セブンイレブンもあるので、 立地もまあまあだと思いました。

房間很乾淨, 我住10F可以看到首爾塔風景很好, 走路20分鐘會到很熱鬧的江南站, 不過我提早check in的時候被櫃檯小姐白眼了一下感覺不是很好, 缺點可能就是電梯不用刷卡就可以按樓層以及房間的門沒有安全鎖

ビジネスホテルだと思えば、良い方ではないでしょうか。ロビーも部屋も小さいですが、清潔で、不便は感じませんでした。ウォシュレットはついてました。 朝食のビュッフェは洋韓混じった感じです。味は仏ですが、種類は少なめでした。 雨の時期だったので、駅からの距離は少し遠いと感じました。レストランも江南駅の方に歩けばいっぱいありますが、少し遠いです。明洞までは地下鉄で乗り換えが2回必要で30分くらいです。

価格的にも安く、部屋も豪華さはないが満足できる。日本語もほぼ通じるので満足度は高い。 ただ知名度が低いのでタクシーで帰る時などは、説明に苦労することも。リーズナブルと安全を兼ね備えたホテルです。

金浦空港から地下鉄9号線の急行で30分の終点で下車。徒歩5分ぐらいと便利がよい。

Fui recepcionada muito mal por 2 atendentes mal educados, trata-se de 2 senhores que estavam na recepção no dia 15/04/2010 no período da tarde/noite. Questionei sobre a cama que tinha no quarto e fui maltratada, só não troquei de hotel pq perderia dinheiro. Em contrapartida os outros recepcionistas que estavam no sábado de tarde, eram 2 homens jovens […] e 1 moça foram muito atenciosos e educados. Sugiro que seja feita uma reclamação ao hotel por esses 2 funcionários, que não pensaram nem um pouco em dosar as palavras com um hóspede. Não se trata um cliente desta maneira. Não indico este hotel para meus amigos, para que não passem pela mesma situação constrangedora a que fui submetida. 더 보기

今回初めて利用しました。 決め手は、金浦空港から地下鉄で乗り換えなしでいけること。行きも帰りも地下鉄利用だったので、非常に便利でした。 江南までも徒歩でいけますし、COEXモールなどもタクシーですぐ。大通りに面しているので、タクシーもすぐ拾えます。 駅から上り坂が・・・というレビューも見ていましたが、私はそんなに苦になりませんでした。ただ、リモワの小さなスーツケースなので大丈夫でしたが、大きなスーツケースの場合はすこししんどいかもしれません。 フロントにも日本人スタッフがおり、日本語も大丈夫。部屋の電源も110Vのコンセントが使えましたが、何故か携帯の充電が出来なかったので、変圧器を借りました。こちらもすぐに手配していただいたので、問題ありませんでした。 駅付近にはおしゃれなカフェ […] もあり、立地、部屋ともに大変気に入りました。また利用したいと思います。 더 보기
