Checkin went smoothly. Room comfortable and clean. Good breakfast.

The complimentary continental breakfast fell short in that most of the containers of food were empty and there seemed to be no effort to replenish them.

Last stayed in Richfield 4 years ago and I beleive that's the last time they washed the sheets. Room layouts were akward - neither bed (in either room we had) had a clear view of the TV. Doughnuts in the "free" breakfast were hard as a rock and the room rate was one of the highest. Like I said - stay anywhere but this hotel.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise after a very long drive. For the price I was expecting just clean sheets and towels. A very nice and clean room and breakfast too.

NOT PET FRIENDLY and VERY RUDE TO MY SWEET WIFE!! AVOID this place if you have pets or prefer warm, no-hassle service. This has been the absolute WORST hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. After driving 10 hours from California, we thought Best Western Richfield Inn would be a great place to stay over on our long haul to Boston... wrong. When […] we arrived, the hotel staff member was extremely belligerent to my wife over a small issue that was overlooked by our booking agent. Instead of trying to accommodate us as guests (because we had - crazy - brought a small dog to a hotel advertised as PET FRIENDLY), he told us we couldn't stay in the hotel, and watched as we sat outside for nearly an hour on hold with the booking agent, trying to sort things out. It wasn't until I threatened to call the owner that he revealed that he was, in fact, the guy who called the shots, and abruptly decided to give us our room. Since it was already nearly 11:30 at night, we reluctantly accepted. However, we were charged extra fees, treated poorly, and went to bed feeling very scammed. Once into the room, we realized we forgot our toothpaste, so in response to a "friendly" card that said if we forgot anything to call downstairs, we called downstairs and asked if we could have a complimentary toothpaste for the night. That request was also refused, and we were told that we would need to wait until the morning. He was going out of his way to make our stay unpleasant for no reason. Pros: The room is clean. Cons; Aside from everything mentioned. The showers were like painful lawn sprinklers. The fridge didn't work, the TV reception was poor, and the sheets were stained. 더 보기
