Hotel is a little out of the way but there's shuttle bus taking you to or back from the main road corner. Friendly staff, Clean room, Nice Pool. Bed is a little too hard for me but they added additional pad for me. TV and in-room refrigerator can use some improvement. The only downside to this hotel is the number of tour groups, occasionally the lobby is full - otherwise good hotel great pool.

The hotel was located in a bachyard 10 minuts walk from 2. road. They offer shuttle bus, but we got early tired of waiting for that. The poolarea was not as nice as it look in photos. They offer Thailands most expensive Wifi (60 bath/hour), and it was vERY slow - almost impossible to use. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is nice and ok for the cost. I would say over all the hotel is a good place for single travlers and couples. I the pool was very nice and there is a hotel shuttle out to 2nd street if you are heading to waling street it's not far from there maby 5 mins. If you are going the other way then you are about a 4 min walk […] to the back of the mall on 2nd street and this way is close to the beach. As for the room it was very nice, but the bed was very hard if you like this then all the better, there is only a shower whice had very low pressure on the 6th floor, and the TV was changed once in the room due to it making a load noise later in my stay the new one started the same thing lastly the TV is not a new flat screen it's the old cat tube. These were the only problems I had while there and would stay here any time I am back in Pattaya. 더 보기

The Mercure Pattaya, convienient location, friendly staff, clean, nice pool. Recomended for the price.

it was nice,hard to find,not many people knew where it was.Suggestion,beer wraps around beer bottles at pool,could contain breakage,and keep beer cooler,i just don't like seeing glass by the pool,Lcd or Plasma tv's would be nice,but for the price,not bad,we had corner room,huge balcony

非常类似香港的自由行旅馆，床宽堪比肩宽，淋浴间无门，非常简陋，烧热水的壶需要打电话到前台索取。位置在深巷中。泳池挺好看，但没人敢游，可能是卫生的原因吧。电梯超小，四个人都会觉得挤，且无通风。

Das Hotel an und für sich ist sehr gut, sauber, gutes Essen, sehr freundliche Bedienung, aber es liegt abseits von allem. Unmöglich zu Fuss ins Zentrum zu gehen. zwar gibt es einen shuttle-Bus vom Hotel zur nächsten belebten Strasse, aber der Rückweg kann nur mit Taxi erfolgen. Sehr schlechte Lage. Schade

Hotellet lgger inte speciellt bra till geografiskt. Även om det bara tar 10 minuter att gå till Beach Rd, så är utbudet av hotell med bättre läge så omfattande. Helhetsbetyget dras ned drastiskt på grund av höga kostnader för WiFi/Internetanslutning, som ofta i denna prisklass är fritt. I think this hotel has a very good location. It´s not near the beach but in the middle of Pattaya (but not any bars around who can make noise), The hotels owns a shuttle bus, that drives you from the hotel and down to the bigger mainroad, Pattaya Sai Song (only 2 minutes by the bus, very near but they have a bus anyway).
