The Levante Laudon is in a great location. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops in the area. It was pretty easy catching the tram and the bus. The U was just a short walk. The staff were very pleasant and helpful whenever we needed anything. How amazed we were when we saw where we're staying! Neighbourhood is astonishing, just as building of Levante Laudon itself, lady in reception appeared to be very nice and offered also a possibilty of sitting and drinking coffee in close to the reception lounge, that looked simply great. Good location walking distance from town and nearby shopping street with supermarket. Spacious rooms. Free laundry room and coffee in the lobby appreciated.

Stayed at the Levante Laudon for 9 nights and loved it. Very clean rooms, great staff, easy location, and free breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Also a great espresso machine in the lobby. The one flaw, I think, is it is about a 7-10 minute walk from the closest underground station (Rathaus), but if you're willing to trek a little, this […] place is just fine. This was our second stay at the Levante Laudon Apartments. The staff are very helpful, the apartments are spacious and well appointed, and the location could not be better (near the Rathaus, but away from the hustle and bustle). We are looking forward to our next visit..

Great location! nice ambiance on arrival - just get some nice fluffy towels!

It is very important to notice that this is not a hotel. You will have no 24x7 reception or something like that. The duplex apartment on the last floor was very comfortable. Old style furniture looks ok in this homely place. The kitchen has enough pots and dishes, but they should also give some salt / oil / spices for free. The staff: Very friendly and helpful. Location: So so. 8 mins walk to the nearest U Bahn but a little far away from most attractions. Room: Very spacious but they don't come to clean your room everyday. So no new towels. Water temp was very unstable. Kind of a pain to take a shower. The elevator is extremely small. Excellent accommodation in Vienna.

Excellent accomodation at a good price. Overall a very positive experience.

The location is great it takes 20min to walk into old town. The apartments are average but for budget holiday is great. Staff are very helpful. The only downfall is that you can hear everything from other apartments especially during night and we lost on good night sleep. I would advise earplugs. This hotel is convenietly located to the city center and close to metro stops. The staff is incredibly helpful and the rooms are very clean in addition to being representative of the photos advertised (which is not always the case). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend these accomodations for someone's stay in Vienna.

On April 19-21 was my second stay at this hotel, which offers a relatively central and quiet location, yet as a hotel property it must go through renovations so as to keep up with 21st century standards. Specifically notice the relatively small living space per apartment, lack of sufficient silverware, as well as lack of power sockets on kitchen worktops, […] despite the presence of a kettle and a coffee maker. In addition, the staff is very friendly and provides assistance when necessary. For example, when I encountered difficulties logging in to their free-of-charge wireless Internet, they dispatched a computer technician from their nearby sister hotel. I had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend to anyone. You are only 10-15 minutes away (walking) from the city center. I advise not to waste your money even getting the Ubahn passes, as you could walk to all after you get situated with the surroundings. The description promised a modern and stylish accommodation but the building itself and my room also were shabby and nagged. Used furniture, sound system and TV from early 90ies and the kitchen looks much older. Stairways with flaking plaster and elevator works just till 2nd level. The rooms themselves are great! Very spacious, comfortable and easy to settle into. Except, the sheets were torn, the towels were dirty and basically rags, and the "breakfast" is coffee and a loaf of bread. The location is great with a grocery store nearby and direct access to a trolly line. The Levante Laudon is really a well-furnished serviced apartment complex, suitable for business or holiday. Breakfast is included in the 'superior' option - nothing special but you can always use the cafe next door instead if you want more variety. Rooms are not air-conditioned but we simply borrowed a fan, in conjunction with high ceilings this coped […] with 32 degree humid temperatures easily. Breakfast in the courtyard, shaded by tall trees, was cool and airy. The apartments have a bedroom, en-suite, living room and kitchen area. Ideal for getting a cup of tea or a glass of cold juice at any time. Or just chilling out in the afternoon after a hard day in the museums, before visiting a restaurant or Heurige in the evening. Obwohl wir nur ein kleines Apartment mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa gebucht hatten (für 4 Personen), trafen wir bei unserer Anreise eine kleine Wohnung mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern an. Hotel sehr schön, Zimmer sehr großzügig, Persoal (Rezeption, FO) sehr unfreundlich. Für dieses Haus sowie Ambiete unpassend!

Klasse gelegen - fußläufig ist die Altstadt Wiens in 10 - 15 Minuten entlang am Burgtheater durch den Park der Hofburg zu erreichen. Neben dem Apartmenthaus ist eine gute ehrliche Kneipe. Ein realer Eindruck vom Wohnen in der Josefstadt im alten Wien.

Die Ausstattung ist für eine Famile perfekt, die Größe mehr als ausreichend. Lage ist ebenfalls super, der 8. Bezirk ist einer der schönsten Wiens, der 1. ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksservice wäre von der Idee wirklich gut, ein Sackerl hängt an der Tür. Bon hotel bien situé, chambre confortable, seul bémol le petit déjeuner n'est pas très cher mais est très limite, pas de jus de fruit, pas de lait. A prendre plutôt a l'extérieur.

Das Hotel liegt in einem guten Bezirk nahe des 1. Bezirks. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit S- und U-Bahn. Etwas störend ist die Lautstärke im Innenhof, wenn die Bar nebenan laute Musik spielt oder sich hier Leute aufhalten. Bei offenen Fenster schlafen ist eher nicht möglich. Unser Appartment war sehr solide ausgestattet und sauber, das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich. Die Appartments gehen zum Innenhof und dadurch war es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr hellhörig, da der Halleffekt sehr groß ist. Die Zimmer waren auch etwas stickig, so dass man gezwungen war, die Fenster immer offen zu lassen. Leider gab es […] für unser Appartment nur einen Schlüssel, was sehr ungünstig war, da wir zu dritt waren; zudem hat die Rezeption nur bis 18 Uhr geöffnet, man kann den Schlüssel also auch nicht dort hinterlegen, wenn man länger unterwegs ist. Positiv war, dass es Tee und Kaffee kostenlos gab; allerdings auch nur während der Rezeptionsöffnungszeiten. Wünschenswert wäre noch ein PC im Rezeptionsbreich mit kostenlosem Internetzugang für Reisende ohne PC. Ein Fön war nicht standardmäßig auf dem Zimmer, wurde aber auf Nachfrage anstandslos nachgereicht. 더 보기

Sencillo pero muy comodo. La recepción solo esta hasta las 6 de la tarde y no tiene microondas pero por todo lo demás esta genial. El metro esta relativamente cerca y la zona es muy chula.

Apart muito limpo e confortavel, cozinha bem equipada, cafe da manha entregue na porta do quarto. Pontos negativos Sao que a recepcao e ate as 18 horas e dizia no site que tinha estacionamento com manobrista, mas era publico, Longe e caro, allem de Complicado se eu nao falasse alemao, estava perdida....

Hemos estado alojados una semana y ha sido perfecto. Tuvimos una pequeña pega con nuestro apartamento y nos cambiaron sin ningún tipo de problema. Buena situación, muy silencioso a la hora de dormir, los empleados muy amables y serviciales, la limpieza suficiente. El desayuno aunque bien de cantidad era todos los días lo mismo. Zentrumsnahes Hotel, sehr ruhig, geräumiges Zimmer, welches auch uns 5 reichlich Platz geboten hat. Für den Preis top!

Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet und von der Grösse her ideal. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine etc... wirklich gut für mit kleinen Kinder. Jedoch die Zimmer sind nicht sehr sauber, ja nicht unters Bett schauen. Klimaanlage gibt es keine, es war jetzt im Mai etwa 27C° im Zimmer. Fenster kann […] man unmöglich offen lassen, Lärm von der Strasse und Bar unterhalb. Unbedingt ein Zimmer verlangen mit Fenster zum Innenhof, dort ist sehr ruhig. Frühstück gibts im Lunchbag vor die Tür gestellt, coole Idee und man kann im Innenhof gemütlich Frühstücken oder natürlich im Zimmer. Würde wieder dort hin, aber würde auf Putzequipe bestehen und Zimmer zum Innenhof. Vorsicht: Ankunft ab 18h ist die Reception nicht mehr besetzt. 더 보기
