Ideally located for transfers from and to airport by Airbus, great hotel, very nice and attentive staff, walking distance to Sky Tower, harbour, Vector Arena,boutiques, Only thing negative is the wi-fi intenet which should be free in the rooms

The best feature of this hotel is it's location, on Queen street, 5 mins walk from harbor. Hotel a bit shabby, but provide good value for money. If to stay couple of nights - it would be a good choice.

Good location - walk right onto mall and within walking distance of the harbour Location of the room tv not the best Not very sound proof (could hear room next door through the wall at 1am)

The staff had a great attitude and were very helpful in giving us ideas about how to see Auckland. They gave great directions which not all hotels have done! This saved us a lot of time and made the visit to Auckland a nice one. Jennifer even personally walked us to an ice cream shop when we were trying to find the famous Hokey Pokey ice cream. Very good hotel. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Good brakfast, comfortable room, nice and friendly staff. We certainly would recommend this hotel.

Location and facilities was very good. It was comfortable and clean. The quality of amenities was also not bad. However, I was shocked by water leakage from the closet during rainy days. Also It was a slightly noisy night because of nearby pub (during weekend).

A great centrally located hotel, friendly efficient staff in a very busy environment. My husband,me and two 12-yr old boys were happy with our adjoining rooms/suite. The main purpose of our stay was to shop and sightsee. This hotel was ideal. Movies, skytower, restaurants, bus rides to newmarket and parnell! Lovely pool, the dryer and washer in our […] room was a godsend esp. with those lads in the pool every other hour. A wellequipped kitchenette to cater for in-house eating if we didn't feel like going out later. (Late city life for a couple of 12y'olds was a bit intimidating, so the inhouse restaurant or our suite with ondemand movies was great. very roomy and good amenities. we slept 4 to a room, to in room, 2 on pull out sofa bed. room includes kitchen and washer/dryer and a nice dining table. centrally located in auckland. we walked everywhere in the city.

Hotel en plein centre ville donc très pratique. Matelas mou. Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas choisir l'étage au moment de la réservation. Internet payant. Chambre propre et confortable

De belles prestations, une chambre propre et bien équipée ( cuisine, lave-linge, sèche-linge... ), une situation privilégiée ( au milieu de la Queen Street ), tout ceci pour un prix tout à fait correct.
