Great environment, convenient, close to the mall, also, right by the grocery store, right in front of a shopping center, very convenient. Nice Getaway.

My fiancé and I were in town for my sisters baby shower. We reserved a suite with a roll in shower. At check in, I found that the had assigned us a room for the deaf in error. The quickly corrected the error and had us in a room with a roll in shower within 30 minutes. (The room had to be cleaned.) The continental breakfast was great. Several restaurants in varying price ranges were in the same plaza as well as several stores. Each evening when we came back to the room it was immaculate. Check out was a breeze. This hotel is a true home away from home.....you will not want to leave.

We enjoyed our Holiday Vacation even though everyone was under the weather. This is our new favorite place for our getaways. We are truly looking forward to our next visit!

The room and location were both great, and the person at the front desk , Sparkle, lived up to her name -- very friendly and helpful.

I stay at this hotel frequently when in town for business. Noticed this time that the room wasn't as clean as usual, but overall a great place to stay. Was nice to eat breakfast outside on the patio.

Close to a number of shopping and restaurants. Air & Space Museum just past Dulles Int'l Airport. Easy access on & off Rt 28. Excellent breakfast & on Thurs happy hour with food.

Was very disappointed to find that my room was not cleaned on Saturday. And, when I called the front desk to request clean towels. It took housekeeping 1 hour and 35 minutes to bring the towels to my room.

The hotel looks as great as it did when it opened about 5 years ago! Very clean, convenient to everything I needed while in town for the weekend. It's my "go to" place to stay when in the area.

Loved the room it was spacious and inviting, walking distance to everything (food, Target, etc.) The employees were very kind and respectful. I travel alot, this location would be good for longer stays as well.

This was the best hotel on our trip to the eastcoast. The breakfast was amazing, looks fresh and the location is very familiar. The room was extremely clean. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Room was as pictured. Towels, linens and plates were nice. I enjoyed the stay immensely!

This is the first time I have stayed at a Residence Inn. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. My girlfriend was having her 50th Birthday party nearby and she recommended this hotel. On the three hour trip to the location, I discussed with my boyfriend that I needed to purchase some things before we attended the party. The Residence Inn was very nicely decorated, smelled good, had a indoor swimming pool (wish I had brought a suit) and the room was larger than i expected. This hotel is the best value in the area. Great location next to large shopping center, close to highways,etc. Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. Property is clean!

This hotel has everything you need for a home like stay. From the full and tasty breakfast to the wonderful dinner with complementary cocktails to the extra accomodating staff, this place is a must stay.

Check-in was quick. Room had separate bedroom, mattress not too hard, flatscreens in BR & LR, stove, full-size fridge, DW, dishes, silverware, free wifi. "Full Breakfast" was just OK. The don't seem to discriminate between "Full Breakfast" guests and "Continental Breakfast" guests, so I wouldn't pay more for the latter next time. With the exception of not having a restaurant we would put this hotel on a level with most 5 star hotels.

We liked it's location; close to airport and in a shopping center. You are within walking distance to Wegman's supermarket and eateries. However, the hotel is not in Dulles, but Sterling, so it was hard to find even with GPS.

This hotel will definitely exceed your expectations with the price you pay for. It's got everything you can possibly think of when having to stay away from home excluding food in your room. TV is visible in every inch of the room including bathroom with the swiveling stand and strategically placed mirrors. Feels very homely and clean. Very comfortable room with great amenities. This hotel would be worthwhile at a higher rate, but at this price it cannot be beat.

Great Staff, Great rooms, clean, great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. They had a full breakfast available every morning. A great room with a supplied kithenette and clean bathrooms! This property is nice. The room was comfortable and very clean. The amenities in the room were first rate. Small kitchen area, tiny sitting area, and bed and bathroom were all appointed better than average. Nothing but positives on the room itself. The location is convenient to the main highway and is easy to find. Less than five minutes from Dulles […] airport. I've stayed at several other properties near the airport, and this is by far the nicest/most comfortable. The hotel is located in a small shopping center with a Target, Wegmans, and several places to eat. There is a large shopping mall a few miles North and several restaurants to the west. Good location. The complementary breakfast was not great. I ended up dumping half of my American style breakfast and grabbing some fruit to go. Definitely could have been better. There was one especially memorable part of my visit. The person working the front desk the evening that I checked in seemed irritated by my presence. Difficulty finding my reservation, annoyance at my request not to be on the highway side of the property, and giving me attitude that I wanted to pay for my late night snack with cash. This is how you ruin decades worth of hard work from other Marriott staff to build my brand affinity in five short minutes. I am surprised that Marriott would have someone with this disposition in a customer service role.
