This is one of only a few hotels that are close to the Springfield airport. The Marriott is right next door, but I found the La Quinta to be sufficiently less expensive. I stayed at the hotel because they had an airport shuttle and advertised free parking. After I checked in, I scheduled the shuttle, told them I would be gone 7 days, and then was told there was a charge of $7 a day. When I asked about the free parking, they said that was only if you stayed just one night. If they are going to charge for airport parking, […] then it should be on the website. 더 보기

Staff was great and very helpful as I had to return a rental car the night before. They came along and brought me back. Then to the airport in the early AM. I had to leave on the 5:30AM shuttle. Breakfast didn't start - officially- until 6. Staff provided a sack with yogurt, bagel, fruit, etc. Thanks

everything went fine, we had breakfast ready early in the morning (before our shuttle to the airport) and the room was very comfortable. We will always stay there when travelling from that city.

Worked on the recovery effort in Joplin, MO. I was dead dog tired when I arrived. Check in was seemless and room was ready and COOL! Very quiet, no noisy neighbors. Bed was quite comfortable. Very easy access from the highway. Will stay again and recommend to others.

three related families came to springfield for a wedding. we requested rooms close together. we did not get them. one group had 8 and 10 year old children a long way down the hall from their parents. they had requested a suite. i am aware of the change in management which resulted in this unacceptable situation. also, i asked about a parking location […] more convenient to the elevators and was given incorrect information. i was able to find the correct fact for my self. 더 보기

My wife and I travel through Springfield, MO several times each year. We enjoy this particular Baymont. It's clean and comfortable. Easy access on and off I 44. Nice motel for the value, too.

This is an excellent hotel for Air Travel related stay. They provide a very early shuttle free shuttle service to the airport. We were able to make a 6:00 AM flight with a 4:30 AM shuttle departure. The insulation is not very good. I can hear snoring from next room. Cars rumbling from the street is noisy.

We had a very nice (albeit brief) stay at this hotel. A bit pricier than my family is used to. We paid extra for our dog and for a mini-refrigerator in our room and I did not realize that the hotel tax was not included in the hotels.com price. Very clean and breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel, pleasant stay. Not sure where/why this hotel had negative ratings. Some people will complain about anything, I guess. The hotel was like new, near everything in Springfeild, easy to get to. The staff was friendly and professional, even though they were EXTREMELY busy (the hotel was full for Memorial Day weekend).

There business center was down from a virus. I was really counting on this service so I was dissatisfied. Other than that it was a great value hotel.

I have stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so. The rooms are great and the staff helpful and friendly. My only complaint, (and it's a small one), is that they need to expand their available TV channels. 5 ESPN and the same number of news channels is nice, if you're a sports fan or a news junky. Great hotel, a little out of the way of down town, but over all a great stay for the price!

I had a very nice stay at hotel. The only problem was after I had checked out. They had a Safe (which I did not use) charge that I have had a difficult time getting resolved. Other than that it was nice.

Off the beaten path, but close enough to food and shopping. Right near airport and Interstate, but very quiet. Hotel is very clean and has a great staff. The maintenance guys need to be commended, the hotel still looks new!!

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was nothing exciting, no surrounding restaurants other than a Wendy's. I stayed here for the location to the airport but traffic on that side of Springfield really isn't bad so next time I would stay someplace cheaper in NW Springfield. Hotel room was nice and clean, just not sure its worth the price.

Nice hotel and very clean. More money than I would normally spend on a room, but it was the only room with enough beds for the specific night I needed to book.

Very easy to get to. Pet friendly, though the $10 fee wasn't apparent when booking on hotels.com A/C in room was very cold - something I really appreciate. Was alright to stop over for the night. Way overpriced for what we got. Wouldn't stay there again.
