The facility is certainly a little older. A few of the light bulbs in our room were out. It's fairly affordable and it's comfortable to stay there, nothing too fancy.

It was quite to good place take a rest with family.

The woman that checked me in was unfriendly. She wanted to make sure I knew ALL THE RULES, in a manner fitting a drill sargeant. This one experience will keep me from booking the hotel in future.

The cottages should be called what they are which are trailers not cottages. Don't get me wrong..its a nice,quiet community but its not a hotel its a trailer community.The place we stayed was clean.Our room was bright at night so it was difficult to sleep.Also,the televisions are super tiny so its hard to watch ballgames on them. This are cute little "cottages". This would be a good place for an extended stay. There is a full kitchen and patio at each cottage. There are gas BBQs scattered around for anybody to use. Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

We loved it the place was very clean. We loved being by the river. We are going to bring our kids next time.

The house trailers that are used for the hotel rooms are a great idea. They make for large units. The property is very nice and close to a river where there is a long walk. Really enjoyed staying and for sure would consider it again if I was out that way again.

I booked River pointe because I was going to Napa for a wedding. The staff was extremely friendly and my little one bedroom cottage (#3) was very clean. The bed was superbly clean, not like some of those beds you find in hotels where you feel you have to check under the mattress. The cottage had all the amenities that I needed, such as a large fridge, […] plates, silverware, bike trail behind the resort, and great maps at the front desk to help me navigate through Napa, because my Garmin broke! lovely little cottage, everything you need available and well organized

I have stayed in napa mulitple times and this place was a great little find. Super convenient, close to the city of Napa. Very nice staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Free wine tastings on a couple of nights. nice to get away from the hotel atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very happy of the little Challet for 2 we had which is the accomodation format. There is also free laundry possibilities, and It is very close to the city center. The staff was also very welcoming. Very highly recommanded!! Enjoy :)

Offered a great, quiet place to relax. Convenient to all the wineries and downtown, but far enough out that you could get a break, too. Great little place, would totally stay here again when back in Napa/Sonoma.

This place,although described as a trailer park by some, is a nice quiet retreat from a long day of eating and drinking. The little nature path behind is charming. The cabins themselves are neat as a pin. Yes, they are small trailers,but we prefer to think of them as pre fabs. If you are snobby then forget this place. It was a clean resort with a nice room. We only stayed one night but would come back. A very good value if you are staying for several nights or a week.

This was the 3rd and last time to stay here. It is a charming village but the personnel at the front desk have a bad attitude - never again!

Perfect as a base camp for a little family traveling the Napa region. Well equipped.

This place was great and we plan on coming back here next time we come to Napa (probably in a few months). Sure, it's technically a "trailer park", but the houses are so cute and modern that you'd never know it. We had a one bedroom house that was pretty big, considering. I told my boyfriend that I wouldn't even mind living there, it was so cozy. The […] walls were painted all modern colors and the bed was SO SO SO comfortable (even moreso than the fiv star we stayed in in San Franscisco the following week). Every little detail was paid attention to. They did fun fancy things with the toilet paper and paper towel ends and all of the towels. They made little towel animals for us which we found on our bed. My only complaint is that they put us in a house that had already been scheduled for maintenance because it had no heat. Being the beginning of April, it was freezing in there in the evening. When the maintenance staff found out we were staying there, they ran to the store and bought us heaters in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, no one at the front desk even apologized or recognized that they gave us a dud. However, I loved the place so much (and our private deck with table and chairs too) that I'll still come back. This hotel was not at all what I expected. Upon check-in we were forced to sign up for a time share presentation to receive our parking pass. The "cabins" were nice, but were actually just a single wide trailer. They were all very close together and shared a deck with your neighbor. Cute, individual 'cottage' condo... basically a very up to date/modern trailer. Very private with the ability to cook in full kitchen if we had stayed in area more than a few days, we would have utilized the kitchen more. Excellent amount of towels, and great pool. area too. Super clean and perfect for family with children.

Had a very nice staying in the hotel. the rooms were very confortable, clean and very accurate on details in the room that make our staying wonderful. I strongly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at the River Point as part of our "staymoon" last week and were impressed with the location, professionalism and courtesy of the staff and how clean the room was. We were pleasantly surprised with how amazing the place was. We truly enjoyed the patio and the kitchen. We will definitely be back.

From check-in to check-out, the experience was top notch. Check-in was smooth and the follow-up phone call to check up on us and our the small request we made was followed through promptly. The cottage we stayed in looked fresh and clean inside and out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a great asset.
