아크로스 호텔 모카도로 (Akross Hotel Mocadoro) - 라벤나

We stayed two nights in this hotel in July 2010 and had a terrible experience. My husband and I have traveled quite a bit in Europe and are not real picky about accommodations. The hotel looked good, was clean and the room was adequate. There were two problems. First, there was no WiFI and only one computer for access to the internet - a dial-up system […] in the lobby in plain view of everyone. And it was incredibly slow! Second, and most importantly, the air-conditioning in the room did not work. We complained about this at least three times with NO resolution. They didn't even try to rectify the situation. When checking out, we complained again and got an insincere "sorry". While the hotel is modern and clean, the service level does not indicate good management. During our stay, the outside temperature was in the 90s, and the hall of the hotel was cooler than our room! I would not recommend this hotel to others simply because of the level of service, which is almost non-existant. 더 보기

Hotel is very far from train station; although bus service to/from train station (#2 and #80) is pretty good.

Qualità / prezzo molto buona. colazione soddisfacente...Bagno piccolo e doccia a pavimento. Lontano dal centro città.

Accettabile l'hotel, decisamente scortese parte del personale dell'hotel che ne pregiudica il giudizio complessivo! Appena sufficiente!

Cet hôtel se trouve à l'extérieur du centre. Rapport qualité prix il ne faut pas s'attendre à un palace. La chambre est simple un peu vieillote. Le petit déjeuner à revoir j'ai vu mieux ! l'accueil sympathique.

Både hotellet og værelset var rent og pænt, men bruseren trængte til at blive skiftet, da det vand kom ud, sprøjtede i mange underlige retninger - Der var også en hel del larm fra udluftningen, da vi skulle sove... Men der var en super flot morgenbuffet, og der var en rigtig god service på hotellet..

Discreto per la sosta di 1 notte , nella zona ci sono molti extracomunitari, sconsiglio vivamente di fermarvi per la cena o il pranzo offerto a 11 euro dalla struttura accanto (poco igiene).

Hotel di struttura fatiscente e assolutamente privo di ogni confort, le stanze sono in pessime condizioni, vecchie e sporche, non avevo mai visto niente del genere in vita mia. Inoltre è situato a ridosso di una zona industriale i cui fumi circondano tutto il quartiere. Un incubo! Sconsigliatissimo!

Pomer cena/kvalita odpovida nabidce. Na jednu noc pri cestovani idealni.

In generale buono, colazione normale, non consiglio cena. Pulizia della camera buona, doccia scomoda
