완벽한 위치. 호텔에서, 모든 메인 거리, 하버 그리고 쇼핑센타와 음식 파는 지역으로 갈 수 있습니다. 별로 기대하지 않었는데, 너무 깨끗하고, 스탈이 있고, 침대는 매우 편안함. 방에서 먹을 수 있는 훌륭한 소량의 아침 식사 메뉴들이 있어 놀랐습니다. 티비 케이블이 좀 문제 였는데, 5분안에 와서 고쳤습니다. 매우 인상 깊었습니다.

이 아파트 호텔에 거의 모든 것은 정말 좋음. 방들은 작지만 매우 잘 배치되어 있고 편안함. 좋은 셀프 캐더링 서비스와 세탁 서비스까지 있음. 모든 것은 새것 같고, 매우 깨끗해 보임(화장실에 곰팡이 빼고는). 아파트에는 도시의 가로 지르는 기분좋은 경치가 있는 발코니가 있다. 직원들은 도움 적이 었다. 일반적인 아침 식사가 방으로 배달 되었다. 주변은 도시에서 필요한 모든 것이 있지만 시장에서는 좀 멀다. - 어두워진 후에는 여성 혼자 길 걷는 것은 좋지 않음, 동행이 있다면 괜찮음. 그게 유일한 불만.

4일동안 숙박 했는데, 아파트 방은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했다. 오크랜드 중심으로 도보 가능 거리. 매우 친절하고 도움적인 직원들. 훌륭한 숙박에 감사합니다.

Location was great. This is a complete room with small kitchen (stove, oven, micro, ref, dishwasher) great for extended stay with a grocery store near by. Lovely balcony and quiet.

Great apart from the Car Parking.One Car Park 4 2 couples in a two bedroom unit becomes expensive.

Its just an average hotel located in a main city centre with no good facilities as such and I am really don't know who gave this hotel rating 4.

cooking napkins not changed for the entire time and when asked was told to use the bathroon towels.Also left my very good jacket and the staff was going to call me back when i rang them so they can send it to me till to day no calls

Didnt get the room as exactly stated on the itenary-no cd player/no balcony/etc. Requested for internet on check in was told will call in the room for password, heard nothing back.

I stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 4 nights. The actual room decor was older and less modern than the pictures they show on their website. Nevertheless they have all the basic stuff in the room. I particularly like they provide a washing machine and washing powder in the room which was very convenient indeed. They also have a dish washer with […] detergent in the room but you don't quite need that because the cleaner would clean up your dirty dishes the next day anyway. Hotel location is good. It's just a 5mins walk to Queen's Street and Countdown supermarket, and a 15mins walk to the harbour. Good that they provide free in-room internet connection. 더 보기

The hotel is in a great location for seeing the CBD of Auckland - the room was very clean and the apt setting had all the amenities you would need for an extended stay. I would sty there again if visiting the city.

It wasn't to bad to stay there, but the hotel is a little dated and we didn't like the fact it was a little close to the Auckland City Mission, we just felt so sorry for those poor homeless people evertime we went down town, the other thing was the breakfast was a little ordinary next we will look for a hotel that offers a better breakfast!

The customer service is absent at this place. Of the 12 or so places we stayed while in New Zealand, this is the only one that lacked warmth or friendliness. If you can, try another place.

BAD

Stayed one night, found it clean and reasonably modern. My room did not have water views but was well equipped, quiet and sleep inducive. Breakfast provided was more than adequate. Rates are very reasonable considering the proximity to Skycity and Auckland city centre.

This hotel was great with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Location was just outside of the main downtown and close to the highway, but far enough to not be able to hear it. Parking was extra, and "free wifi" was only free for one hour. Included in-room continental breakfast delivered the night before was a nice bonus, and pretty good. A very good, clean and relatively convenient appartment hotel - easy to walk to the harbour area and very close to the Convention Centre and reastaurants. Remember to book car parking when booking hotel otherwise you have to find a parking spot on the street and it needs to be moved before 08:00 next morning. Hotel a little tired but very convenient to city sights. Able to walk everyhwhere in the city. Overall quite good value for money. Would stay there again for short visit to Auckland.

Breakfast was unique, not your usual fare but bananas were great. Hotel parking was a fanatstic facility to have. Overall value for money accomodation.

We were very satisfied with our room & the location of the hotel. The breakfast that was delivered to our room every night was very convenient - we could eat at any time, even if we had a super early morning tour. There was a bit of confusion as to the amount of free internet our booking included - the first day we were given a code for 1 hour only, […] and the next 2 days, the same employee at the front desk gave us 24 hours on each day. When we messed up with the internet & weren't able to access the code they had given us, they gave us a new one. The washing machine & detergent that came in the room was also great. The main issue with this hotel is the a fact it is on top of a couple of very steep hills. Just when you think you've reached the top you turn the corner and it keeps going up. Hotel room was very nice. The extra baloncy space was good however no outdoor seating on the patio so not much use. Beds very comfortable but as with all NZ hotels, no air […] con for those humid temps in Auckland. The rusty fan and the open patio door was the only option to cool things down. Haviing rusty appliances in an other wise well presented room doesn't leave a good impression consider how cheap fans are. More attention to detail required. 더 보기

The hotel brought the continental breakfast to our room the night before, so that we could take it with us to the airport when we left at 4:15 am. This was a bonus as It included orange juice boxes, muffins (in take out boxes), granola bars, bananas, and yogurt. Bed pillows a little flat for my taste, but overall a very pleasant experience.

A convenient, comfortable functional apartment hotel. The apartment was spacious , clean and well serviced, & the staff friendly. Good central location and free internet. Check out the sushi cafe across the road

The Good:- -Has a kitchen which was in good condition even though we never used it :P -good location, right down the road from sky tower -Cleanish... Lots of scratches and marks on walls etc but nothing crazy. -Double room was quite roomy -free internet but only for first hour (which they dont tell you on their website) -secure, needed a keycard to […] even get to the elevator The Bad:- -The noise from the traffic outside is not good at all. -The Aircon was poor in the single room but good in the 2 br room... Was bad cause you had to have the windows open on even a warm day otherwise turns into an oven except the noise outside even at 2 in the morning was shocking. -The Breakfast was not much of a breakfast -.- per person you get a Muffin that is over cooked, An oat bar that was extremely bland in taste, a banana that says it was grown in south america not locally or somewhere from Australia which is close.., and the juice is mango juice everday for a week and it wasnt very good, it was from pakistan. **also in regards to the homeless shelter others commented on so badly...**** -1. It was not as bad as others say. I walked past there by myself and yeah there were people waiting to be let in for food but they didnt look like junkies or anything lol. -2. It is obviously council approved or owned privately, so how is it this hotels fault? -3. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms/suites were amazing. They were really clean and modern. I did not like the reception area and the manner of doing business there at all. The staff allowed me to check in 20 minutes early but I was unable to get into the room. They let me store my luggage in a room which I realized was unsecured and anyone […] could walk in and out and take your bag. I even had to rummage through about 40 bags looking for my own. It's an open invitation to steal. The neighborhood was OK, but a little dodgy. I certainly would not walk around alone at night here. 더 보기

work was taking place in the room allocated and was told it would be "only 5 minutes". 15 minutes later "room ready", except when I went to it there were still workers in the room. Back to reception and eventually they allocated me an anternative room. Question: If there was work going on, why didn't they allocate me the latter room in the first place? […] I had been travelling for 36 hours withlittle or no sleep and this was the last thing I needed. 더 보기

Excellent accomodation. Very impressed with the cleanliness and modern room. Two things that disappointed me was having to park my car down the street in a parking building. There was no on site parking available. Also walking past homeless people on Hobson Street.

The staff were very polite and very businesslike. We arrived an hour before check-in and had to come back later, but we were invited to leave our bags. The breakfast option we'd purchased on hotels.com turned out to be a basket of cold food delivered the night before, but it was fine. Oaks Aparments is situated close to centre of Auckland within walking distance of Centrepoint Tower, restaurants and nightlife. On site Parking is limited but street parking on both sides road is possible overnight, however road becomes Clearway after 8am or so ! Overall, it was a very nice stay. Just a couple of things. A shelf in the bathroom would be nice, to put toiletrie on. We also had some trouble with the washer/dryer. It didn't dry things too well. However, overall we were very happy with our stay there.

Great value apartment close to sky tower and intercity bus station. A light breakfast was delivered the evening before. A bonus to find we had a washing machine/ dryer in our apartment.

We recently stayed at the Auckland City Oaks in a Studio room and it was brilliant. The central location in Auckland was excellent with easy walking distance to shops and casino. The room was very practical for long or short term stay with all the facilities anyone would need, ample power points and a desk for laptops etc, internet access a cooktop, […] microwave, dishwasher, dryer, TV & DVD, iron, hairdryer and ample cutlery and dishes. The room was spotlessly clean and had views to the city. The continental breakfast was excellent as we were on very early tour buses so the complimentary muffins, fruit, yogurt,muesli bars and juice were great to take with us each morning as they were delivered to our room each night. The staff were always helpful and polite. The complex and rooms are very secure and safe. Highly recomended. Thanks for making our stay in NZ an enjoyable one. 더 보기
