Spent a weekend in the hotel Location is very good, entrance and spa is superbe, but the service is HORRID! this is NOT a 5*, more like a 3* hotel service (or worst). The room was NOT clean / made at 18h00. Room service was NOT cleared in the whole day. The telephone on the room did not work. We gave notice of all things, but nothing was corrected, […] and no action was taken. The room was dirty - dead fly on the carpet, that stayed there with us teh whole weekend. Not refilled toiletries, dirty bathroom. There was a Tesco party on saturday night, with loud music and people screaming in the corridors until 4 A.m. in the morning. As telephone did not work, we had to walk down to reception to complain. The music stayed, at the same level. Management did NOT offer any apology or compensation. Definitely NOT a 5* hotel. 더 보기

Lived in luxury for 2 days in Budapest. Great comfort and leisure facilities.

Perfect staff, beautiful rooms and extra ordinery interior. Stay in this hotel was great. The price is high, but corresponds to the service.

Beautiful hotel, was there for business only wish I had been there with my partner as it was a beautiful hotel. I recommend the New York Cafe - the surroundings were gorgeous and though pricey for Budapest the food was fantastic

Stayed in the hotel over New Years with my partner. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were very attentive, respectful and friendly. In my experience, the level of service matches that of 5-star hotels in Asia. The rooms are large, even by American standards. The bathroom in our standard room was huge, bright, airy and beautifully finished in light […] marble. It was a nice change from the dark bathrooms I've experienced in many hotels. The only annoyances were that the pool was small and the in-room dining menu is very limited. Stunning hotel. Rooms are immaculate and service is fantastic. A must is to eat and drink in the hotel cafe.

Hotelli oli aivan uskomattoman upea, katseltavaa ja ihailtavaa riitti päivästä toiseen jo hotellin sisätiloissa. Palvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä , tehokasta ja nopeaa. Lyhyesti sanottuna, AIVAN UPEAA !

Praktfull bygning. Dette var vårt første besøk i Budapest. Vil nok velge et hotell nærmere Donau neste gang. Rommet var stort og fint, men hadde utsikt mot en trang bakgård. Airconditionen virket ikke, så vi måtte ha vinduet oppe om natten. Det ble slitsomt siden uttrykningskjøretøyene bruker sirener døgnet rundt. Litt slurvete værelsesbetjening. Le confort et le luxe d'un palace à un prix raisonnable. À recommander sans hésitation ! Accueil et prestations à la hauteur, très beau SPA. On a envie d'y retourner.

Recomendo o Boscolo, e' um luxo poder ficar neste hotel. O prédio e' único, a atenção perfeita e o NewYork café uma maravilha. Boa localização, a 15' a pé do centro da cidade. Esteve em outros hotéis de Budapeste classificados no ranking como N.1 de muitos sites e sem duvidas o N.1 e' o Boscolo.

A véleményem az, hogy ezt a hotelt mindenkinek ki kell próbálnia, aki megteheti. A megérkezéskor az épület aulájába belépve az embernek leesik az álla, olyan látvány fogadja. Nem csak velünk volt így, szinte mindenkin ezt láttuk, aki éppen érkezett. A személyzet kedves és gyors, a szobák az öt csillagos színvonalnak megfelelőek, a wellness-fitness rész […] alagutas kialakítása igazán különleges és kellemes kikapcsolódást nyújt.
