A stunning renovation. We upgraded to the superior room and it was the most beautiful hotel room I ever stayed in: 5 m ceilings and grand period decorations. Great location

Beautifully renovated Hotel with gorgeous Dining rooms and attractive chandeliers. Bar could be pictured in a TV show. The rooms are spacious, Bathroom is roomy and renovated. The bedrooms are large but the bedding and sheets could be newer. Breakfast buffet is excellent. We had dinner twice ...()gourmet french.)..very good

The Hotel is Extraordinary...............the staff is superb ..............and the park across the street is beautiful!!!!

This Hotel has such lovely decor - it is very much staying in a mansion and has that romantic feel to it. Our room was comfortable, breakfast is lovely and it is near parks, sights and the old town. The staff in reception are lovely and ever so helpful however the staff at breakfast are less so. It would help to be greeted with 'Good Morning' but instead […] it seemed we greeted staff. They also looked slightly unhappy. But as I said no big deal and I would recommend a stay. 더 보기

The hotel is set in a lovely old building in a good location to explore Riga. Although our room was large and comfortable it was very dark with a view of a brick wall which we didnt really mind as we were out most of the time but the dreadful noise from the karaoke every night until the early ours of the morning did not always make for a good nights […] sleep. 더 보기

This hotel needs to decide whether it is a 4 star hotel or a casino/karaoke/night club. The hotel is quite beautiful, well located and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are reasonably large and clean. However I did have several issues with this hotel. My first room on the second floor was next to the floors "lounge" where guests entertained […] themselves until after 1am, then at 4am other guests arrived back from a night out and made enough noise to wake me up. The next day I requested a new room and was told that the noisy guests had checked out and so I agreed to stay in this room, however when I came back at the end of the day there was live music at the karaoke bar which was so loud that the floor of my room vibrated! I requested a new room and was offered a room on the third or fourth floors and so as to be as far away from the noise as possible opted for the fourth floor. This room had several roof support beams coming through the floor and rendered half of the room unusable! Also the TV's in all rooms are the old CRT type. Not really acceptable in a four star hotel these days. The breakfast which was included was average at best especially considering that this is served in one of Riga's better restaurants. The presence of casino patrons milling around the reception and couples going into the sauna late at night certainly does not enhance the four star status of the hotel either. 더 보기

This hotel was nothing but great. The location was excellent and the room was perfect---large and comfortable. The hotel was right across from a park and close to Old Town. The breakfast was good and the people were great. Quiet and comfortable.

We had read mixed reviews about this hotel so weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the standard of the rooms. Although dark they were very clean and very large. The beds were comfortable and the area quiet despite being on the main road. As we were staying in two different rooms we were particularly pleased with the number and […] quality of public spaces with lounges and armchairs where we could wait in comfort for each other. The hotel Europa Royale had all the Olde Worlde elegance of europe ,sweeping staircase ,stained glass and lounge rooms. It also had all mod cons including airconditioning .a few more tables for breakfast would be good but staff very helpful and it was only a five minute walk to the old town and anyway trolleys and buses outside the door. Nice hotel with large rooms, good shower and a comfortable bed. The shower could have been cleaned a little better though - hair in the bath is not particularly enticing. Wifi accessibility was intermittent. Iron and ironing board were not provided on request. Friendly and helpful girl at reception.

Hotel was superb. Upgraded our room to DeLux without any request from us. Stayed on an extra 2 days in same room at same rate despite the hotel being busy! Staff were efficient and helpful at all times. Room was very spacious and clean. Well located. Easy walk to all areas, bus and train station.

Not a bad hotel but dissapointing that there was no hot water for a bath / shower during the day. Reception not smooth - but hotel in good location

Uitstekend hotel. Goede service. Zeer luxe ontbijtbuffet. Mis de finishing touch in aankleding en decoratie.

Fint hotell med högt i tak (dock ingen "lyx"). Bra att det fanns möjlighet att boka spa-behandlingar! Perfekt utgångspunkt för en helg med tjejkompisarna :-)

Vackra rum med högt i tak och alla bekvämligheter. Fick rum mot gatan, med lite störande spårvagnstrafik, men lugnt på nätterna ändå. Stor frukost med mycket godsaker och bra med något sött till morgonkaffet också. Fin anläggning i källaren med jacuzzi och sauna. Mycket hotell för pengarna. Skulle definitivt bo där igen.

3 par på helgetur til Riga for første gang. Hotellet ligger bare noen hundre meter fra Gamlebyen og du kan velgå å gå via en flott park mellom til hotellet. Det var store rom med det du har behov for. Frokosten, som var inkludert i prisen, var mer en forventet. Varm og kald mat. Betjeningen var veldig behjelpsom. Hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening. Fine rom og god atmosfære. God beliggenhet i forhold til seværdigheter. Noe støy frå trikk. Samla sett et godt alternativ for en helgetur.

Hotel is ok alleen voor een 4 sterren hotel zijn enkele zaken niet zoals je mag verwachten zoals: Ontbijt niet op 4 ster niveau Ontbijt op je kamer laten bezorgen wordt 17,50eur pp voor berekend terwijl dit nergens vermeld staat Sauna moet je 3 uur van te voren aanvragen anders staat ie gewoon uit Karaoke bar in het hotel moet entree voor betaald worden. Ett häftigt hotell nära till gamla stan och belägen precis vid en fin park. jätte trevlig personal i receptionen. frukosten va helt ok hade tex pannkakor. Ägg. frukt. korv. omelett mm. Bra storlek på rummet men inte så mycket fönster. Dock väldigt hårda sängar som va ett litet minus.

Vi var godt fornøyd med dette hotellet. Litt minus for en dags glemt vedlikehold av rommet, men ellers god beliggenhet og bar service.

Må begynne med det beste: Utrolig hyggelig og serviceminded personale!! Hotellet har en bra standard, veldig god beliggenhet i sentrum av Riga uten at nattestøyen var nevneverdig. Vi hadde rom ut mot parken og stort sett det eneste vi hørte på natten var trikken.... Fine rom i klassisk stil, høyt under taket, godt renholdt og tatt vare på. Litt harde […] senger. Frokosten var helt grei (litt dårlig påleggsutvalg og kalde pølser men kvaliteten på resten var god) restauranten var eneate sted i Riga med god traktekaffe:) Anbefaler trygt dette hotellet. 더 보기

Hotellet er en flott bygning, men har ikke de nødvendige fasilitetene og service som forventes av et bra hotell. Jeg bodde en uke på rom 308 i tredje etasje. Det var masse plass på 3 rom: Soverom, bad og gang. Jeg var spesielt misfornøyd med to ting: 1. Det luktet tydelig røyk på rommet. 2. Rommet var veldig kaldt. Selv om begge ovnene sto på fullt, […] var de bare så vidt lunkne. Etter to henvendelser til resepsjonen om å få bytte rom, kom de med en løs varmeovn. Det tok flere dager før temperaturen i rommet hadde steget merkbart. Jeg ble nødt til å flytte til et annet hotell i mellom tiden på egen bekostning. 더 보기

Excellent hotel calme et bien situé à proximité du monument de la liberté et de la gare. La chambre située au 4ème étage est trés spacieuse; cependant très petites fenêtres...dommage pour la vue!! Le petit déjeuner est super complet: saumon, salé , sucré ...royal!! On y a passé un super séjour et la ville est magnifique!!!

Hotel romantico in dimora storica a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, personale abbastanza cordiale e camere silenziose. La sala per le colazioni è piccola, ci siamo dovuti spostare ai tavoli del bar a fianco ed apparecchiare il tavolo da soli. Per accedere alla stanza abbiamo dovuto attraversare la sala dei banchetti nel bel mezzo di un matrimonio, ed […] a a ore tarde abbiamo attraversato due sale praticamente al buio. Hotellet var gammelt og erværdig. Grei størrelse på rommet. Vi fikk inntrykk av at det var fullt da vi kom, men vi så ikke en eneste annen gjest. Det var en grei bar der (gikk bare forbi) men ikke noe folk. Så om man ønsker noen dager "helt for seg selv" er dette rette stedet. Hotellet ligger fint til i sentrum med gåavstand til shopping og gamleby. […] Ved neste Rigatur blir det noe mer moderne ja! Men alt i alt et greit hotell. 더 보기

Koselig hotell med atmosfære og perfekt beliggenhet.

Et ærverdig hotell, med store saler og flott utsmykking. Helt grei størrelse på vanlig dobbeltrom, god standard, pent bad. SVÆRT bra frokost! Hotellets beliggenhet var også glimrende. Ca 5-10 min gang til gamlebyen, samt tre store kjøpesentre. Stor park rett ved.

C'est un hôtel avec une superbe architecture de style intérieur. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié, copieux et de bonne qualité. Il est servis dans une superbe pièce ancienne. Le service est bon et attentif. La situation est idéale, car il se situe à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville

Hyvinkin apaattista henkilökuntaa, ei tervehditä eikä palveluhalua. Sauna ja porealtaat pois käytöstä(muka epäkunnossa, säästö syistäkö?) Illallisravintola kallis ja epäviihtyisä. Huoneet kaipaisi jo kunnostusta. Sijainniltaan hyvä, lyhyen matkan päässä kaupungin palveluista. Kaiken kaikkiaan hintalaatu suhde ei ole kohdallaan.

Relativt sentralt, med gangavstand til det meste. Grei standard. Store rom - dårlig ventilasjon.

Helt greit hotell, men hadde forventet mer. Fikk et lite rom bak spisesalen, måtte gjennom den hver gang vi skulle frem og tilbake, noe som var tungvint, spesielt under frokost når døra til rommene bak var rett med kaffien. Holdt på å gå rett i noen flere ganger. Rommet var lite med et lite vindu, og generelt lite plass. Senga var behagelig, og badet […] var bra. Beliggenheten er bra, nærme til gamlebyen og det meste man kan tenke seg å besøke. Betjeningen er også veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Ville likevel ikke ha dratt tilbake pga romskuffelsen, men alt i alt et greit hotell. 더 보기

Vi var to venninner på tur og koste oss masse. Den første kvelden stakk vi innom karaoke Royal på hotellet, det var få gjester så jeg våget meg på noen sanger. Da vi skulle gjøre opp regningen så vi at vi måtte betale for de sangene jeg hadde sunget... Vi har ledd mye av det..
