Good service, clean room, amenities were great! Free wireless and full breakfast included were fantastic! Highly recommend staying here for anyone vising Seattle's Premium Outlets!

Meets minimal definition if hotel. Cleanliness = sub-standard; hair on sink counter, opened lotion-flip top covered in dirt/grit. Did not try the free continental breakfast.

Upon checking in we were blown away at the odor of our room. We tried to air it out but it wasn't getting better. The front desk guy gave us a can of air spray, it did nothing, but was a nice gesture. We went to the nearby Wallmart and bought baking soda for the fridge and "Super odor eliminator" (tub of gel stuff that absorbs odors) for the room. It […] did a great job. We would have just left, but I wasn't sure how that would work having booked on here. Plus my husband fell asleep immediately due to having been up for 24 hours because of work and travel time. Also THERE IS NO SPA TUB!! Our boys were bummed about that. The excersize room is totally lame, I think they got the stuff at a garage sale. 더 보기

The place seemed like it had been recently renovated. Everything seemed fresh in the room, halls, lobby, and breakfast room. No funny odors, and no wear, or tear. The host was very pleasant and treated us like old friends. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Would stay again if in the area.

The hotel is clean and functional but the amenities are are minimal. Location is somewhat isolated, no restaurant within walking distance. I don't regard the small casino in front as a particular asset.

It's a very reasonable m .motel for the price. The front desk staff are very nice and friend. Especially by the guy by the name of Nick. We checked in at11PM, but he is still very nice and patience with us. The room is worth for the price. Bed is surprisingly comfortable. Bed sheet is smooth and clean. This is a great hotel for the price. Close to outlets and shopping, clean, quiet and very friendly staff. I love the hot waffles for breakfast. Shower only (no tub) in my room but not important to me. Great value and would definitely stay here again.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at in my life. We showed up and checked in only to discover that the door to our room was busted and had to swtich to another room. Once all settled in the other room, we discvoered the tv didn't work. Upon which we looked for the phone to call the front desk. No phone either. Then when I complained […] about this in the AM, the front desk clerk said "It's not my problem that there's no phone, no one reported it" I couldn't believe the shocking lack of business sense this woman had. My stay at the Quality Inn Arlington was short. I checked in around 9:15 pm and checked out the next morning around 8 am. The room I stayed in was clean and cozy. The hotel was quiet and I experienced a good night sleep. I woke up and took advantage of the continental breakfast. There was some fruit and many processed, high-carb foods such as belgian […] waffles, bagels, cereals, and muffins. I was looking for a last minute pet friendly hotel and came accross this one. I was a bit worried as the rating was a 2 star, but the hotel was definetely not a 2 star. We had fantastic service, all the staff was so friendly and accomodating. They even had treats for our dog. There is a great park accross the road with lots of room for your dog to run […] and play. The beds were really comfortable. They had fresh baked cookies in the lobby in the evening and provide a continental breakfast. If I had to complain, my only complaint would be they didn't want people to heat up the hard boiled eggs in the microwave, but I understand that as well as they do explode if you don't pay attention and I would think a lot of people don't. 더 보기

Had problems with air conditioning in first room. No problem. Manager moved us to another room with no questions asked. Motel is clean and quite.

We have stayed at many hotels in this price range, and were impressed with the clean smell of our room and comfy bed and pillows. It exceeded our expectations.

Cigarette burns on the bedding, the room stunk, the refrigerator was noisy and had to be unplugged to get to sleep, room lighting was either fully on or pitch black which made it difficult to keep some sort on minimal lighting on while sleeping in case someone needed to use the restroom.

The hotel staff was friendly but overworked. There was a trainee on shift (over the July 4th long weekend); it must have been his very first shift as he had many questions with the computer system. The regular staff was very stressed trying to do her own work and trying to train a new staff at the same time. There was another couple at the check-in […] that had problems with their reservations as well. The second we opened the door to the room, there was an overpowering smell of cleaning solution/air freshener. The room was not very clean; the carpet looked filthy and we did not dare to walk around without shoes/slippers. The set-up of the bathroom facilities was strange - there was a sink at the door as you walk in and the floor beneath the sink was carpet (must be a lot of germs growing there cause the the sink would splash everytime the tap was turned on). The lights in the shower/toilet stall took a long time to get brighter and the floors in the bathroom was "sticky". The office chair would not fit into the desk so everytime you passed by you would have to roll the big chair out of the way or else get a nasty bruise. Breakfast was included but we did not see any of it. It was completely packed up and cleaned by 930am (Sunday morning). This certainly was better than camping out in the rain; but not exactly a relaxing, enjoyable stay. 더 보기

The hotel was convenient for shopping but compared to other deals around it was not the best choice however we stayed due to availability. The staff were not helpful, they were unfriendly. The door to get in to the room was so hard to open that if there was an emergency, it would be difficult to get out fast. The pillows were awful and had black hairs […] on them, disgusting! The tub backed up when trying to have a shower, I had to wait for a while until it all drained. The buffett was very poorly stocked and although it advertised cookies baked all day there was none to be found. I will not be using this chain of hotels again. 더 보기

The room was clean, but to much furniture. Room was on the back and quite. Sports Bar across the parking lot had good food.

Room was really small, but clean. It served the purpose and was a fair deal for the competitive amount we paid (compare do nearby hotels). Parking was tough because of neighboring casino, and fitness room was hardly such (tiny treadmill and bike each w/limited function; weight machine broken). For a hotel of this size we were extremely surprised that there was no elevator and having been away for a week we had some large bags to carry up the stairs. We (and other guests) were also shocked when we went downstairs at 9:20am and found that the free continental breakfast was being packed away at 9:15 on a Saturday morning! The beds were very […] uncomfortable as were the pillows. Right outside our window was a noisy bar and small casino. We only stayed here because everything between Bellingham and Mt Vernon was booked solid due to some sports events. We will never stay here again. I was a little disappointed with this hotel. I had called a head to reserve a role away bed and confirm our late arrival. When we got there we walked into our room and there was no room for a role away. When I asked if they had a larger room o ideas about how we could fit a role away in this room we were received with shrugged shoulders. The hotel was great. Clean and Quiet. The rooms were pretty small, but if you are just looking for a place to spend the night, it is perfect. The bar and grill next door had some great food, and the hotel was close to our event.

Meets my needs for a clean, comfortable room for my business travel to the area. Friendly staff, good continental breakfast in the morning.
