너와나 리조트 호텔 & 빌라 (Nirwana Resort Hotel & Villas) - Bintan Island, Indonesia

다른 동남아의 경우 우기가 더 여행하기가 좋다. 건기에는 너무 더워 힘들지만 오히려 건기에는 한때 스콜성 비만 잠깐 오고 다시 쨍쨍한데 빈탄은 우리나라 장마같은 우기랄까 ㅠㅠ 날씨만 괜찮다면 너와나 리조트는 한국인도 별로 없고 조용히 휴가를 보내기 매우 좋다.

일단 가격대비 모든면에서 별다섯개 드리고싶은 리조트에요. 직원들 모두가 특급호텔 못지않은 미소와 친절로 기분좋게 해주었구요. 무엇보다도 리조트 수영장이 해변과 붙어있다는점이 저는 너무 좋았어요. 2박내내 수영장에서만 놀았어요. 그리고 조식도 나쁘지않았어요. 특히 오믈렛 너무 맛있구요. 종류도 다양하니 좋았습니다. 객실도 오래된시설에비해 깔끔하구요, 침구도 무지 깔끔해요~ 이정도 가격이면 별다섯개라고 생각해요^^

어른 2명 6학년 학생 1명 싱글 침대가 너무 작아 추가 침대를 사용하였습니다. 호텔 내부의 시트가 지저분합니다. 음식을 괜챦고요. 대부분이 한국 분들이 많았습니다. 어린이와 같이 가기는 좋은것 같습니다. 가격은 상대적으로 저렴해서 좋습니다.

시설도 깔끔하고 직원들도 너무 친절하고 문구도 설명도 잘 되어있고. 생각보다 비용도 많이 비싸지 않았습니다. 강추

Absolutely magnificent ocean view with great beach which has 'powder-like' sand. We stayed at the Banyu-Biru Villa and it was really great for family members. The resort pool is very clean and comfortable to swim. Also the staffs at the resort are really kind and helpful. Definitely I would stay there if I go to Bintan again!

Superb location but old was the impression of this resort. The staff were trying to do their best but lacked in skill. Cleaning was routinely done but was not clean enough. Food was above average. Alcohol beverage was too expensive. Pools were nice but needed maintence. Beach was beautiful but could not swim or walk without being contaminated with tar. […] Have slept in the Garden villas, hotel room, and the Pool Villa. Beautiful place, nice spot and gorgeous views. Staff is friendly and very cooperative. Downpart is, that is terrible dated!!! The beach, imposible to swim due to tar and debris. If you can put up with all that go for it!

Staff was professional and provided great service. Room was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the area.

The surroundings and the hotel conditions are good.Especially the beaches are just great.Lots of activities to choose from and great food.Only downside is the price.The foodcourt also has great food at more acceptable prices.Finally the friendly staff would surely make up your day.

Don't even know where to start... The rooms are very worn out, upon arrival found no towels, had to wait a couple of hours before a correct set was brought - the staff speaks little English. But the main point is - it's absolutely nothing to do there, unless you have a golf booked at the nearby facility and have nowhere to stay. The sea is full of tar […] on the water surface, the bars are ridiculously expensive, the breakfast is poorly managed as the restaurant is obviously over its capacity. Stay elsewhere, my best advice - for this kind of money you'll get much better experience in Thailand. 더 보기

Resort is a little old, but service was great, pool area excellent and beach clean. Worth a trip to local 'village' to stock up on beers and mixers as very expensive at the resort. Would definately visit again.

The food and condition of the resort are pretty average. The saving grace is the Day pass which includes activities to entertain the young and old - archery, rifle shooting, elephant rides, horse rides, bowling, flying fox, kayating, body boarding, table tennis, etc. Buy 2 adults get 2 child free! satisfactory parts: -hotel has a very nice swimming pool, my kid loves and enjoy it so much. -room, view, beach, breakfast are nice and comfortable. -staff are v nice(always smile) and helpful. -hotel's transportation arrangement is good -night view is wonderful & make me feel peaceful unsatisfactory parts: -not much activities arranged for kid/guest […] are free, -not enough chairs/tables around the pool for rest or put our stuff, toilet is not close to the pool -dinner buffet is expensive with not enough food and drinks are not inclusive, -the restaurants are maintained by the same company so that the price is not cheap or competitive and hv no choice (not suggest to dine in seafood restaurant). **overall the hotel is nice and recommended to stay, may come back again if charged at similar hotel rate next time. 더 보기

Clean and really feel relax during the vacation.

Facilities & service are good, however the quality of the rooms have dropped - this is my 3rd stay there. The pillows smelled mustry & the sink stopper in the bathroom was missing. Floor was dusty.

Shall start with the positive things first! - Very friendly staff. Everywhere we went, we were greeted politely with smiles. And whenever we needed help, it's like they are readily there to serve us. Excellent service! - Quite a nice place to just chill. Peaceful private beach, nice swimming pool and restaurants with alfresco seats with nice ambience! - […] Satisfactory room! Spacious and comfortable. - Travelling around was very convenient as they have shuttle bus service every half an hour (if im not wrong). They have counters which provide information on the other bus services. For example, if you're going for the fireflies tour, they have another bus to bring you to the swamp and back after your tour. - As I mentioned, they have counters which provide information on the services. There's a specific counter for food, and another on the activities. When we went to the activities counter, they introduced us to a package which costs SGD40 per pax. The package includes a few different activities like flying fox, elephant ride, horse ride, bowling, kayaking and body board. Should be quite worth the price for so many activities. Some things to improve on! - The food at all the restaurants are too overpriced! I understand it's a resort, but the food is not THAT fantastic, just normal. So the prices are too high! - The deluxe room was quite cosy and comfortable, but the floor and walls were a little dirty, which made the room look kinda old. - The beach was kinda quiet and a little boring because most of the water activities are at the water sports center (or was it called sea sports center, I can't rmb). And I also strongly recommend the fireflies tour! It was really magnificent! Overall, very satisfied with the friendly service they provided. 더 보기

I felt like I was constantly being asked for more money while trying to just relax and enjoy my vacation with family. So sad!

The hotel was clean, easily accessible from the ferry terminal, had nice, clean pools, beach access, but i felt the activities were very lack luster. This is probably a better choice for families and not young couples.

had a fab time at the hotel, staff is very accomodating and are very eager to help. good for family and short vacations. i love the buffet they offer every night, quite a good selection. Highly recommended to one and all especially to families as there is so much activities for the entire family. A little pricy however well worth the stay. Had a wonderful time thanks Nirwana Resorts.

Nirwana Resort Hotel & Villas is so nice, and it is one of the biggest resort groups in Bintan, and provide much more facilities. It provides free wi-fi for their guests, of which hotels.com has not updated their information, it still states internet/wi-fi is a chargable service.

We have made report to the supervisor (Mr Sufian - reception) on the room chiller which are not working therefore requested for ice cube. At the end we notice that we have to pay for it & showing he did not honour his words & promises. Ontop of that he even did not appologies to us.The trainee (Mr Yogesh) the one whom keep saying on behalf of the hotel […] sorry for the inconveneice caused. Good hotel, although it's showing it's age (must be due for a refit soon) it's location and sheer number of activities, restaurants and bar more than makes up for it. Staff as always could not be more helpful. Would recommend in a heartbeat, although the icing on the cake would be to refit the guestrooms.

We booked a superior room at Nirwana resort hotel and was given an upgrade to delux room and granted an early check in which make our day great. They had new facilities like the resort centre and we had a great fun over there. They have beautiful beach and the sport centre as well. The kids (ages 7 and 3), my mother-in-law, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at Nirwana over Easter weekend. We had connecting rooms on the third floor with a view of the pool and ocean. The hotel had plenty of activities for the children, plus extra Easter crafts. We went bowling, watched the elephant walk, explored the little zoo, and the kids rode […] the little ski-doos in the pool. The buffet was average, but the Japanese and Thai restaurants were exceptional, with pleasant atmospheres. My only complaint was the the ferry ride back to Singapore - it was crazy! 더 보기

I had fun with my groups of friends. We are 19 and we enjoyed the sun and outdoor activities. The staff are very approachable and this made our stay very comfortable.

I took the earlier ferry trip to bintan. arrived at about 10am local time. they were flexible enough to let me check into a vacant room plus making the beds (it was 2 single beds, instead of a double) Food wise, there were quite a few choices. You could have food with slightly budget (resort) prices. You also have a choice of more expensive food as […] well, like the kelong restaurant. But it was still good enough, inexpensive or not. The beach appealed to me immediately. however the experience was marred by the ever present little specks of tar/crude oil sprinkled along the beach. Ended up having to scrub the stuff off our feet with gasoline. Ended up at the poolside most of the days. Plenty of facilities around for both outdoors and indoors. there is a free shuttle service to bring you around the grounds of nirwana. Would definitely come back again, if not for the beach. The hotel is quite big, many graden area and have a very grate swimming pool. To stay 2 nights are enough, not further more because only in the hotel area.

The resort is good for families and someone who loves water sports. We stayed at a room with briliant seaview which is right next to the beach and swimming pool. Though the room is not a 5* style one, and the funitures are quite old actually, but it is really good value for money.

We booked the king size double room on line, when we check in, the front desk told us there was no king size bedroom, only twin beds room. After we dealing with the front desk, she finilly told us it was her giving us a fevor to make a king size bed room for us. however, the room and the hotel was good, for the price, it woould be a bit not worthy. […] Even there are four dining places in the hotel, the food there was not good and pricy. 더 보기

Very untidy and dark rooms, sheets were not clean (yellowish). The pool was quite nice but one person was allowed to take only one towel, I have never seen this in any other hotels. Food was really mediocre and over-priced. Staff were nice and the hotel shuttle bus service is quite convenient, but I am happy that I stayed only one night. I will never […] want to go back again. Helt greit hotell med svært vennlig betjening. Stor flott strand som ville vært ypperlig å bruke mye mer av hvis man hadde tatt seg bryet med å holde den mer ryddig for alt som driver i land etc. OK for de som bare vil være badeturister og ikke oppleve noe autentisk.

被安排一漏水房間, 致電回前台又無人理會, 最後自行前往前台才獲安排另一房間, 服務太差. 但好彩天公造美, 陽光很好, 沙灘也很清澈.

O hotel tem muito espaço para desfrutar devido a isso voce acaba ficando isolado não tendo muita interação com os outros hospedes. Ideal para curtir a compania de quem vai contigo. É saber escolher quem voce leva para uma ilha deserta e Curtir.

Bodde här i fem nätter i feb 2012. Hotellets gemensamma lokaler var fina, rummen lite slitna, ungefär som på vanliga charterhotell. Men det fanns riktiga guldklimpar, poolen är jättefin, inte stor men mysig då den inte var en standard öppen fyrkantig utan den svängde hela tiden, och det fanns öar i den. Resorten ligger precis vid stranden, när vi var […] där låg vinden på rakt in vilket gjorde att det fanns en del tång i strandkanten, men grann starnden som låg ca 7 minuters promenad bort var underbar. Där fanns ingen tång alls, den var långgrund och vattnet fantastiskt varmt. En annan jättehäftig sak var att det fanns ödlor vid poolen, inga små tio centimeters utan upp till en meter, och de var helt vana med folk så de låg och solade vid poolkanten helt lugnt. Ibland tog de sig även en simtur i poolen :-) Vi hade jättekul när det kom nya gäster till resorten, alla vart först skärrade när man såg dem första gången. Det var kul att se deras reaktioner. Man kunde inom området också kika på ett mini-zoo, med alligatorer, pytonorm (model gigantisk!!) med flera djur. Bowlinghall fanns också. Nirwana Resort ingår i Nirwana Gardens, så i hela området kunde man göra saker som hyra jetski, spela bowling, äta på de olika restaurangerna, hyra e-scooter mm och bara sätta kostnaden på rummet. Jättesmidigt. Transfer från BRF ferry terminal ingick, det tog knappt tio minuter att ta sig dit. Vi kom med BRF färja från Singapore, helt klart smidigt, tog endast 55 minuter över. Så som sammanfattning kan jag bara rekomendera denna resort, vi hade det jättebra där. 더 보기

酒店本身还算OK，就是房间的设施陈旧了点。第一天在沙滩上照相，结果满脚沾的都是油污，花了半个小时来清理，很是扫兴。海水也显得很脏，没敢下去游泳。有朋友在酒店里做了SPA，想着海边比较浪漫，结果做完发现有男生在同一个地方，很是恐怖，据说SPA用品看上去也脏脏的，回来洗了好几遍澡。
