This hotel, while convienently located, it not worth the money. Instead of making things such as phone service in your room, and the key to the safe available to hotel guests, you are required to pay a deposit. You have to pay to use everything in this hotel, when it is supposed to be included in your booking. Also, if you prebook your reservation and […] pay in full online, the hotel staff will treat you like trash. They speak spanish, german, and french but very little english, which is ridiculous when almost the entire hotel was full of British tourists. The rooms are shotty at best. The location is great, view from the hotel beautiful, but not once were our sheets changed, which makes me wonder if there were even clean to begin with. The ONLY cool thing about this place is the awesome little white and orange cat who lives there and sleeps outside the hotel, he was the only thing that made the hotel worth it. 더 보기

if you are looking for a place to stay in a good location then I would recommend staying here although there were a lot of families with crying and screaming kids. A couple of times they woke us up during the night. The food as part of the all inclusive was not really what I was expecting - it was very bland and with french fries at basically every […] meal. For the healthy choice there wasnt much other than a lettuce bowl. Again, for a place to sleep it was clean and well maintained and a great location - 10 minutes walk to the main san antonio and to the bus station which is how we got around the island. the service people were also very nice. 더 보기

L'hôtel est le mieux situé : à 20 m de la plage de sable fin sans route à traverser. Il n'est pas à proximité du centre ville de San Antoni mais c'est faisable à pied par le bord de mer aménagé pour une promenade agréable. Ce retrait du centre ville assure à l'hôtel sa tranquillité car il jouxte une petite rue à sens unique où la circulation est rare. Le […] personnel est agréable et compétent. Dette har tydeligvis vært et flott hotell en gang, men bærer preg av å aldri ha blitt oppgradert. Masse barn - et lite basseng (for lite), men nærme en langgrunn sandstrand. Lite gode restauranter i nærheten, men ja, ja det er jo San Antoni. Er du en barnefamilie, dra heller til Portinatx. Men fint for et kortere opphold for å se litt på livet. Bra hotell, allt kanon, det ända jag saknade var tillgång till mikrovågsugn dygnet runt. Strandpromenaden var störande.

Wij waren erg tevreden over de vriendelijkheid van het personeel van het hoetl. Van kamermeisje tot ober van het restaurant. Erg kindvriendelijk. Ik zou het niet aanraden om later in het seizoen te gaan ivm met stapvolk, maar nu was het prima met een baby te doen..
