Had to change room because of the terrible heath and no openable windows.The "engineering" didnt work... Good location near the metro station and by side of the shopping center. Slow service- but satisfactory level comparing average standard in the city. Ok breakfast. Suits to business overnighting better than for family holidays.

Make sure your room has AC or is on the courtyard so the window will open. Rooms on the street side are hot and have mosquitos. Breakfast was varied so all had good choices/ Staff was helpful

Great hotel at not a bad price Only complaint is the windows didn't open and the AC was not very cold (a bit of a problem in the summer months), but apart from that, breakfasts were great, location is just off Nevsky Prospect, a nice safe touristy area. Great cake shop two doors down!

This was one of the worst hotel we have stayed in. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly, the hotel lobby was horrible and the water in the bathroom had a fishy smell. This is only a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star as mentioned.

This hotel has not the 4 stars category related. Service is terrible. we need 20 minutes for check-in. The good times of this hotel are over.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful prior to our visit and during our stay. There are high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Breakfast was simple and catered for every nationality.

the biggest problem was the load chatter amonst the cleanng staff early in the morning, combined with very poor soundproofing of the room making sleeping in impossible. also the quality of the breakfast was below average

Well run hotel, very convenient for metro, and close to main street of Nevsky Prospekt, for restaurants and shops. Also it's possible to walk to most of the major attractions from this hotel, and the departure point foe boat trips on the canals is only 10 mins walk away.

A lot of tourist groups, half an hour queing for the lifts every morning. No place in the breakfast room. Staff is not friendly. Room smells food.

I liked the Hotel Dostoesky and it's location but there was a mix-up with their sending a requested taxi to the airport for me. I ended up waiting for 2 hours, had 2 different people at the airport telephone the hotel for me and yet still had to take an airport taxi. The next day the clerk at the front desk and I tried to work out the mix-up but could […] not sort it out. Still, they did not charge me for the pre-ordered transportation which had worried me. I also found that initially the front desk staff gave me curt replies which required my returning to them for clarification after doing some unnecessary running around. However, when I was persistent and explained my dilemma patiently, they eventually were quite helpful, even making phone calls to a local travel agency for me and writing down an address in Russian for me. I would use them again but I do recommend waiting until you arrive at Pulkovo to take a taxi from there. De ligging van het hotel is prima maar de algemene uitstraling als zakenhotel is mij tegengevallen. Ontbijt matig.

It should be a 3 not a 4 stars hotel

Definitely not a 4* hotel basis international standard, max. 3*. Overpriced for what it offers. Rooms small and simple but clean. No safe, no hairdryer, no minibar. Breakfast buffet not really exciting. Empty plates not filled up, untidy and dirty tablecloth, long waiting time during peak hours (dining area too small for number of guests). Hotellet är mycket prisvärt med ett utmärkt läge ,och med tunnelbabestation bara 100m .Enda negativa jag under de gånger jag bott här är ,dålig kvalitet på frukost. I övrigt kan hotellet rekommenderas

was poor, no frech vegetables, poor cheese, coffe was cold.

Greit opphold , men dagen vi kom, var restauranten og baren stengt grunnet firmafest. Veldig lytt mellom rommene, og sengene var i overkant myke, (Kanskje slitt)? Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig, og de fleste snakket godt engelsk. Det luktet søppel i trappen ved restauranten!

Erinomainen sijainti lähellä metroa. Palvelu välinpitämätöntä. Meluisa, äänieristys huono sekä sisä että ulkopuolen äänille. Aamiainen vaatimaton. Kokonaisuus kuitenkin siisti ja asiallinen.

Hotell personalet virket lite vennlig og serviceminded. Før booking ringte jeg for å sjekke spesielt om det var Internet (wifi) på rommet, og fikk bekreftet at det var gratis tilgjengelig wifi på hvert rom. Da jeg kom på rommet oppdaget jeg at hotellet tok betalt for å få tilgang til wifi.

L'hotel est bien situé, c'est le seule chose positive que je trouve. Coté chambre, c'est vétuste, on s'enfonce dans les matelas, mais elle est propre. Personnel pas très agréable. Petit déj médiocre et en musique techno le matin... Salle de sport, un vélo et des altères ca n'est pas ce que j'appelle une salle de sport... Sauna payant 1 300 roubles / […] pers ..., autrement dit ils ne veulent pas le mettre en service. Bon prix pour l'emplacement 더 보기

Отель понравился, свежий ремонт, хороший сервис. Рядом с метро и центром города.

Hôtel agréable, situation très pratique (le métro est à une minute), bon état général, personnel agréable
