키위 인터내셔널 호텔 (Kiwi International Hotel) - 오클랜드

위치도 가장 번화가와 도보 10분이면 충분하며 주변에 한국 상점과 식당가도 많아 한국 음식이 그리우신 분들께 아주 적합한 호텔입니다. 호텔은 오래되어 보이지만 깔끔하게 관리되고 있었고, 인터넷 까페도 있고 식당도 넓으며, 그리고 짐 맡기는 곳도 다른 곳보다 넓고 여유 있어 좋았습니다. 4인 가족이 저렴하게 머물 수 있는 최적의 호텔이라 생각합니다.

- 카운터 직원의 형편없는 서비스 카운터 직원 사과도 없고 방 샤워기도 망가졌습니다. 극도로 붐비는 주차장

en suite가 있는 유일하게 좋은 방 방에 TV가 있고 매우 조용하고 따뜻하며 아주 깨끗합니다. 주차장이 있고 직원 매우 우호적입니다. 뉴질랜드 오클랜드에 있는 이 호텔을 적극 추천하고 오클랜드 방문할 때 마다 이 곳을 예약할 것입니다. 연간 5번 이곳에 가는데 이 호텔은 진정한 발견입니다. 가격은 매우 괜찮았고 상점에 걸어가려면 시간이 걸렸습니다. 호텔이 모든 것 가운데 있었기에 차를 빌릴 필요가 전혀 없었습니다. AAAA++++

숙박이 아주 끔찍했습니다. 예약한대로 더블과 싱글 룸을 얻기는 했지만 로비와 홀에 페인트 유독 냄새가 진동했고 심지어 옆 건물과 방에도 그러했습니다. 승강기 대신에 계단으로 내려왔는데 어디도 더 좋지는 않았습니다. 포론트에 무슨 일인지를 물었지만 몇몇 객실에 페인트 칠을 하고 있다고 했지만 몇 건물에서 하는 것 같았습니다. 다른 방을 얻을 수 잇는지 물어봤지만 단호하게 "No"라 대답했습니다. 호텔은 고객 주방 및 세탁이 있고 매우 불결하고 황폐하며 우중충합니다. 로비와 접객 지역에 많은 돈을 들인 것 같은데 나머지는 완전히 3성 급 호텔 가격에 1성급 배낭 여행 수준이었습니다. 돈 절약을 위해 차라리 차에서 자는 게 낫다고 […] 생각이 들고 그랬으면 오히려 더 좋은 경험이었을 거라 생각이 듭니다. 더 보기

It was a noisy room which had dirty carpet and a threadbare mattress and sheets. Shared bathrooms which we were not aware of. The rooms around ours had very drunk patrons running around at 2am but after speaking with hotel staff they transferred us to another room at our insistence. Location great and staff did their best to be helpful.

kiwi international's a great accomodation! feels just like a hotel, only missing a television and toilet. the bathrooms and toilets are found along the corridor and are very clean! the room's really comfortable and the staff were friendly too! the location of the hotel is a plus, along queen road, which is the major road in the city, and near to other […] surburbs such as parnell and newton. we could easily walked to viaduct harbour, mount eden, auckland domain and other attractions too. 더 보기

Very reasonably priced hotel near the main centre.No ensuit,but bathroom facilities not far away. Clean and decent sized rooms. Would stay there again.

This was a very disapointing so called Hotel considering it is on the main street of Auckland Queen st, we had a family room which had there been four people we would not have fit in the room, No air conditioning, kettle and cups on the floor, no shaver connection in the bathroom which was so small my laundry is bigger it was a dangerous trying to get […] in and out of the shower, noisy, and the supposedly cafe was no more than a pub bar trying to do food. This hotel is right downtown, the rates are very reasonable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

very convenient location, yet no characteristic rooms are small, though well maintained eventually it is a cheap hotel downtown, yet offers a good value proposition staff is friendly, parking can be difficult on weekends (weekdays are easy) for a short stay and for a budget accomodation it is OK I would recommend it and use their services again

The Kiwi International is cheap but definitely for backpackers as they seem to party all night regardless of others staying in the hotel. The room was adequate but the noise level from others was not acceptable. Would sooner pay more and go up market.

This hotel was very convenient and comfortable for the price. Friendly staff and very helpful. My only gripe is that it was advertised on Hotels.com as having 'complementary internet', which it didn't. It did have an internet kiosk but it was not 'complimentary' - you had to buy each hour's access. Other than that it was great.

i had a basic single room- nice size bed, small desk and a chair, and a sink in the small room. the window opened for fresh air on a hot day- there's no fan or a/c. the room was clean and comfortable for sleeping- and quiet. suitcase had to go on the floor though. rate was cheap and location very good- downtown and right at a stop for the airport b […] us. 더 보기

I spent two nights at the kiwi hotel and I ca honestly say that I'm not to impressed. The room were dull and I had a hard time sleeping becouse that it were so much noice from the the city at night. But as i bare the price in mind I can't complain to much. You sort of get what you pay for, no more no less.

Considering the location (right in the heart of City Center) and the price you pay, the package is perfect. Having seen other apartments after my stay (that appear to be super tiny) and the rentals, the room I got was respectable for the price you pay. A full thumbs up to this hotel!

The "hotel" is a long walk up steep part of Queen street, the neighborhood is not very secure or pleasant. The staff are ok, but the room was tiny - single bed with little space to move around the room (about 2x3m) and a tiny bathroom to go with it (not all rooms even have a bathroom!). It has no air movement and so is sweaty and very uncomfortable. […] The hotel was somewhat clean but noisy - I am a heavy sleeper and was woken three times during the night by "noisy" guests and other general noise. Very affordable for a CBD hotel in a major city, comfortable and well located. Surprised at reasonable cost, worries about comfort and cleanliness totally unnecessary.

This place doesn't cost that much, but it is still expensive in terms of what you get. The walls are paperthin and you can hear absolutely everything from the rooms next to you. Slamming doors can be heard from all corridor and if you are unlucky you get a room close to the collective bathroom, and you will have thoose two doors slamming all night. At […] my stay, the in-room sink was leaking, and the smoke detectors in the hallway needed new batteries and were beeping every minute all night. That could be just unlucky, but I really can't recommend this place for anybody. There are better alternatives regardless of you are backpacker type or just on a budget looking fo a basic room. 더 보기

I had a very comfortable stay in the Kiwi International, especially for the price that I paid. Please understand that my ratings are based on that. This is not a luxury hotel, but my room was comfortable, quiet and cheap. I was able to get in at 8:30 in the morning when I arrived after a long flight and they had upgraded me from a single to a double. […] Pleasant surprise! The airport bus stop was right outside, along with the free City Link bus to get all the way downtown. But it's not really a long walk. The Kiwi is good value, particularly if you're travelling alone and don't want to share a hostel dorm. Booked a single ensuite room - clean, with decent facilities, TV, comfy bed. Fairly quiet (at back of hotel) considering the location with Queen St & K Rd so near. Didn't eat in hotel as there are good low-cost cafes just round the corner on K Rd. […] Very central location for walking and buses [free bus to Britomart stops almost outside / coming back up the hill in the evening rush it's best to get off at the stop on Mayoral Drive & walk up, to avoid traffic delays on the "loop" bit]. Very convenient location, good value and very clean rooms. Only gripe is that they issued us with a car park space and voucher but when we arrived back at 1.30am there were no car parks available and we were told that the car parks were on a first come basis! We feel they should only issue enough vouchers for the parks they have available. I stayed at the Kiwi International for 1 night in September 2011. The hotel is at the top of Queen Street, a 20 minute walk down to the harbour, but a steep walk back up again! It's in the heart of Auckland. The hotel is a little dated, although there is some renovation in progress. The first room I was offered smelt very strongly of paint and I refused […] the room and was upgraded to a better quality room. The rooms are pretty basic but priced accordingly to the budget traveller. Would I stay there again? Only if I couldn't find a better option available for a reasonable price. 더 보기

Although a decent hotel/hostel, the room did not include the amenities listed on the website. The website listed a Economy Single room as having a television and telephone but those were not in the room. It wasn't a huge deal but the website should be more accurate.

Booked into this hotel on three seperate occasions. The hotel has recently had a makeover in the downstairs area hallways bathroom and toilets. However the bedrroms are very dated and I suspect will be next on the list. Saying that the money you pay for a room is fairly reflected by what you get. This hotel has a good location - close to the centre of Auckland - its just a slightly steep hill on the way back, good exercise though! The rooms were very basic but clean. For the price it would have cost us to stay in a private room at a hostel we were able to stay here. The staff were helpful, rooms were adequate, and they have coin laundry facilities which were great as I was out of clean clothes! Friendly staff and good location made this basic hotel/hostel a pleasant place to stay. Happly recommend it.

Hotel liegt direkt an der Queen Street (Hauptgeschäftsstraße). Hafen und Museum sind in 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hotel selbst ist o.k., wenn man nichts gegen ein wenig Lärm hat.

Billig og greit rimelig sentralt i Auckland. Toppen av Queen street er et godt utgangspunkt for det meste - 10 minutter ned til havneområdet og 5 min unna Sky City. Rimelig bra mat på hotellet og umiddelbar nærhet til en haug spisesteder.

一泊の滞在。しかも深夜にチェックインしたので本当に寝ただけの利用に過ぎないのですが、正直、このホテルを選んだことは失敗だと思いました。部屋の狭さ、共用バスルームの使い難さは、立地条件の良さ、宿泊費の安さを考慮しても、他のユースホステルの方が良いだろうな、と思ってしまいます。

オークランド市街地にあり、利便性は抜群です。エコノミークラスに宿泊しました。リーズナブルな価格です。空港から、レンタカーで行ったのですが、場所がわかりにくいのがおしいです。Ｔhe price is reasonable.but.somewhat hard to find kiwi hotel from airport by rental car.
