We absolutely loved our room. We stayed in a non-smoking room. However, the only issue we had was that some of the other rooms on the same floor were smoking rooms so when we stepped out of our room, the hallway smelled like smoke. I'm not sure if there are any floors there that are completely non-smoking. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay […] here! We were impressed with the friendly staff, the comfortable room, and the breakfast! We will stay here when we visit Indy again!

Loved hotel-disappointed with misinformation I received from hotels.com. I was told that the room had a seperate bedroom and living room, when asked several times if she was sure. Turned out it was one room without a couch and no such room exists. HOtel was kind enough to give us a larger room with a couch for the same price, as they told us hotels.com […] gives misinformation often. They also said I did not get the best price as I was told. AAA would have been less, which hotels.com operator told me wasn't so. Hampton was in great location, clean, new, very nice workers. 더 보기

We did not request a wheelchair accessible room, but asked if there were any available. The front desk person said she was sorry, but none was available. As we were unpacking our car she came running out to us and said she rechecked and one was available afterall. She exchanged our keys and we were even happier with the room. Very nice, clean hotel. Staff was polite and room was very comfortable. Need to do something about the heat/ventilation in the hallways. Glad our room was close to the elevators as the hallway was extremely warm and stuffy. Feel bad for the maids that have to be there for their work. Overall didn't effect our stay though and will stay there again.

Hotel room was clean. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Nice breakfast.

staff went out of their way to find a backroads way to our concert venue so we did not get caught in traffic. comfortable bed and pillows, adequate amount of towels, loved it.

This Hampton did not meet the expectations of what I normally stay at when at a Hampton Inn. This one had maintenance issues and no resource to manage them.

An inexpensive but very well kept hotel. Clean with an extra comfortable bed. Would definitely reccomend this to people.

Everything was great then I awoke in bed at 11PM with a black bug crawling on me. I am not a "bug enthusiasist" Jumped out of bed- turned on the lights and checked the bed. Needless to say I was then wide awake and not too happy. I did report this when I checked-out the next morning.

Very nice location and close to shopping and lots to do

Everything was fine except that the surface of the bathtub was slippery and seemed dangerous. No mat was provided for the inside of the tub.

My daughter and I were traveling through Indy and only stayed one night. The hotel was very clean and up todate. It was well lighted and very secure. It was close to everything we wished to see. It is only about 10 minutes from verizon wireless music center. there are several resturants/shopping close by. The free breakfast was just ok. I stayed at the Hampton Inn the night before the Indy Half Marathon because all of the hotels in the city center were booked or way too expensive. I was impressed with how nice this hotel is- it was very comfortable. I had to check out before 6am for the race, but the breakfast spread looked amazing. There are several places within walking distance […] to pick up food (an italian place and a Subway for example) and there are several strip malls with lots of stores nearby. I wish they'd allow a late checkout as there was no way I would have been able to get back to the hotel, shower, and check out by 11am after the half marathon. If they would have given me until 12 it would have been great, but they are not flexible (they'll charge you for a 1/2 day if you check out after 11am). 더 보기
