서대문역에서 30초 거리라서 지하철 이용시 매우 편리합니다. 임시인지는 모르지만 프론트가 3층에 있어서 찾는데 애먹었고, 1층에는 식당등 호텔과 관련없는 시설이 있어서 뭔가 안락한 호텔의 느낌보다는 비지니스를 위한 숙소 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 전화기가 되지 않았는데, 벽의 포트 불량이었습니다. 전체적인 청결도는 깨끗한 편이었으나 아주 쾌적한 느낌은 아니었습니다. 전반적으로 나쁘지는 않았으나 뭔가 1% 부족한 느낌이었고, 근처에 일이 있는 분들에게는 좋은 선택이 될 수 있다고 생각합니다.

단 한가지를 제외하면 모두 만족입니다. 화장실 수건이 너무 낡았습니다. 찢어져있기도 하고 구멍나있기도 하고

주변에 야간에 구경갈 만한 것이 없다는 것이 나쁜 이유지만 조용한 레지던스 찾으시는 경우 매우 좋습니다. 제가 묵었던 방은 작은 것이지만 제 친구들이 묵은 큰 방의 경우는 조리가 가능한 오븐까지 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 그런데. 오븐 청소상태는 별루....

친구들과 크리스마스기념해서 예약했는데 완전깨끗하고 방도 너무크고 고급스럽고 깨끗하고 좋았어요 :) 특히 이 사이트에서 예약하니까 딴데보다 7만원 쌌음..ㅋㅋㅋ와우

The hotel is convenience & few steps to the subway. Reasonable price, well equipped, can't demand too much in this price level! Will stay again in the next visit!

All are good except the shower which the water can become cold suddenly. The water flow rate can also become small suddenly too.

The room is basic, but tidy and well equipped enough. I enjoyed the stay and was happy overall considering how good the location is and the price was competitive. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a no frill, centrally located hotel at a reasonable price.

It is not a good practise to let the hotel guests to check-in and check-out at the same timeslot, we need to wait for a long time for the check-in. The room was generally ok, but the cleanliness of the towel at the bathroom was terrible, we even discovered figureprint in black on it. The service of the hotel staff was so so. On a Sat night, I seeked […] help from them on where to buy ointment for the wound as I've hurt my ankle, they just told me that the pharmacy has closed and would not be opened on Sunday, no alternative solution or guidance was given. Convenient airport bus shuttle direct to residence and vice versa for 10,000 won per person. Counter staff located on 3rd floor were helpful even with their limited English. Support staff like engineers and chamber maid were efficient and prompt. Convenient Metro station just round the corner.Room was generally clean

Excellent choice; decent size, clean room and comfortable beds ! Location is not so far away from most of the attractions and shopping. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Provides coffee and cookie in the reception area most time of the day ! Has free internet usage too.

This service apartment is good and comfort. the location is also good. just next to seodaemun station. The front desk is very helpful. Most can speak fluent English. One of frontdesk lady even speak cantonese and Mandarin.

There are 3 Vabien Suites around the vicinity. We stayed at Vabien II which is conveniently located near subway station and airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Its a great residence apartment which is a value for $$$. Stayed in a 2bedroom apartment with 3 adults and 3kids. Spacious and large room which the kids loves. Interior was old but no complains as the heater works well and kept as warm in the winter. The subway is very near just a corner away. Supermarket, Lotteria, Starbucks and McDonald's 24hrs […] is just 5-10mins walk. Shopping....it is very very near Myeongdong and Namdaemun. Dun bother taking the subway, taxi cost KRW2,800 only. The highest we paid was the black cab which cost us KRW4,500. I recommend this hotel!!!! 더 보기

The hotels closes to everything. The bus stop, sub way are just in front of the hotel. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they speak English very well. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. It's the best choice for family with baby or kids because of its full-equipped kitchen.

The Vabien II Residence was excellent - a short taxi ride to all of the attractions I wanted to see - the Gyeongbokgung Palace, the Deokgung Palace, the National Folklore Museum, and several of the popular markets. The subway was across the street but the taxi's were so reasonable I used them instead. The hotel staff were helpful and could speak English, […] the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Kitchen facilities are in each room, also a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. You can ask for a wake-up call. There are two restaurants available on site and a 7-11. A Paris Baquette is a very short distance up the street with excellent coffee. The rooms were reasonably priced. The rooms do have internet hook-up but because I just had my I-Pad tablet without hook-up facilities I had to go down to the third floor to get wireless access. Not a big deal because it was available. If I ever return to Korea again, I would definitely stay at the Vabien II Residence. 더 보기

I highly reccommand this hotel to my friends, it is so convenient and the size of the room is good, but only the temperature of the shower is not good enough ( sometimes hot and sometimes very cold). I would like to sent my deepest thanks to a staff - Miss Jacklyn Chen, she is so helpful and nice to us. She can speak Cantonese, that's great!

Friendly hotel staff, massive room with fully equipped kitchen, excellent location (it takes you 1 min to get to nearest subway from the hotel!). I would definitely recommend friends to stay there. Next to seodaemun metro, few mins away frm airport limo stand. What more do we need. Easy access for travellers using subway n bus. Front desk staff able to communicate in english, very helpful. Room is clean and warm.

The location of the hotel is really good. The airport shuttle bus just stops in front of the hotel. It's close to the metro, within 5 minutes walk. I travelled with my friend and we got a room that is quite big for two people. The bathroom is tidy but a bit small. There's a open kitchen with stove and utensils but no kettle. Need to borrow hairdryer […] form the reception. Simple communication with staff is ok because most of them can speak English. Although the price is comparatively high when I made the reservation, I think it still worth because if the hotel's convenient location. 더 보기

The location is convenient, 2 bedroom suite is good for family, but only one bathroom is not suitable, there is one bathroom inside the master room and another is a toilet, all peoples must use the bathroom inside the master room, it is not my expect, because I visit hotel's website, it has 2 bathrooms, so, it will be a reason that I will not order […] the hotel again. 더 보기

Very very close to subway station, airport shuttle bus station in front of the hotel. Room is clean , tidy and well mantained. Staff qucik response, helpful and speak English. Overall, a good choice in Seoul

Good hotel for the price, most staff could communicat in English,has three resturants and a 7,11 mini market 19 floors ,Roof garden not much garden but a great view. We stayed three nights and would stay again. Underground statiion 2min walk they have a fantastic underground system very clean. The city is Huge. Everything was great, except hotel would not change large Korean currency into smaller amounts of cash. Korean taxi drivers will not take large won bills.

For the price you pay, you get a good location, large size room. However, be prepared not to receive any hotel amenities. The AC units were not working and the bed/sofa were in horrible and most uncomfortable condition. This is a value place in Seoul north of river (kangbuk) if you get a good rate and are looking for no frills hotel.

Vabien Residence is definitely a home away from home. For first timers in Korea, it is really the best place to be. The airport shuttle stops right in front. Stepping out of the door, is a few steps to the subway station. Cross the street and you have the food you like - fine dining or not, Korean or not; supermarkets nearby. Most of stuff can communication in English and they are quite helpful and polite. The rooms are like the photos. Clear and tidy. 24hours shore ,MTR and settle bus to airport are nearby. Its so converient.

an apartment, not a hotel room is what you get. residence contains in each room a washer/dryer combo, micro wave, dishwasher, and plates, cups, etc. shuttle bus from the airport drops off and picks up at the front door--no need even to look for the return bus stop. seoul metro is literally right across the street. location, however, is not central, […] but with such access, it makes no difference. I stopped in Korean capital only as a stopover on the ancient silk road tour in china, as korean air had a promotional fare. if/when I ever return there, i will certainly checik out vabien. very polite and accommodating staff which gets maximum mileage out of the english it knows. 더 보기

Hotel is conveniently located. Airport shuttle bus and city bus stops right outside the hotel, the subway line is a 2-3 minute walk away. Walking distance to City Hall and surrounding areas. Hotel is very conveniently located. Only one minute away from the subway station. And just across from NongHyup, other small supermarkets and post office. Staff is very friendly. Each unit had built in washer and dryer with mini kitchen with all the convenience from home. The bathroom only had shower (no tub). The rooms are NOT smoke free. And if […] your neighbor smokes, unfortunately you will get the smoke in your room too. The hotel is fairly quiet and you don't see any unwanted solicitors like the lady of the night. I booked two rooms; one was very well cleaned and maintained for the entire stay. While the other one was very poorly cleaned. One of the rooms had toilet that was not even working properly. After three failures to fix the toilet, they did give us a different room. But you will need to demand it. 더 보기

Overall, the hotel is definitely value for money with decent-sized rooms equipped with all the electrical appliances and necessities needed. Plus points - great location, easy access to public transport and a short distance away from the maddening shopping crowds of Myeong-Dong. Major gripe was the receptionists who were cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming […] - and this is not due to their lack of English communication skills. In contrast, the housekeeping staff ( the "Ajummas") were very nice and polite which made our stay pleasant. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was decent because it was located right next to a subway station, but since it was in the heart of downtown seoul, the area was dead at night. The only negative things that I can talk about (but didn't really bother me) was that the front […] lounge area isn't very nice (there's a Seven Eleven & 2 restaurants connected to the entrance, hence making it look a bit cheap), and there were some small permanent stains on the bedding. Not on the sheet, but on the top layer of the comforter. Besides that, the hotel was everything that we expected it to be from the description. スーペリアダブルの予約でチェクイン時に後でをもつと良い部屋に変更しますとのこと日本語の話せる人が説明、30分後にフロントに行き話をすると先ほどの人が今の部屋も良い部屋とのことあきらめて、町に出ました、5階の窓が△に出ている道路沿いの部屋でした！？

很多Taxi driver 都不知道這間酒店...不過這間酒店其實很方便

初韓国、一人の旅行で3月8日から3泊滞在しました。 明洞中心部ではないので、予約時は、観光の際、移動に不便なところかなぁと心配でしたが、地下鉄「西大門」まですぐだったので、あちこちと地下鉄を使って移動しました。 地下鉄の移動は最初こわごわでしたが、慣れると安いし早かったです。 最寄り駅から遠いところに行く時は、正面の警察署前からタクシーを使いました。（警察署の前なら怪しいタクシーはとまらないかな、と祈りながら） ホテルの部屋は広くてきれいで、快適そのものでした。 マンションの一室をしばらく借りていたような感覚です。 毎日シーツも替えてもらえたし、ゴミも捨ててありました。 備え付けのSecurity Boxが壊れていたのでフロントに電話したら、すぐに修理に駆けつけてくれましたが、それでも直らず、Boxごと持って行って、その日の夜にきちんと修理して持ってきてくれました。 エアコンやシャワーのお湯の設定の仕方がわからなかったときは、フロントで聞くと、ていねいに説明してくれました。 Stuffは英語が通じます。 また、パンですが、Vabien […] Ⅰとの間にParis Baguetteがあります。（徒歩数分） 明洞のうるさくて狭い、キッチンも洗濯機もクローゼットもない、靴も脱げないところに泊るより、こちらに泊まったのは大正解だっと思っています。 次回もここに泊まろうと思っています。 더 보기
